This modern home is over 3000 square feet with a wrap around porch and heated pool, is an exceptional oasis fully equipped with a Chef's kitchen, Quartz countertops, professional appliances and Wine Cooler, about a 3-minute walk to private beach and 20-minute walk to Sag Harbor Village. This exceptional home boasts a first floor primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom, powder room and an open floor plan which incorporates the Kitchen, Dining, living room, and great room with 75-inch wall mounted Smart TV.

The sliding doors in dining area open to the Pool area that offers a 20 X 40 heated salt water gunite pool 3 feet deep on the shallow end and 8 feet at the deep end, outdoor shower, and ample outdoor lighting. The private rear yard has dining patio with seating for 10, Weber Summit 670 gas grill and chaise lounges. The second floor provides another primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom and lounging area, one junior primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two large bedrooms with a large shared bathroom, front loading washer and dryer and smart HDTV's. Enjoyable time in a wonderful house

We stayed in this wonderful house memorial weekend ... from the first moments arranging the booking throughout our whole stay Larry the house owner was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful, as was his lovely wife Jennifer. The house is in a peaceful part of Sag Harbour with a private beach at the end of the road ( 3 mins walk) we watched the sun set and lit sparklers on our first night . It was my sons birthday the night we arrived and Larry had left the perfect arrival gift.... some champagne and beers on ice ! The house is perfect and spacious , the kitchen has wolf everything and is a delight to use ...everything is new and bright and clean ... the sofas are sumptuous and the beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept on ( and I've stayed in some great hotels) The pool area is wonderful too with plenty of seating and loungers ...we bought some mighty steaks from the local delli and threw them on the huge BBQ . Absolutely nothing negative to say , apart from Hey Larry could you arrange a bit more sunshine next time ;-) A wonderful wonderful house in the best part of the Hamptons ( as far as I am concerned) We will be back .....

Above and beyond

The Carr’s home is perfect. We came out to celebrate my mother’s 80th (9 of us). Rooms were perfect, the pool was amazing, the layout of the house was perfect. Right by the water, 2 minute walk to a private beach and a beautiful 1 mile walk to town. Larry was just a text or phone call away if we needed anything or had any questions- which we didn’t. Truly the best host. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended

Still Wonderful

Our third year renting and I may have run out of superlatives. It is simply a lovely home and yard/pool, with gracious hosts who have tried to think of everything guests might need and are very responsive should any issues arise. Once again, our multigenerational family a great stay. The only negative I can think of is this: If you don't like the people you are staying with, family or otherwise, this might not be the home for you as the layout is highly conducive to lots of good interactions, both indoors and out.

Sag Harbor Heaven

We just finished a truly delightful week at this fabulous house. The host really understands how to make the experience easy for the guests. Everything was clean. Everything was well organized. The location is just a short walk from Sag Harbor beach. We truly loved our stay. It’s a quiet neighborhood. The house is well stocked and in great condition. Will definitely try and schedule another stay at this wonderful home.

Five Star Experience in Sag Harbor

This is our second time renting this property and it’s just so fantastic. From the furniture and appliances to all the little touches to the gorgeous house itself - everything here is first class. And Larry and Jennifer, the owners, are wildly helpful. Just a true five star experience start to finish. Every room is sleek and beautifully done, and yet the house feels like a home. Great pool. Multiple washing machines and dryers. Very well appointed throughout. Highly recommend!

I could live here!

Our second stay as a multigenerational extended family and I hope just one of many to come. Over the years we have rented several other houses in Sag Harbor and this is our favorite. A beautiful house, great layout and space, and with everything provided other than food. The huge heated saltwater pool is exceptional and the setting, with chairs, tables, plants and grill is perfect. Short walk to the bay beach. The hosts are absolutely wonderful: thoughtful and responsive. Could not ask for a better experience.

Incredible home and experience

Everything was truly top notch here. Starting with Larry and Jennifer, who are wildly helpful and responsive, continuing with tons of little features that are appreciated - Bliss products in the bathroom, every possible kitchen appliance one could need, etc.. Absolutely beautiful and large home with a great pool, etc.. Just a great time in a great home aided by excellent hosts.

Absolutely wonderful

I really don't want to write this review because I would like to keep this a secret so that I can be sure to rent again, but here goes. This was a family three generation rental ranging from ages 6 to 73. The house is beautiful -- modern inside but designed to fit the esthetic of the beach community in which it is located. The owners have clearly been very thoughtful about providing everything one would want to have in a short term rental. The pool is great -- large, saltwater, and heated. The location is ideal for a short walk to the private bay beach or a short drive into town. The owners are gracious and respond promptly to any questions or concerns. We had a wonderful stay.

Family vacation

Larry’s house was even better than expected-- the house is immaculate, very well appointed and in a great location (walking distance to private beach and near Sag Harbor town). Our kids loved the pool & beach! There was plenty of space for a large group of two families with kids. Larry was super helpful and communicative, and made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Great week!

My family and I had an awesome week at this house this Fall. The house was immaculate and decorated beautifully, we were taking notes for our own homes. Larry was great and quick to respond with anything we needed and the location was great. A lot of us were working from home during the week and there was a lack of desk space in the home and that was really the only negative. Would definitely come back to this house!

Wonderful property and experience

All the other reviews praising this beautiful home and exceptional service from Larry (the owner), were right on. It’s a 5 star resort experience: Large, open and airy, beautifully furnished and stocked with everything you need, including kitchen and bath amenities. Larry bought an extra beach chair for us since we were seven adults and There were only 6 chairs. He spent about three hours on the phone with my sister to help get a bedroom TV working. He consistently went above and beyond. And I have to at least mention the 88 degree pool! We loved our time there and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks again to Larry and Jennifer for such a great experience.

Fantastic Home, Fantastic Location

This home is truly exceptional. This is, by far, one of the best home Rentals we have ever had - spotless, perfect location, wonderfully stocked with incredible appliances and kitchen tools, beautiful pool, and the beach literally 3 minutes walk away. Everything is different this summer, due to Covid, but we didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything. Relaxing with family was just what we needed. There is enough space for 10, and Larry is beyond attentive. We will definitely rent the house again.

Great stay

We had a great two week stay here with our extended family. We have rented a lot in the Hamptons and this is a great house - it is beautiful, super clean and well stocked with everything you need. The pool and backyard are nice, you can walk to town from the house, and the small beach at the end of the block is great for a nice beach day and has beautiful sunsets. Larry (homeowner) is available and helpful for questions and very nice. We definitely recommend this house!

Fantastic Find!

The other 11 reviews said it all. Larry and Jennifer are attentive, warm and thoughtful hosts. Their practically brand new home is beautifully designed and immaculate. We loved each space. The high-end kitchen had everything we needed for the many meals we cooked during our stay. Among the home's features is a spacious upstairs master bedroom with a charming balcony and a fabulous bathroom. We loved being in the downstairs suite on the first floor while our children and granddaughters had the upstairs to themselves. We enjoyed the perfectly heated pool for laps as well as having fun with our 2-year-old granddaughter. The short walk to the beautiful bay beach was simplified with a wagon to fill with provided towels, umbrellas, chairs and mats. The neighborhood was quiet, and a short drive to town where we ate in several excellent restaurants that Larry recommended, and where we enjoyed the harbor and shops. Overall excellent few days. Thank you, Larry and Jennifer! Hope to see you again!
