Located on the second floor, Malibu Breeze features a spacious deck with mirrored accents that reflect the sparkling ocean, creating a truly stunning water view. Inside, the condo is a perfect blend of comfort and elegance:
* A queen-sized bed dressed in fine Quince linen, ensuring a cloud-like sleep experience.
* A fully renovated kitchen with high-end appliances, ready for you to prepare delicious meals.
* A contemporary living area that opens to the expansive deck, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or sunset dinner while taking in the sounds of the waves.
* As of April 2025, high-speed Starlink internet has been installed, offering a fast and reliable connection ideal for remote work, streaming, and video calls.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo, including the tandem carport driveway, ensuring seamless parking off the Pacific Coast Highway. You can enjoy complete privacy, with no one else on the property unless previously arranged with you.
Located just minutes from Malibu’s finest dining, shopping, and iconic attractions, Malibu Breeze is the perfect base for your seaside getaway.

While this building remained unaffected by the 2025 Malibu / Palisades fires, please be aware that there is significant devastation in the surrounding area. Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!
All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team is the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!
PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For month+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.
- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
