Up-dates abound in this lovely renovated condo with tropical décor and beautiful tile throughout. The renovated kitchen has shiny, black appliances and is fully stocked and equipped with modern small kitchen appliance that will bring out the inner chef in you! The view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the private balcony and master bedroom is absolutely wonderful and will draw you right in! Beautiful gated community, washer and dryer in the condo for your use, free wifi, updated furnishings and so much more!! Building #4 is across the waterway from St Pete Beach so kick your feet up and watch the action go by! This building is situated nicely near one of the hot tubs on property, close to the BBQ area and is a very easy walk to the pool and beach access onsite!

Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. Residents can enjoy stunning views of boats passing through the channel, with dolphins and manatees often spotted nearby. Beautiful place. Kitchen was stocked with all cooking utensils, blender, crockpot, air fryer, everything we needed. We had a wonderful week. Will definitely book again.

Nice location

Place was nice although we were disappointed with the all the tiny spiders in the beds in second bedroom. Property manager dismissed it as sand fleas. We killed several spiders and kids had many spider bites. Kids ended up sleeping on couches. For the money and the way things were handled, I’d definitely stay somewhere else in the future.

We rented two condos for our family, and the other one was just awful, but this one was so great. But this year was amazing.

Oldies

The property was fairly nice but there were a few things that needed repaired. The grounds crew were there everyday of our stay which was loud and annoying . We were also expecting a couch bed and we weren’t sure if that was our mistake but no big deal. The only other complaint that I would have would be the charge to park. I feel that this should have been included in the rental price. Otherwise the property was nice and well maintained and the pool was extra nice.

The cold itself was fine. The only issue, and it was a major one is, it desperately needs a new mattress in the master bedroom. It was horrible to sleep on. The experience with Vacation Rental was great. Could not have been easier. I just wish the description of the unit was more forthcoming.

Good location, Property needs maintenance

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Door was very hard to get into. I had to get the guy at the gate to show us how to open the door. Lights in the kitchen didn't work properly, ice maker not working properly. The pool is not close by. They decided to work on and close down the elevator a couple of days before i left so I had to drag my bags down the stairs when I checked out. I guess it could have been worse if I was staying on the 3rd floor. The unit is in a good location. We enjoyed the view from the that made it enjoyable

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Lands End itself. Beach and pool area was great! The kitchen was also well stocked.However, the condo was across the water from a bar, so loud music was on every night. The condo was very dusty, all of the mattresses sag and were uncomfortable, and the dresser and nightstand in the spare bedroom were literally falling apart. There was even painters tape being used to keep it together. The washer and dryer were extremely small, and you could only wash 3 towels at a time which took forever to dry. We had issues multiple nights with the renters below us, and when we called the property management company, they had no idea how to get ahold of security, so we had to hear loud music and smell smoke multiple nights of our trip until 2 am in the morning. The dishwasher is also not in the kitchen very well and difficult to use.We own a beachfront property in Panama City Beach, and this unit definitely needs to get updated. It was also a pain to not have a kaba lock and having to stop at the rental office to pick up and drop off keys. We had issues getting in the door the first day and had to wait for maintenance to call us back on the tip on how to get the door to work properly. The front door lock needs to get replaced regardless.

Vacation 2021

We have been coming to Lands End for 5yrs. This is our Favorite Resort!! We have stayed in 5 different rentals.. We have been pretty happy with them all. The condo was nice and it was clean when we checked in.( I did notice some dirty towels on top of the dryer that were left there) The living room furniture was beautiful. The kitchen was stocked pretty well. They even have an insta pot and air fryer in it as well. We loved the balcony view. We loved hearing the music at night from across the water. Early in the mornings we saw dolphins and 2 days we saw manatee. We are a family of 5 adults so having the full size and twin in one room was great. I always look for condo’s here that have enough beds for 5. A few things I feel was a con for this condo was the Mattress in the Master bedroom it really needs to be replaced. The Master closet is used as storage and I did not want to hang my clothes in it. I did take a sheet that was in the linen closet and cover some of the items so my clothes would not be touching anything., the closet felt dirty. The master bedroom blinds had alot of slates off and did not cover the windows so there was no privacy and it did not do any good to close them. If you like to sleep in and do not want the sun shining in , you are out of luck lol. The sun shined brightly every morning, but that was fine with me I like to wake early. The kitchen table is huge and high and so are the chairs It was hard to get up to the table very well. The chairs need some repairs and cleaning. The washer and dryer would not hold more than 4 big towels it is very small. I am one who keeps things clean even on vacay. I wash every day. It was hard to keep up with the laundry since I could not wash much at a time. We would have to reuse some towels at times, being 5 of us and we all showered once or twice a day coming in from the beach. They had some nice pieces of furniture but several of the drawers had knobs off of them. I saw several of these things I mentioned in past reviews and was thinking by our vacation they may have been taken care of or repaired. They were not. We truly enjoyed our vacation and did not let these things bother us or interfere with our vacay! If I were the owner, I would definitely get the kitchen chairs repaired before someone gets hurt, they are very unstable. I gave a 3 because several things were not taken care of from past reviews, and might be an issue for future renters.

