It is all about the World Famous Treasure Island beaches.
This unit is a little treasure and you will find one great feature of this complex is the short walk to the private beach access exclusive to Sunset Cove.
This will be your Home Away from Home!
This quiet, nicely landscaped complex with pool is close to playground,restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, gas station, urgent cares and hospitals.
Free WIFI available!
Full kitchen with small appliances, utensils, pots, pans, air fryer, mixer and crockpot.
Boogie board, sand toys, beach towels and beach mats, beach chairs and umbrella w/anchor provided.
Now we have a couple of bikes to enjoy island breeze biking.
Ground floor unit and you parking space right by your door also free guest parking available to your guests.
Please use only your designated parking space.

Fun in the Sun

I enjoyed my stay so much at this property, it is right across the street from the beach which is great. The pool was wonderful and very clean. It is within walking distance to several places to eat and drink. The property was clean when we arrived and the dock is really nice to sit and watch storms coming in (these usually happen every afternoon the time we were there). Arpad was very informative prior to arrival and so attentive to anything we needed. I will definitely stay there again in the future. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to come to Treasure Island.

Treasure Island

This resort is across the street from the beach. It is a quiet place and the pool is clean and of a good size. There are wonderful restaurants close by.

Beautiful spot and quiet

This condo was just perfect for the three of us. The pool was never crowded and the intercoastal waterway access on the other side was great for watching a few fish and some even saw a manatee. The condo is very cute!

Beach condo

The location was great, it was right across the street from the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and a grill was available at the dock area on the ICW. Zero gravity chairs were great for relaxing at the beach or pool.

Great Spot

Sunset Beach is a perfect spot if you like a quiet convenient beach vacation. The unit was a perfect size for two people and was well-stocked. The property has a nice pool and the beach is conveniently located right across as scarcely traveled two lane road!! 😎

Great place and condo

The area around Treasure Island is beautiful to take a time-out at the beach. Condo and condo-complex well maintained - everything you need for your vacation you will find in the condo. The kitchen is well-equipped and the amentities for the beach are really nice - you don`t need to bring anything, except yourself :-) Amy and Arpad are fantastic hosts! We`ll definiteley come back.

Perfect vacation

Perfect condo for two. It was very nice to have all paper products and linens, including beach towels provided. Every detail was thought out, even had clothes pins for the clothes line. Enjoyed riding the bikes and used the beach equipment every day. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very walkable to restaurants and 7-11. We will return.

First time at the Ocean

This was my daughter's first time at the Ocean and it was great! The room was so close to the beach and right on the bay and also had a pool! The condo was much bigger then I expected and was very clean. Everyone was very nice and curtious. The location was pretty close to everything. We will definitely be back!

Best vacation ever!

Please read all previous reviews for this property because they are accurate and wonderful! The owner was extremely responsive and gave us plenty of recommended places to eat. The condo is spotless! We brought our own drinks and snacks and everything else that we needed, Arpad and Amy already had. This location is perfect for relaxing and enjoying family time. There are places to eat within walking distance and the beach is directly across a quiet street. We have 2 boys, ages 6 and 8 and we all fit perfectly into this condo. The pool is also clean and quiet and perfect as you come in from the beach, to relax for just a few more minutes. We saw a DOZEN manatees right off the dock out back and enjoyed watching them every morning! We will be planning a return trip. This was a memorable and fantastic time! Thank you!!

There aren’t enough words to describe this place! The condo was perfect and the beach was paradise. The pics are spot on! A perfect place for couples. The beach was so close, if you can’t walk far like me. The pool was eight feet deep! Loved the neighborhood and the neighbors were nice. Place was quiet, the bed was big and comfortable. I fought with the sheets all week as I like it smooth! lol the condo had everything you could imagine. Loved the big beach umbrella!! The big screen tv in the living room was fantastic! The couch was comfy and the recliner was claimed by my hubby. The beach was so amazing, water was fantastic. We had the best time!!! I would definitely recommend this place as it was perfect in my eyes. Good place to rest your soul......❤️✝️❤️ We will be back!!! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your place! 😍😍😍

Look no further and book now!

I've looked for 2 weeks finding the best and affordable place in and near Clearwater Beach. Our focus was Clearwater and am so glad we ended up here in Treasure Island instead. This place is a gem and the beach is perfect if you are looking for a real vacation to relax. Arpad and Amy had been in contact easily answered all my questions. The place is superb and I have never stayed in a vrbo or airbnb that was so prepared for guest, needing everything you could think of. The TV has roku and could easily access kid TV for my 2 year old. The pull out couch was perfect for my daughter to sleep at night and was so comfy. The kitchen was soon equipped, from all the pots and pans, cooking sheets, utensils down to the crockpot that was better than mine for my favorite easy dinner meals. I agree with another reviewer that the bed was amazing and I want one. The shower is also very good. It had a 2 part system and different water settings to get the desired pressures. There was plenty of sand toys, surf board,, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towel, swim googles and even kid toys that kept us entertained for the whole week. Oh and did I mention this was only a short walk to the beach, no traffic, quite, and the place is mixed of locals who were nice and other rental visitors. We even enjoyed lunch at the picnic tables by the dock and saw a manatee. The pool was warm and comfortable, kept clean everyday by the maintenance man. We finished off the week with walking at night on the beach and found crabs. It was a great week and had fun. If you are still debating on places, don't think about it anymore and just book, you won't regret it.

Our Favorite So Far- Recommending to All Our Family and Friends

Absolutely wonderful! Upon arrival I was very pleased to be met with the smell of clean as soon as we opened door; and I found the entire condo to be spotless. (I accidentally dropped something behind toilet and it was clean there too!!) Super-cute, beach-themed decor throughout. The kitchen was fantastically stocked for all our needs. We were happy to have the beach chairs and umbrella and our kids were VERY happy to find the beach toys. Even had a great selection of inside toys/games (unexpected bonus for sure). Didn’t get a chance to use them but there are 2 private bikes for the renters use- they looked fun and well maintained. There’s a cabinet in the bathroom that we called the “did you forget it” cabinet- a little bit of EVERYTHING !!! Was very pleased to have a good quality hair dryer. (Straightener also available- but didn’t use it). Hot water enough for 4 showers back-to-back. My husband is usually never able to get good nights sleep when we vacation- he said this was definitely most comfortable bed and pillows (and I have to agree). PLENTY of extra bedding (which I didn’t find till last night- but we were very comfortable just the same. The towel quantity was impressive -even had beach towels for everyone in our party!! Oh yea- the beach was Amazingly soft- felt like baby powder!! And it really was CLOSE!! The private entrance made us feel VIP and we loved that the beach was not overcrowded at all. When you return from beach there is shower station at pool to minimize sand brought into condo (wish I would have spotted that out first day...thankful for that broom and dustpan haha) The pool was “just right” as well. Very nicely maintained grounds and pool. The gentleman that takes care of maintenance was available if needed, which we didn’t - but was happy to know he was just a few doors down. While in the pool we met some great folks that own some of the other condos, very nice (even to the kids). They take a lot of pride in there residence, and they should!! It’s lovely!! Arpad and Amy reached out to us as the days counted down and throughout our stay making sure we were okay and were able to make suggestions to fit our specific requests. Can not say enough of how happy we were with our stay here. Husband and I, along with our 10 and 7 year olds, stayed 5 nights. We were still finding little extras as we were packing to come home. Really, Really, Really, Really- happy with this rental!!! Well done Arpad and Amy!!! Thank you!!!
