NEW LISTING: Located in the Ali`i Kai Resort in picturesque Princeville, this newly-renovated, modern condo offers 2 bedrooms with Cal King and Queen beds, 2 full baths, washer and dryer, a spacious living room, well-appointed kitchen, and dining area.

The condo is on the ground floor, ADA accessible, and opens up to an expansive backyard through sliding doors. See gorgeous mountain views from the living room and bedrooms. Stepping out on to the yard affords you ocean views to your right and spectacular sunsets. A quick trek takes you to breathtaking cliffside views. From the front door, crossing the parking lot affords you cliffside access to amazing views and a path down to Turtle Cove where native sea turtles come to rest and eat. It's a protected area for the turtles, a protected species.

This resort features free parking, WiFi, swimming pool and BBQ areas. The Princeville Shopping Center is less than 2 miles away and features Foodland groceries, pharmacy, Lappert's Ice Cream and other local restaurants and stores.

Princeville offers a variety of activities. A Great place!

We loved our condo! It is modern, bright and very nicely renovated:) with a beautiful view on the mountains! You can find beach chairs, towels cooler bags for the beach. Reina and her husband were very responsive to any problem you have. The backdoor was not locking properly and they fixed right away. The resort is located near the cliff, very calm and relaxing atmosphere with views towards the ocean. Anini beach was 15 min away from the house and with its calm waters, it was perfect for our little kids:) I highly recommend the condo! 10 over 10!!!

Beautiful Property

The condo was so clean! Reina and Darren were very responsive and so nice. The unit has everything you could need and is beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfy and the location is great! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this rental!!