Getaway

We love the location at the end of the island with access to both the intercoastal and beach with a short drive to restaurants/shopping. We loved sitting on the patio listening to the music from the Toasted Monkey at night, but were able to close the door and not hear anything inside. We would definitely return to this location again!

This unit has a awesome new kitchen and both bathrooms are new too. Very nicely decorated. Would love to stay in this unit again.

Reviewer Comments: Bldg. 4-304 unit is exceptional-the best we have stayed in for the last 10 years. I thought that the pool restroom needed more frequent disinfected type cleaning. Also, I thought the hot tub looked kind of grungy. One week during our stay, there were a "lot" of teenage guests at the pool. It's okay if everyone is staying at Lands End and I don't get a pool lounge. But if they are imported, I think I should get my lounge before they do since I'm paying to stay there. Otherwise, we have always enjoyed our stay at Lands End. Staff is always very pleasant and helpful.

Loved this unit!

Perfect for our family of 4! Beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked and we loved the live music nightly across the waterway. It was perfect to sit on the balcony and have a concert every night. The door knob was tough to unlock at first but once you knew what to do it was fine.

Perfect spot for music lovers!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay in this unit! We stayed for a week in summer 2020, and just recently stayed for another week. What we love most about this unit is the location. We really enjoy listening to the live entertainment each evening from across the water at the Toasted Monkey. We were a little taken back by some of the things in the condo (towel rack in first bathroom was broken off the wall, dresser in smaller bedroom had blue tape holding the end together and drawer handles would fall off and expose the screws). The unit itself is in rough shape compared to years before. Online photos don't reflect it's current state. With all this being said though, we still won't choose any other place to stay than Lands End. We may just pick a different condo next time. The condo did have lots of beach chairs, beach toys, a beach blanket, and pool noodles which sad wonderful.

2nd visit, same condo, very disappointing

Stayed in exact condo 5 years ago and it was wonderful! Although we had a lovely time together this time, it was VERY disappointing. The ragged condition of the blinds, there was no privacy in the master bedroom, the ceiling fan was stuck on high, the mb closet was disorganized mess (unusable). Daughter almost fell to the floor-dining chair was broken. I found a screw under the table the next day and noticed the chair she was at the night before was missing the foot bar at the bottom. AND the table advertised on the patio is not the table! I was excited to see a large table (like last time) since we had our adult children with us, instead we had a very small side table. I called and expressed my concerns and was told maintenance and a electrical would be out in a day or two. NO ONE CALLED US BACK OR SHOWED UP!! I was also told I should rent a premier condo for updated furnishings. WHAT?! We don't care about updated furnishings, but cleanliness and working order items and privacy should be assumed! Horrible lack/non communication and the price for what we had is ridiculous. Everyone on the property, guard shack, night security was very friendly and made us feel welcomed.

Perfect getaway for my family!

My husband and our three children (11, 7, 2) thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Our older two children continued their schooling remotely during our stay. It was so nice to escape north eastern USA and to get to enjoy the warm Floridian weather. We made full use of the beautiful beach and the on-site pool and tennis courts. The sunsets from the beach were stunning!! The unit had everything we needed (including beach toys) and was clean. The desk off the kitchen was a great set up for my husband as he worked. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Land's End Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a unit for our family of 6 for our stay on Treasure Island. We Had a great time. The property sits on the end of Sunset Beach, and was beautiful. It has all the ammenities we were looking for; pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, volleyball and pingpong. Our unit had a balcony on the intercoastal waterway and we enjoyed sitting by the water each morning and night. The unit was roomy and nicely decorated. We appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit and having beach chairs to use as well. Highly recommend this property for a lovely vacation.
