The main floor of the home provides an absolutely fabulous space for everyone to gather. The family room is equipped with a large, flat screen television, Blu-Ray player, digital cable television set top box, and high fidelity, surround sound stereo system. The home features state of the art wireless high speed Internet service. The first floor laundry/mud room located on the side of the home features a full-size washer and dryer.

As you are located near the front of the sub-division, the beautiful beaches of South Walton are a quick walk away. If you don’t feel like walking and carrying your beach gear, simply call one of the Seacrest Beach Community trams (operating March through October) to pick you up at your front door and ferry your party over to the beach.

Guests are able to access all areas of the main home with the exception of the owner's closet in the upstairs hall. We ask that you make yourself comfortable and be respectful of the home. Excessive trash within the home or damage to the home / the contents within will result in penalty fees being assessed. NOTE: The detached guest house is for long term renters only.

PLEASE NOTE: The Seacrest Beach community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. Effective January 1, 2022 Seacrest Beach HOA has banned the use of non-owner golf carts, scooters and Mokes.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 25. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
8. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
1. Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all trash in the home to exterior trash cans.
2. Load and start dishwasher — please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or on kitchen counters.
3. Do not strip beds, but DO collect all the used towels and place in the laundry room.
4. Check all drawers and closets for any personal items.
5. Return beach key fob to the kitchen counter.
6. Turn off all lights and make sure windows and exterior doors are locked. Make sure beach cruiser bikes are locked.
7. Check out on time, 10am CT firm. If leaving prior to 10am CT kindly send a message noting the property you are departing from so we may inform our cleaning crew that they can enter the unit.
*Homes left in complete disarray will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Listing sites will be provided with photographs.
