Lieber Gast, ich bin Privatbesitzer (Ingenieur) und die Unterkunft ist Familienbesitz. Damit ich den richtigen Zeitpunkt habe, Ihnen Haus und Ort vorzustellen (und Ihre Fragen zu beantworten), senden Sie mir BITTE zunächst eine Informationsanfrage (Schaltfläche „Gastgeber kontaktieren“, direkt unter der Schaltfläche „Jetzt buchen“ or "Bunchung anfragen"). Es erfolgt immer eine Kommunikation über die Website Aber es gibt mir die Zeit, Ihnen richtig zu antworten. Bitte stellen Sie keine Buchungsanfrage, bevor Sie von mir gehört haben. Vielen Dank.

Perfekt für "sozial entfernte" Ferien, sowohl zu Hause als auch am Meer. Das Haus und seine Dienstleistungen werden bei jedem Hostwechsel vollständig desinfiziert (Dampf und Desinfektionsmittel).
Ein drittes unabhängiges Doppel- / Zweibettzimmer (Dependance) ist verfügbar und kann mit dem Haus kombiniert werden (auf Anfrage).
Schöne, unabhängige Villa auf der Insel Elba, an der Küste zwischen Marciana Marina und S. Andrea, direkt in der Mitte des toskanischen Insel National Parkes, an einem ruhigen und charmanten Ort mit zauberhaften Meerausblicken. Ausgestattet mit großen Dachterrassen, Tischen, Wiegen und Grill für ein angenehmes Leben im Freien. Die Villa ist elegant möbliert und sorgfältig gewahrtet.
Es ist auf zwei Etagen verteilt und besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, einer großen und perfekt ausgestatteten Küche mit offenem Schnitt und Essbereich, zwei Doppel- / Zweibettzimmern und zwei Bädern. Ein zusätzliches separates Doppel- / Zweibettzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Dusche (es ist eine separate Eingangstür, 2 Meter vom Haus entfernt) kann mit dem Haupthaus kombiniert werden, so dass eine Unterkunft mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern perfekt ist Für große Gruppen oder Gäste, die nach einer komfortablen Unterkunft suchen.
Die Dependance (genannt Torara) ist nur auf Anfrage.
Alle Schlafzimmer (inklusive Dependance) haben einen bezaubernden Meerblick.
Die Lage ist der ideale Ausgangsort für das Meerleben, aber auch für charmantes Trekking durch die Wälder, Tal und Berge von Elbas Insel Natur Park und für Besuche der mittelalterlichen Dörfer in der Nähe.
Die Qualität Ihres Aufenthaltes wird durch eine komfortable Unterkunft und eine wundervolle Lage der Villa garantiert.

Better than we expected

We can confirm that the house is much better than what photo show, as well as its extraordinary views. We love the sea and in fact what we mostly appreciated is the fact that the sea can be seen from every terrace but also from every window of the house (bathroom included). We will definitely be back in the fall.

The sea

For people like us who live in a region without sea, the sea and the sea view are the most important thing. This house offers a wonderful sea view from every space: from the bedrooms, from the living room and, above all, from its beautiful side terrace. The house is simple, clean and functional, the location is quiet, surrounded by nature. We couldn't find better.

Beautiful location

Beautiful location in a natural and quiet environment, with a superb sea view. We appreciated that the house is located right on a crossroads of ancient paths, so you can start directly from the house and, passing through woods and countryside, walking you can reach on foot all the places in the surrounding area, as well as the beautiful bays of the coast below, reachable only on foot. We particularly appreciated the path of perfumes, which leads to Marciana Marina. Not to mention the short but beautiful path that goes down to La Cala, the main beach below the houses, which passes through ancient terraces, woods and streams. All strictly on foot and directly from the house. For us who love walking in nature it was a paradise. The house is cozy but very functional, with beautiful outdoor terraces. The sea view is magnificent both from the terraces and from all the windows of the house, including the bedrooms. The kitchen is new, as is the sofa and the mattresses, very comfortable. The style of the house and its paintings are very tasteful, I who own an art gallery I really appreciated it. My husband instead appreciated more the large stone barbecue that he enjoyed making work with the wood found along our paths. Despite the season we also managed to take a beautiful swim in La Cala with mask and fins, and I must say that I had never seen such a beautiful seabed. We will definitely return next year for a more summery and sea holidays. It is a place to discover.

