Enjoy the convenience of amenities like W/D, and WiFi during your stay. And no stairs or elevator inside the house (1 step outside). Fall in love with Carolina Beach/Kure Beach and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Walk across the street to 2 beach accesses. Also pet friendly up to 2 dogs. Contact me for approval if more. Fenced back yard with Weber Grill, Outdoor table to seat 6, additional chairs, and patio awning, outdoor shower. Off-street parking for up to 3 cars in front of house. (no need for duplex car shuffling!). 1 mile to Kure or Carolina Beach towns. Tons of restaurants and family activities, parks. 5-8 min drive to Aquarium and Southport Ferry. Minimum 3 night stay.

I'm originally from Southern Indiana, then Raleigh as of 1999. My son and I live in Carolina Beach now full time. Have had houses here (including rentals) since 2002. Currently this is the only weekly rental I am managing. I've owned it since last Spring. Originally we had a property manager but I took it over myself last Nov in order to provide better service to guests. (It was managed privately by the previous owners), And we have a lot of repeat guests so we want to keep that up.
Why they chose this property
This house is in an ideal location right between Carolina Beach and Kure Beach/Ft Fisher. So short walk across the street to the beach (2 accesses) and a quick drive to either town to enjoy the restaurants/shops, parks, and festivals. 5-8 min drive to the Aquarium and Ferry to Southport. Although on the main road, the house is set back off the road and feels private and cozy.
What makes this property unique
Location, dog friendly with fenced yard, One story/ground floor. Parking for 3 cars in front of house. House has nice gathering places including kitchen island (from a movie set!), living room, enclosed sun porch with queen sleeper sofa and dining table, and large outdoor space with dining table + other chairs.
