2. Quiet Hours: We value a peaceful atmosphere for all guests. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. Please be respectful of your neighbors during these times.

3. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time starts at 4 pm, and check-out time is at 10 am. If you require different timing, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We request an additional charge of $50 for late check-out

4. No Parties or Events: Our property is in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. No parties or events are allowed on the premises. Please respect our neighbors' peace and privacy.

5. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the house. There will be an additional fine for smoking on the property

6. No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pets policy in our property. Please refrain from bringing any pets onto the premises. If you are traveling with a service animal, please inform us in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements.

7. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 8. Please do not exceed this limit. All guests must be registered in advance.

8. Respect the Property: We take pride in our home; please treat it with care and respect. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest responsible.

9. Security: Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the property, and ensure the property is secure during your stay.

10. The person who booked is required to send a photo of his/her ID and the full names of the other guests staying for verification purposes only on the side of the hosts.

11. Damage Deposit (For All Bookings EXCEPT AIRBNB): A $500 damage deposit will be automatically authorized from the payment method on file. This deposit will be held upon check-out. If no damages or additional fees are required, this deposit will be refunded to you after 7 days.