Tolle Insel, Natur pur, einfache Unterkunft

Bei schönem Wetter ist die Insel ein Traum und die Unterkunft zwar spartanisch ausgestattet aber ausreichend, da man dann eh nur auf den Terrassen sitzt und den Meeresblick genießt. Bei viel Regen, den wir leider hatten, kommt die Unterkunft an ihre Grenzen (undichte Türen, keine Überdachung, um trocken ins Nebengebäude zu gelangen, alles wird klamm und man bekommt Handtücher etc. nicht mehr getrocknet ).

Stupendo

La casa di Andrew fa parte di un piccolo agglomerato di case sopra una collina, ed offre una vista mare stupenda. Il posto è magnifico e tranquillo: non c'è passaggio auto, e dalle case si possono imboccare molti sentieri, sia per andare al mare, sia nei boschi circostanti. Al mare si va direttamente a piedi dalla casa, attraverso un sentiero (10 minuti). La casa è confortevole, ben curata, con la cucina e i bagni nuovissimi, ed offre vista mare da tutte le sue finestre (compreso il bagno), cosa secondo me unica. Ciò che abbiamo apprezzato di più, oltre alla vista ed al confort, sono stati il barbecue, la doccia esterna e la terrazza vista mare dove ci siamo goduti le nostre giornata con una bellissima vita all'aria aperta. Grazie a Andrew che ci ha dato questa stupenda opportunità. Torneremo sicuramente.

We loved it

The house is a detached villa with its own private outdoor spaces. Simple but very comfortable and functional furniture. Terraces are fantastic and allow to live outdoor and with a sea view most of the time. The scents are those of the forest, the Mediterranean scrub and the sea. Enchanting place, a small group of houses at the end of a road, facing the sea just where the sun sets. There is no car passage, it is a quiet and safe place, full of peace and nature. There is a path to the beach starts near the house and arrives in La Cala, a beautiful free still savage beach of fine pebbles with wonderful colours, always uncrowded (it can be reached just on foot) and quiet. There are so many activities to do, we never got bored. Other paths start near the house and can go on foot to explore the coast below, or to Sant'Andrea , or even through forest up to Marciana Marina: spectacular trekking. Finally, in this place the car is only needed to go shopping or to the restaurant, the rest can also be forgotten. Thank u.

Tranquillo e sicuro

Luogo stupendo, immerso nel verde e nel silenzio, vista mare magnifica. La strada che porta alla casa finisce là quindi non vi è alcun passaggio auto. Il che rende il tutto ancor più tranquillo, ed anche sicuro, sia per i bambini sia per gli animali. La casa è bella, pulita e ben curata. La suddivisione tra zona giorno e zona notte, ed i due bagni, la rendono molto funzionale. La vista mare dalle finestre delle camere poi è eccezionale. L’ampia terrazza laterale offre spazio sia per prendere il sole sia per pranzi e cene con vista mare e tramonto. Consigliato.

This announcement fits perfectly with reality, house and place are exactly as described. In fact we got a seaview nice single house in a magnificent natural place. In addition its north-west exposure is fantastic: when the sun is behind u, views are deep and colours are bright. Without to forget the sunset. I am a passionate photographer (that’s why I talk about this) and I had the best panoramic pics I have ever done. Looking at the sea and sunset colours in front, with a full quietness around, was really emotional for the whole family. We will definitley be back.

Two friends groups renting both Andrew's houses (the Sant'Anna and La Scuola) close enough but not disturbing each other, same features, both with magnificent seaview. We had a special short break all together, enough to appreciate the charm and sensations of place and houses. Magnificent is the word that perfectly summarize our experience. Warmly recommended.

Terrific

Short early autumn family break. Place and house were the perfect choice. Perfectly cleaned and very well mantained house with lot of external private areas and terraces, terrific seaview everywhere, extreme quietness and a strategic position to numerous paths through forests and hills around. Starting from the house we explored surroundings and well, it is a delightful, incredibly natural place (difficult to fully describe it in words). We also took numerous baths at La Cala, the magniificent bay on the coast below the house. We can say the combination between excellent accomodation and magnificent place was what we could find better. for our break. Summarizing our expereience we can easily say this is a real special accomodation, lucky thouse who are lucky enough to stay in.

