Lake Front Cabin with Boat Slip- Beautiful Bass Lake
This home has lake views from every room except the kitchen. The lake water is warm and the beach is the most spacious at Bass. The home is at the base of a mountain, giving it lovely shade and a private, relaxing atmosphere compliments of the gorgeous trees of the Sierra National Forrest. You will have a boat slip steps from your cabin and easy access to Miller's Landing where you can rent your choice of water/boating toys. When you are not on the lake, enjoy a comfortable, remodeled cabin. Enjoy a sunset, sunrise or meals on the deck overlooking the lake and comfortably seating 10-12. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with lake views and a balcony. Downstairs there is a game room that can be converted to a bedroom sleeping 2; the quaint kitchen with its original wood siding; and a great room where you can enjoy one of two gas stoves for the winter, internet connection, and direct TV. You are a short walk to a beautiful hiking trail and for the more ambitious outdoorsy types, you are 15 miles from the south gate of spectacular Yosemite National Park. It's truly a gift and a vacation to remember.

We had a wonderful time at this Bass Lake cabin. The place is rustic but had all that we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and we made some amazing meals. The view is incredible and the beach is a short walk. We loved the balcony and patio desk. We will absolutely make a return visit.
Beautiful property right across from the lake with private beach and dock. Amazing owners. They were so helpful and respectable people . Will be back to rent the propert again
Check in was super easy and the location was amazing. The lake is right in front with a private beach area that's great for kids with sand no rocks! Beds are a little hard for my liking but being at the lake all day you kind of just knock out after. Other then that it was great ! miss the lake already
Beautiful lake house with easy access to dock and lake.
We enjoyed the lake and lake house very much. We had 3 kids and 4 adults. Every day was an adventure with deer and a bear sighting across the lake. Highly recommend !
Father/Son trip at Bass Lake was a winner! Location location location
Terrific stay! We all loved it. The big table outside on the patio deck was like a second home. Game night, dinners, coffee and morning views!!! I’ve stayed in Bass Lake many times and have stayed in homes lake front, and off the lake with views. This was off the lake but the access was a simple 3 minute walk and the private beach and boat slip were perfect. I’d book it again without hesitation! Coby was a great host and was helpful with any and all questions and concerns.
This cabin is perfect for cool weather months and our week in June was surprisingly warm. With no AC and sitting on a natural spring made our nights a bit of a challenge trying to stay cool and fighting off the mosquitoes. Indoor ceiling fans helped a lot but if you're not used to noise and wind it can be an eye opener. The common driveway is steep and parking is doable but not easy. Easy walk to the lake all downhill but the walk back at 3400 feet keeps you breathing. The accommodations were awesome, two bathrooms made it nice and the Lakeview deck was the best. Small kitchen in this older, almost rustic setting included a BBQ and an outdoor shower. Definitely will return especially for the price in comparison of other cabins. Two 👍

Needs a good clean
The water and dock are across the street which was convenient. There is no 'beach' but rather an area elevated above the water with concrete steps leading into the water. It was nice to be able to leave our canopy up for a couple of days. The house is in need of a good clean, including the furniture. The kitchen counter is made of an unusual dark material that doesn't seem clean. Three of the four lights were burned out in the living room area and the bathroom light glass cover was missing. Definitely bring your own pillows unless you like sleeping on pancakes! The host was very easy to communicate with.
Great home in an amazing location with excellent hosts!
Thank you for being so accommodating! We appreciate how easy it was to get a hold of the hosts when something was needed. This house is truly a home. The location is arguably the best on the lake. Heavenly views and the dock/beach area is the absolute best. We're so grateful you offer your space to rent!
Pros: Great location with a nice view of the lake, nice outdoor patio, good communication with owner, big boat slip with a semi private beach area that had mostly a sand bottom lake entry
Cons: No A/C and the upstairs bedrooms only have large window fans that are very loud, bring your own towels as the ones they have are a bit shabby and limited, to get to the beach area you must walk down and across the road and there is a bit of traffic.
All in all it’s a nice place to stay.
The house had everything we needed. Coby was easy to work with

Wanted to love this trip
2nd time at this property. In 2019 had great experience. Iam in my mid 40's with 2 teen children and consider myself a responible tenant and neighbor. I missed the no children and no pets policy rule. We have a 10lb king charles rescue and a 8 week german shepherd rescue that are kennel trained.! We were met by owners parents that live next door. Cordial but we felt as we were being watched like 16 yo kids home alone with out parents. Oh and neighbor to the right video tapes and records all you do (per the other neighbors) uncomfortable to say the least for a "vacation". Stay at pines or forks where people respect you and give u a little privacy.....
This is a great spot with it's own boat slip and private beach. House had what we needed to cook. The upstairs was hot at night until about 11pm. Run lots of fans. I would recommend this house for sure!
Our experience with this cabin was amazing from the booking process to check in and check out. it was easy and convenient, their whole family is involved in the rental process, and they were all extremely helpful, patient, and kind. The property couldn’t be in a better location, it’s just a very short walk from the cabin to the lake, nice beach and swim area to play. Cabin was well appointed, had everything we needed. beautiful decks beautiful views. Weather was 90 degrees at the lake, and cabin does not have AC, but it never felt too hot in the cabin which was very nice. We would definitely love to stay here again.
Two families with two kids each… perfect amount of space. Deck and house kid friendly (1 to 7 yrs old). Walking distance to lake and private dock. Couldn’t have been better. Rented a boat and tube, best days of kids lives (& adults). Thanks Coby!!
Great location to the private dock and beach! A short walk even with 4 kiddos under 5! Neighbors are friendly. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, silverware, really anything you need to cook a meal and a coffee pot with filters! Plenty of bed linens and towels. House cooled off with the fans provided at night. Went to bed a lil warm but had to cover up in the middle of the night! Loved the outdoor shower to hose down kids after a day at the lake! Host was very responsive and did a great job communicating!
The home is in a wonderful location on the quiet side of the the lake (less traffic and activity) and has great views . A narrow road separates the house from the lake with easy lake access on the other side. The house was well accommodated and spacious with a great deck for outside dining. The only suggestion we have is to invest in a couple of window air conditioners since it gets extremely warm during the day ( July) making it uncomfortable cooking in the kitchen until later in the evening when things cool down. Other than that, I highly recommend this place if you want a great , relaxing get away.
We loved the nearness to the beach and lake, just a short walk across the street. The water level was low but that didn't keep us from having a great time -- swimming, sand castles and a jet ski to boot! The house was nice, though a tad unkempt in places. The refrigerator hadn't been cleaned, the kitchen trash can was gross and there were plenty of cobwebs in the windows. The lack of AC was also felt, especially as daytime temps reached into the triple digits. Still, the property owner was delightful and communication was excellent throughout. All in all, we had a fantastic vacation and look forward to returning again!
