Velkommen til Case Del Mar, Exuma!
Ny moderne strandvilla (2 til 3 soveværelser) kan rumme op til 6-7 personer.
Orkanbestandige høje standarder!
Ejendom blev opdateret i september 2019.
Direkte adgang til to miles hvid sandstrand. Hotelfaciliteter. Børn velkomne! Vi anbefaler Beach Villa til to eller tre par eller en familie med børn.

Fantastisk udsigt over moderne villa i Exuma, der sidder lige på stranden, består af to soveværelser med en-suite soveværelser og en konvertibel stue til separat soveværelse med eget badeværelse, spisestue og fuldt udstyret køkken, vaskerum med vaskemaskine / tørretumbler.
Udenfor gårdhaven er indrettet med sæt sofaer og stole.
Sand legeplads med legeplads og volley / fodboldbane på stedet er udelukkende til rådighed for Casa Del Mar gæster.
Kajakker, SUPs og snorkelsæt er tilgængelige for vores gæster.
Sandvindbeskyttet legeplads med legeplads og volley / fodboldbane er nu udelukkende åben for vores gæster!
Lufthavnstransport og rengøring i midten af ugen inkluderet ved ophold over 5 dage.
Hvad findes i villaen:

Wonderful Property

Stayed for our 10 year anniversary, and had a great trip. The property is so beautiful that you never want to leave the private residence, beach, and pool! Property manager was awesome and very accommodating!

Beautiful Villa on a stunning beach!!!

This was a beautiful villa with incredible grounds. Twenty feet from the front porch was a private pool and fifty feet from the oool was a lovely beach with turquoise water. The house was well maintained and well equipped with everything you would need!!

Perfect

Was so relaxing and fun for entire family. We enjoyed the pool, the ocean, other beaches, snorkeling, local restaurants, donut shop, excursions and chef dinner at the villa. Best vacation ever.

Perfect getaway

Amazing house and location! If you want to get away, this place is the spot. Water as blue as the eye can see. Super quiet area so you can really immerse yourself in the surroundings. Loved it!

A Slice of Paradise

Our family had a fabulous stay at this beautiful home. House was even better than on the site, very well equipped and the management was extremely helpful, including finding us a last minute private car rental during regatta week when our original reservation fell through. We would absolutely come back!!

Absolutely Incredible!

Casa Del Mar was absolutely incredible! The view was just as breathtaking on day 7 as it was on day 1. We must have taken a hundred pictures of the view. The house was very close to the airport and centrally located on the main island making trips to Georgetown or the west side not to far. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Gorgeous Villa!!

My husband and I came with our 11 month old. The house was super clean, had all the amentities for cooking/grilling, and was well furnished. We stayed at the Villa closest to the beach, so our views were fantastic. The beach was very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway.

Great Exuma Paradise !!!

Our family visited Casa Del Mar in Great Exuma for the 1st time and we are already inviting friends and family to join us for another visit. The accommodations were absolutely beautiful and supplied with everything our family needed. The location is centrally located for the island, making our island exploring a breeze! Working with Vladimir and Gabby was a pleasure, their response time and service was 5 Star! The beach at Casa Del Mar is..... paradise found! Looking forward to our return!🏝

That Pool and View are AMAZING!!

The villa is beautiful, the views are breathtaking, you’re just farther enough away from town that you feel private, but close enough to access everything quickly. The villa is well stocked and we cooked several meals. The pool is a 5 STAR!!!! Sunsets were beautiful!!!! The villa is maintained and had everything we needed (the doors are heavy to open and close but that did not interfere with our trip). Perfect combination of luxury and privacy. I can’t say enough about this place! The decor and views set the tone for our stay to be relaxing and enjoyable. We highly recommend!

Beautiful Property

The beach villla was absolutely beautiful! Everything was clean and in working order. We LOVED the showers! The kitchen had what we needed to prepare our meals and the grill was perfect for evening meals. The pool was a great addition for the days where the water is a little rough. Gabby and Randy were both great. The doors are a little heavy but that didn't affect our group. Other than that, no complaints! I've already started recommending this property to friends and family!

Perfection!

This one will be hard to top! Stunning home in a great location. Perfect layout for our group of two couples. Clean, modern, high quality construction/design/furnishings. Impeccably maintained. Gorgeous stretch of beach perfect for long walks, private (we hardly saw the guests in the other homes on the property). Short drive to groceries, restaurants. Fabulous bathrooms, luxurious beds, wonderful outdoor living spaces. Well-equipped, functional kitchen (not a chef’s dream, but you didn’t come here to cook!). Just stunning design, landscaping, location and comfort. There was a little construction on the street that required a bit of time without electricity, but it was a minor inconvenience and caretaker Gabby kept us informed as best she could. One of the other guests on the property was very upset, but it was really no big deal to us - things in the Bahamas are just not done as they are in the US, and you have to have a certain degree of “roll with it” when you come to the Out Islands. We would return in a second - Casa Del Mar is the best house we’ve stayed in on our favorite island.

