If you are looking for a luxury villa near the beach in one of the most beautiful regions in Croatia - Istria, Villa Oria could be the ideal choice for you! This modern villa is literally only a few steps away from the emerald green Adriatic sea and stunning beaches. The villa has 4 cosy bedrooms with double beds that can be either used as double or kingsize beds, however there is also an extra bed in one of the bedrooms so it can accommodate up to 9 persons, and 2 babies in their baby beds. Villa Oria is equally beautifull on the outside as well as on the inside. On the ground floor you will find two bright and airy bedrooms, both with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a fireplace as its main feature. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms with 2 own bathrooms and a nice view of the surroundings. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned and equipped with a TV. If you prefer spending your time outside, you will be thrilled that the villa is surrounded by a large green garden. Enjoy the sunny days by the private pool, prepare delicious meals on the charcoal barbecue and have a lovely time dining with your friends and family on the covered terrace. The owners will be at your disposal for any kind of assistance or advice by phone. The garden, pools, kayak and 4 bicycles are at your exclusive use only.

Fantastic house in Pula

We rented Villa Oria for 2 weeks, in total 6 persons from 23-55 years old. The house was very nice - like a hotel with bathrooms in every bedroom. Clean and very good equipped and more than enough towels for bathroom and for Beach. Outside a nice pool and a lounge area which was in the shadow during daytime. The sourroundings in Stojia was really stunning and only 50 meters to the beach. Shopping Center 200 meters away with a huge grocery store and only a few kilometers to the Center of Pula. Bus stop just outside the house. We really recommend this house to other big families or 2 families to share.

Wonderful villa and owners, we enjoyed so much !!!!!

In summer 2018.g. we had a great week at Villa Oria with our family. The position of the villa is great, just a minute walk from the beach and really close to the city centre and all the activities. The house ecquipment is really high class, brand new and made with style. All we needed was there, the kids loved the big swimming pool and garden, we often made barbecue dinners at the terrace. The owners were amazing, helped us in all our needs, told us what to do and visit, where to go in the evening etc. Pula as a city is wonderful for all generations, it has so many things to do so we just want to come again the next summer to continue exploring the area. Thanks again to the owner family for a great great house and all the advices during our stay. See you again for sure!!!!!

A beautiful confortable holiday location

We have had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful clean house with swimming pool, exceptionally suited for families with grown-up children. We were 7 adults and a baby and appreciated the completeness of the accomodation. We were received by very friendly owners and benefitted from their useful suggestions to visit the surroundings. We loved the jasmin odeur in the garden and enjoyed the nice terrace by the pool where we played gaims at night. We can recommend this location to all who want to spend an unforgettable holiday.

Wonderfull

La casa è molto bella con un bel giardino, adattata alle nostre aspettative. La situazione comodissima per andare a fare il bagno ( il mare è molto bello) e invece si può arrivare al centro di Pula a piedi. I padroni della casa sono molto simpatici e gentile con tutte le nostre domande e richieste. Un posto per consigliare. Famiglia Brozzi

Gorgeous property, newly renovated,lots of privacy

The home was gorgeous, newly renovated and very clean. We spend a week there with my entire family of 10. There are four bedrooms, and every bedroom has their own bathroom. All bedrooms and the living room has an AC. There is an huge terrace, with a large family dining table, and also a beautiful garden with beach loungers. We spend most of our time on the terrace and garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry, and parking space for up to four cars. The owners Oria and Damir are extremely pleasant, nice people, who left us some welcome goodies, like a bottle of local olive oil, home made jam, and honey liquor. They were extremely helpful in making recommendation for restaurants, and even offering to drop us off and pick us up in Fazana, when we were taking the boat to the close by island Brijuni. The travel agency manager Josip Bolkovic from the travel agency who managed the booking was also extremely helpful, and was even able to arrange some concert tickets for us upon request. We could not have been happier with the home, and the hosts. Pula is a larger city in the region and had many things to offer, from delicious restaurants who prepare local, fresh fish and home made pastas, to sport activities, and shopping options. The beaches are pebble stone, or rock and the water is crystal clear and beautiful. The rock beaches are most beautiful, and the water is cleanest at the beaches with the least tourists, like for example the beach in Stoja 3 minutes from Villa Oria. We were very pleased with everything and would come back any time. Thank you Oria and Damir, and special thanks to Josip!

Beautiful, relaxing villa

We stayed at this villa for about two weeks with three adults and two young children and it was perfect. Upon our arrival from the US, we were met by the owners and showed around, they provided some special Croatia treats, cookies, jam, wine, etc. They provided all sorts of items for the kids, such as highchairs, crib, water toys, small play table, cushions for beach and outside picnic table. The children loved collecting rocks at the beach and swimming in the kids pool on the property (adults enjoyed it as well to cool off). The owners and the property manager were always available and went out of their way to help in anyway. They would help with any activities we wanted to do. Or when a couple medical issues came up they made sure we went to the right doctor (even took us themselves) and helped us get the correct prescriptions. The listing is very accurate; VERY clean which is important to me (someone came to clean mid trip too), well maintained with new appliances, beautiful yard/flowers, etc. GREAT customer service, they were over the top wonderful. They also drove us to a couple local restaurants. We did historic sightseeing a bit, but spent most of the time by the water or at the property. We ended up cooking a lot at the house because they provided so much in the kitchen and a dishwasher. We loved the outside area to eat and grill fresh food. We went to a couple restaurants as well and enjoyed them. We are so thankful to have met such wonderful people at this villa and would highly recommend it.
