Good place to go!

I rented this cabin as a last minute vacation. And I give this property a 5 star! It was clean and ready for me. They had everything you need to stay there. The only thing I had to get was our own food.. they had all the silverware, bowls, plates, pots and pans! Even a grill. I had no issues checking in I did everything through texting the property management. My kids loved it and I will definitely be renting it again when I go back. Good location and quiet!

Nice cabin, could use updates.

First of all, everyone I talked to was very nice and willing to help us with any problems. Cons: I thought the cabin needed a little maintenance. The hot tub had algi growing on the outside of the jets. The control buttons are getting old and don't work very good. It wasn't very inviting, so we didn't use it. The ceiling fan in the loft wouldn't come on. I traced the cables and found that they led to an electrical receptacle and had to be plugged in. Same thing on the porch light over the grill. These should be hardwired with a switch. The washing machine would just quit in the middle of a rinse and sit there until you changed the setting to spin. It could take hrs to do a load of laundry if you didn't watch it closely. We are not used to well water. So we were surprised that all the water turned brown after a rain. If it were my cabin, I would be putting in a filter for the water. I wouldn't rent it during the winter unless you have a four wheel drive. The pros: It was secluded from most neighbors. It was well stocked with all the necessities for the kitchen. It was plenty big enough. Overall, it was a nice cabin. It could be a great cabin with a little updating.

It is a lovely cabin strategically built into the hillside.

The entire family had a great experience at Bear Paw. We enjoyed the unplugged time this weekend. The surroundings are picturesque and the location is conveniently located away from the traffic of downtown but with easy access to it. The wife was sad she did not see a bear though. The hot tub was comforting and the overall view was nice. We would consider this cabin for future travels.

Our stay was Great.

A note: don't go to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge over Thanksgiving/4th July/between Christmas n New Years. Traffic and amount people to- to- busy!. Had wonderful weather. Enjoyed the Trip. Didn't see any bears. Kinda sad, But still Wonderful trip with Family n Friends.! Our cabin. Could use a really good dusting/ cleaning. Top of cupboards, ceiling fans , windows and ceiling corners. Bedding kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Hot tub was Wonderful!! Gas grill was perfect for our out door cooking. No view was little disappointing. Very quiet setting.
