Un adorabile cottage sulla spiaggia "Coastal Living" situato a 3-5 minuti a piedi da due spiagge incontaminate !!
Ocean Beach (Pool, lungomare, giostre, mini golf e molto altro ancora) e il mio preferito .. Waterford Beach. ☀️
Questa casa è un cottage 2 camere da letto 1 bagno che comprende due letti queen size e un divano-letto.
La casa è completamente arredata con i migliori servizi. . . cucina rinnovata, lavatrice / asciugatrice, internet wireless, cavo ... e una bella area grande ponte che si affaccia sul pittoresco quartiere della spiaggia con un grill a gas per cenare 'Alfresco' sotto le stelle della notte e al chiaro di luna. (Alcune notti potresti persino prendere i fuochi d'artificio ... così vicino 🇺🇸🏡🇺🇸

Property was nice overall

Property was clean and very well organized. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and had plenty of beach supplies. Two downsides were the bed in the last bedroom down the hall was uncomfortable. Two days later and my husband’s back still aches from it. Also there was a a very heavy musty smell. We used the candles and air freshener provided but it didn’t alleviate the smell.

Sparkling Cozy Beach Cottage

Loved everything about this beach cottage! Perfect location to set off in any direction for beaches, coastal shopping and dining, and points beyond. Beach decor was warm and welcoming. Open floor plan made this cozy space feel spacious for gathering with family. Communication with Bill was excellent. Already planning to return!

Perfect place by the ocean

We loved our stay in Waterford. The house was amazing, clean and as pictured. Close to a wonderful beach with plenty to do nearby with the kids. Located in a nice residential area.

Connecticut Beach Cottage Gem!

My family and I (me, my husband, and our eight-year-old daughter) recently stayed at this delightful cottage for our beach getaway. We had a magnificent time, and everything we experienced lived up to the Vrbo description and stellar reviews. The decor is adorable and peaceful, and having a full kitchen, beach amenities, and a washer/dryer made a huge difference in our stay. Bill and Dorothy are excellent hosts, and I highly recommend this beach cottage to anyone contemplating a summertime getaway.

The Best Place in Southeastern Ct….

The hosts, Dorothy and Bill, continue to deliver the best rental experience one could ask for. They meet, and exceed, every expectation the listing offers. They are communicative and attentive. The quality of the appliances and cookware make things comforting and easy. As a frequent user of vacation rentals, I cannot think of a better experience. Look no further.

Great experience

This is a lovely property with a great location. Everything in the house was labeled. For the beach, towels, umbrella, and wagon were available (we could not find beach chairs that another reviewer mentioned). We would stay again if in the area.

Amazing

Our blended family loved our stay! The backyard was so much fun for everyone from mom and dad to the baby! The walk isn't too awful to ocean beach park and the pass was so great. Well stocked home!

Great oceanside cottage

Loved our stay here, the owners made everything easy with clear instructions and the house was adorable and well-stocked, including with beach chairs and umbrellas. They were very responsive and helpful.

Great location, parking pass for Ocean Side Park a huge value!

The house was nice. Great location. The home owner requested that we use the VRBO app to contact instead of via text, which was an inconvenience as we didn't have the app and didn't want to go through the hassle of downloading it while on the trip as we are not very tech savy. Overhead lights/fan in the back bedroom didn't work, was weird that there wasn't curtains on all the windows, would have been nice to have one of the many appliance clocks set to the right time. The use of the beach towels, umbrellas, beach cart, was of great help. Overall it was a great experience and having access for free to the oceanside park was awesome.

Cute renovated cottage in quiet town not far from beach

I was very impressed with this property! I’ve rented numerous homes/condos and this at the top of my list of favorites. In fact we’re already talking about coming back next summer. The beds we’re comfortable, bedding, towels, kitchen, etc. were very well stocked. You can tell the owners care about you! The only thing I regret is not being able to stay longer. Great job William and Dorothy. You truly are premier hosts!

Perfect Getaway

The house is even more charming than what you see in the pictures. The beachy decor is so comfy. There's plenty of room to stretch out. The kitchen is roomy and stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the grill. I enjoyed morning yoga on the deck. We were pleasantly surprised by all the beach towels, umbrella, chairs -- everything we needed for a perfect beach day. The beaches nearby are gems! Great stay! Great hosts!

We loved our stay! It was such a cute cottage with a beach theme. It was in a great neighborhood. Close to the beach and had beach chairs, beach towels, large cooler and wagon to use!

My 4 year old kept calling it “his beach house”

We had a perfect mini getaway for 4/5 days and our kids had a blast. The house was perfect for our needs. The pictures were identical to the listing and the decor was cute and fit the vibe of the house. I loved how easy it was to find anything you needed with the labels, directions and loved the recommendations in the welcome binder. The backyard and back deck were perfect for my little ones (4 and 1 year old) The location was also ideal for a quick drive to Ocean Beach Park. I picked this area for that reason, but to also be close to Niantic & Mystic. Perfect location for all three of those areas! The only con I had which is more because of us having an adventurous soon to be 2 year old lol is I wish the main door had a latch or deadbolt to keep it locked from the inside. Once my child figured out she could open the main door from the inside with ease, that’s all she kept trying to do. Without a screen door and/or way to keep it locked from the inside, not to mention the road is semi busy, that little extra safety feature would’ve been a blessing! Thanks for opening your doors to us and we would definitely love to visit again.

Wonderful!

My family and I enjoyed staying at this cottage very much! The neighborhood is very nice and the house has all of the comforts of home. The pictures of the house online are very accurate...I've stayed at a few places where the pictures make the house look larger than it is. This house is very roomy for a family of 4 or 5. As mentioned in other reviews they provide towels, beach cart, chairs, and umbrellas, which is extremely helpful in packing. I loved that I didn't have to bring all of those items with me and crowd the car. Bill and Dorothy respond quickly to any questions. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area. Thank you Bill and Dorothy!

Quick beach getaway

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything we needed. We brought stuff that we didn’t even need to unpack because the house was so well stocked. We really appreciated the labels everywhere, too! The beach pass was great, as well as all the beach supplies. We used the umbrella, chairs, beach towels and wagon to transport all. Thank you for setting up such a beautiful home to share!

Great family getaway

We spent 4 nights in this cute little house. Our kids are 5 and 11. We enjoyed the proximity to Ocean Beach park and the included beach pass was a real nice add on to our stay. The house was fully stocked with all we needed to enjoy our week. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed eating on the back deck in the evening. Check out Waterford Town Beach while you're there, its a beautiful area. We hope to come back another time Bill and Dorothy. Thank you for sharing your home.