Property is beautiful and view is perfect!

The house is so beautiful and everything that you need in a home this house has it! The reason I am giving it 3 stars is because this house is being promoted as a 3 bedroom and when you get to the house the living room is the 3 bedroom :( I am married and need my privacy and the friends who came along with me on my trip were 3 single ladies and a couple. The other couple wanted their privacy too but the 3 girls all didn't fit in the living room. If there was an actual 3rd bedroom then it would of worked out fine but since there wasn't, the couple was forced to sleep in the living room. It was a total inconvenience and very upsetting as I tried to work something out with the owner for the miscommunication and poorly advertised home and he pretty much tried to make it up by bringing us some champagne and wine. So just wanted to make it clear that the living room is the "3rd bedroom"

• Not clean - the unit was not clean -- food smear on the fridge, the carpets were clearly not vacuumed before our stay with visible chunks of food. The couch covers need a washing. One mirror vanity was broken but I understand that was a freak accident from people before us - we are not concerned about that. • The outside furniture is completely shredded. Unusable and an eye sore. • Kitchen not stocked - Coffee carafe was missing (later we were told they knew it was broken). I had to make coffee by holding a coffee paper over a cheese grater. Very bad way to start a morning. Further - the kitchen has only 4 small cups, 4 large cups for 4 people. We purchased brownie mix to make -- but then there was no tablespoon for measurement and no baking pan. • The internet was so poor that we had to purchase an international data plan so that we could check/send a few emails for work • Our second night, the water pressure went to near zero while one son was showering. Second son could not shower as it was literally a drip.

Beyond Amazing!

My husband and I and our friends recently stayed at Casa Del Mar for seven days. It’s hard to put into words how perfect and amazing our stay was at this beautiful home. From the moment we pulled in the driveway, we were just so amazed at how beautiful everything was. And Ester was so gracious and beyond helpful. She told us all about the markets and places to shop and eat. The house was incredible! Spotless and everything you could ever ask for was there. Kitchen is gorgeous! We cooked most nights and had everything we needed. There is a gas grill out on the patio and we used it a lot! The views from the bedrooms are just incredible! We would put the shades up on the picture windows in the mornings and have coffee in bed. It was like looking at a painting every morning! And the beds are the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in, other than our own bed at home! Plenty of towels in the spectacular spa like bathrooms. Beautiful, plush bath robes are also provided. The gorgeous crystal blue waters are just steps away from the house. Vladimir was an absolute joy to communicate with. He answered all of our questions. Highly recommend renting a car. We rented a jeep and had a blast driving from one end of Exuma to the other! Have to say it was difficult leaving the house everyday because it was so nice but exploring the island was so fun! So I guess in closing all I can say is we are so happy we discovered Casa Del Mar for our first trip to Exuma. We were celebrating my birthday and it was a beautiful gift to stay there. Thank you Vladimir for providing such a perfect HOME. We are already looking into another trip and will definitely book this home again.

Can’t say enough great things!!

Casa Del Mar is everything we had hoped for! The pictures don’t even do the property or the house justice! Everything was immaculate and super clean. The beds are pretty comfy. The view of the ocean from the floor to ceiling windows throughout the whole house is breathtaking! It has everything you may need, minus an oven- which was okay because we ate dinners out (it does have a stove top, microwave, and outdoor grill). A/C is good and cold. WiFi was great and we never noticed it lagging. There is directv at the house so we were able to watch football games Saturday night. The kayaks and paddle board were fun to take out in the water, and there is tons of snorkel equipment and extra floats to use too! The location is convenient as it is right down the hill from the airport and maybe a 15 min ride to town. The beach in front of the house is extremely private, even with a few houses around. We ran into ONE person on the beach our entire stay (we did go during the slow season); and goodness, Jimmy Hill beach is just beautiful! Gabby was extreeeemely sweet, helpful, and easy and fast to get it touch with. We texted her about needing beach towels and she was at the door in 4-5 minutes with them. She also offers a grocery service to already have food there at the house when you arrive to help save you a trip as some of the stores close early. And we actually met Vladimir on our flight to Georgetown. He gave a few suggestions as to where to eat on the island and met us at the house to let us in. Super nice guy. Both Gabby and Vladimir were wonderful, welcoming hosts. Seriously can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time on the island at Casa Del Mar! We’ll definitely be back!