Sport und Nature

The sea lookout is breathtaking everywhere. We would like to live here!  Superb trekking starting from the house (Sentiero de Profumi), on foot we reached Marcina Marina, Marciano, Sant’Andrea and Madonna del Mounte sanctuary. Superb bike tours too, a bit engaging but exiting. We also visited the multiple beaches of the coast below. La Cala (the beach behind the house) is a delicious sea spot where the sea is crystalline. Our childs had a superb snorkelling and they saw lot of sealife they never saw before. The path to the beach is a bit steep but short (0,5 Km) and absolutely nice. Finally we had sportish, relaxing and healthy holidays in a quiet beautiful nature, exactly what we looked for us and our childs. House is comfortble and clean, lot of outoor space. Seaview is the best we could find and deep quietness. I personally found a well equipped kitchen perfect for german breakfast and full meals, but we mostly used the outdoor stone barbecue. It was my husband fun and we had meravillous barbeques and dinners looking at the sea. The place is special: a small village on an hill facing the sea, no exit road (no car passage is a quietness must), wood and campaign surroundings. We loved our stay and we already booked for next summer as we wanna enjoy it.

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, dafür hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren zu zweit mit Kind und es war ideal. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt so, dass man zuerst ab Marciana per Auto zum Haus geleitet wird, damit man die Abbiegung nicht verfehlt 👍 und es wird alles gezeigt und erklärt. Auch eine gute Gelegenheit, um nachReataurants, Stränden, Märkten, etc. zu fragen. Im Herbst kommt die Sonne leider sehr spät auf die Terrasse und Abends hat man auch keine Sonne mehr. Im Sommer sicher super, im Herbst aber wäre es angenehmer, wenn die Sonne da ist. Wir haben die Ferien aber auf jeden Fall genossen. Es gibt verschiedene Strände in der Nähe und der Einkauf kann im nächsten Dorf erledigt werden. Der höchste Berg von Elba ist ebenfalls um die Ecke und einen Besuch Wert. Wir haben unsere Ferien auf jede Fall genossen.

Excellent accomodation

We spent many holidays on Elba. This year we decided for this part and mostly for this accomodation. Once arrived we immediately asked ourselves why we didn’t come here before. Place is unique: natural park, quiet, no car passage, nature and sea front. Every morning we started on foot and we reach the beautilful pebble beach behind (10 min) where we found magnificent sea and sealife. Gym shoes for down/up hill, water shoes and mat for the beach, mask and fins for snorkelling are warmly suggested. As u walk the path look at surroundings (forests, ruins, torrent, etc). The house is rural, well mantained and appointed, featured as we like. We mostly appreciated its layout (two floors, separated living and night area), its external terraces, its seaview and, overall, its mosquito nets (this is a plus that makes a real difference).

Our stay

Andrew’s house is located in a small village at the end of Via di Macirello in Elba Island (north-west coast) no traffic just few residential houses facing the sea. It is a very special place lonely and always quiet we stayed in August but we neither realized it. The house is good comfortable and full of external private areas where we could stay get sun and eat looking at the sea. Great barbecue beautiful seaview from everywhere quietness. Good mosquito nets allow to let windows open by night be fresh and listen nature. Good kitchen equipement good meals. Every morning we started from the house to La Cala beach below just 10 min walk for a dream bay few people incredible water and sealife our favourite. We alos had few trekking around beautiful. First market 5 min by car same for pizza. Recommended Bar La Porta in Marciana medieval village with great view over mountain and sea and “bruschetta” with tomato for a qucik meal or just a breakfast try it!

Perfect

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew's villa. We have been kindly met by his associate and wife (Mr. Marco and Mrs. Rosy) they showed us the property and gave us many useful suggestions. We really enjoyed the full seaview from our bedrooms the quietness and the strong nature around us. We had wonderful trekking starting from the house (perfect starting point) and were surprised by the beauty of this place. The sea lookout is magnific. We know everything has been described already but we want to confirm: it is an enchanting place. According with the place the house is of a good standard, not too rich and not too basic: comfortable well mantained and fully equipped (we appreciated american coffee machine and toaster for good breakfasts). Beds (really comfortable) are all single but we easily made them on a double. Two pillows each. Impeccable cleanliness (no dust under beds or over furniture my wife is really attemptive on that). Finally our judgement is extremely positive and we are sure to recommend this accomodation.