Disappointed

Initially I had to contact the owner to see if the manager received my first email. I requested the complimentary ride from the airport to ensure we had room for everyone and our luggage as we also rented a car but had 2 car seats so we didn’t want to make an extra trip. We didn’t see the driver at the airport and when we asked an airport employee said he left because we rented a car, luckily everything barely fit in our rental. Upon arrival housekeeping was finishing and she said she just had linens left and she was done. We went to our rooms to change and there was broken glass in the guestroom, I brought it to the housekeeper’s attention and she said she knew and hasn’t cleaned it yet. But yet she saw us walk in there with our toddlers. We asked for 2 high chairs and were told when we arrived there was only 1. If we knew this beforehand I could have planned accordingly and brought a travel one since we have toddler twins. We never received the property orientation with someone from management, were just told by the housekeeper to email Gabby with any questions. The outdoor furniture had large tears and will soon get moldy with the occasional rain, we covered them with towels so we didn’t sit on the damp foam. The gas grill didn’t start, and was rusty and attracted a ton of flies. There was 1 roll of toilet paper in the laundry room, none in the 3rd bathroom, and 1 roll in the other 2 bathroom so with 6 people we quickly ran out. The location is beautiful and we loved being right on the beach. We had high expectations from the listing but were left disappointed.

Wanted to love it.

So I had my eye on this property for a while and finally booked it this year. I was excited about the set-up for our family as well as the location. Admittedly the location is great although you cant really see the beach from the house, you can see water. First off, the second bedroom isn’t connected to the “main house” so this is an issue for families with little ones. You have to look closely at the layout to tell this and I imagine most would miss it. So every night we locked dad out of the house and he went to his room. It’s basically two units that are in one structure. So just know this going in. I think for the price the dining table needs an upgrade. It’s really outdoor furniture being used inside and food gets stuck between the wicker so not very sanitary. I get that it’s a beach house, but would be nice to feel like the table was clean. The internet and tv options were great. The a/c worked well except the few times the electric went out, which is common on the island. The biggest issue we had was the doors. While they are beautiful, they aren’t functions. I’m not exaggerating…they are an absolute bear to open and close. No way could my daughter even start to let herself in or out, as both adults struggled. We were told it was due to all the rain, but it was such a pain that we dreaded opening the doors by the end of trip and a METAL handle broke off of one of the doors the day before we left. When I reported it had happened, they weren’t even surprised and said it wasn’t the first time and told us not to worry about it. It was on the extra unit door so Dad somehow managed, but there need to be an alternate entrance other than these terribly heavy sliding door or a call out for the smaller people and older people who can’t just “put their ass into it.” We did feel safe. And the beach is beautiful. But we won’t be back, unfortunately.

Great Property and Island

We just returned from a weeks stay at Casa Del Mar and would definitely return. The house is resplendent in appearance perched above a virtual private beach. Its very well maintained and has an attentive staff, should you need anything during your stay. Its positioning on the island of Great Exuma is a perfect distance from about anything you wish to do, as well. There was an abundance of beach necessities for us to use while hanging out on this gorgeous beach (kayaks, stand up paddle boards, snorkel gear, toys, and chairs). Indoors, the home provides you with everything possible to make your stay comfortable. My only issue was the fact that the internet connection was down the whole week. I have a small biz and have to work a little daily and this was a problem for me. The staff made arrangements for me to visit the Great Exuma Beach Resort several miles down the road which treated me as if I were a guest each day so that was very helpful. Regardless, we definitely want to return. Although totally unrelated to the Casa Del Mar property, I had major issue with the payment process through VRBO/HomeAway. For some reason the final balance owed was never pushed through before we went down there from the U.S. and I had no notification of this (the deadline was 6 weeks before our visit) until mid week when I got a call from the owner, Vladimir. Of course this troubled me as I had to drive to get online and attempt to process the payment through their system. For some strange reason the payment request would not accept the final payment when I attempted to use several credit cards. There is something wrong there and it is'nt on my end. Ultimately, I was able to work it out with Vladimir (completely helpful and understanding) with cash. However, who wants to have to go to a bank, out of the country, to secure cash to pay for your accommodations?! Needless to say, this sort of ruined about 24 hours of my visit. I will never assume all is well on the VRBO payment end again without verification. Lesson learned. Regardless, we had an incredible trip and stay at Casa Del Mar. Take the staff's recommendations on things to do down there, also. The boat excursion with Sugar was about the coolest thing we've ever done. There's more to do but we couldn't fit it all in during the week. Maybe next time. Thank you Casa Del Mar.
