Questa casa immacolata con due camere da letto e due bagni con aria condizionata centralizzata è immersa in un tranquillo lotto alberato all'interno del "Triangolo Edgartown", proprio dietro l'angolo da Main Street ea pochi passi dai negozi del centro. Apprezzerai la posizione e la comodità di avere un supermercato, ristoranti, un negozio di noleggio biciclette e altri servizi dietro l'angolo.
Per chi ama la pace e la tranquillità (così come i genitori con bambini piccoli), la casa si trova su una piccola strada sterrata che collega - praticamente non c'è traffico automobilistico. All'interno, troverai una casa che è stata meticolosamente migliorata e curata con materiali di fascia alta, dotata di aria condizionata centralizzata, nuova cucina con cucina a gas, pavimenti in legno / piastrelle in tutto, "mobili reali" (non ricostruiti in cottage), materassi di alta qualità, Weber grill a gas, videoteca, wireless e un meraviglioso camino a gas. Nel complesso, questa proprietà in affitto è stata progettata per offrire ai visitatori un soggiorno comodo, rilassante e spensierato sull'isola.

Christmas/Winter visit

We had a peaceful and enjoyable stay at Joe’s home. The house was comfortable and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. We especially enjoyed the free-standing gas fireplace in the living room. It made the house warm and cozy. The neighborhood is tucked away and quiet. Even though it was cold, we enjoyed several walks into Edgartown center. We had some wild turkeys come to call in the yard on Christmas day. Joe was easy to communicate with when we had some questions. All in all, it was a relaxing getaway. Just what we wanted!

Like a home away from home

I had my car and after an 8 hour Standby in Woods Hole due to Island Home vessel issue, this VRBO was a very welcome reprieve. The owner was excellent to communicate. We are everyday walkers, so when my car battery died and needed to get to the Christmas Parade, we walked. Always check your Google map. we loved the street, the house was perfect. Thank you so very much Joe!

Overall nice stay

The property was clean with the exception of an ant issue in the kitchen. The owner was not able to get an exterminator in before our departure unfortunately. We were diligent and wiped down the counters often, left no food or beverages out and kept the ant issue to a minimum. The “queen” bed did not measure to a queen size. I would classify it as a full (I keep a tape measure handy in my purse - lol). It was tight especially being used to a king size at home. The weather was spectacular and again overall a very nice stay.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient!

My husband and I vacationed at this property during the first week of June, and it was fantastic! We were within easy walking distance of the Stop-'n'-Shop, and comfortable walking distance to downtown Edgartown, where we enjoyed strolling, shopping, and dining out. The house itself was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen impressively stocked -- so much so that we cooked and ate in even more than we'd originally planned to. Joe provided thorough and thoughtful instructions, making this one of our easiest and most relaxing Vineyard trips ever; we'd be happy to stay here again, and will definitely check the availability when we next make our way to the island.

Everything about the home was great and particularly the location. Very easy walking into town. Great new kitchen. A very comfortable and welcoming home. Joe was quick to respond to questions and very helpful with everything. Would definitely recommend this home.

Cozy Comfort

We had a great time and credit Joe, the host, for being helpful and responsive. The rooms are comfortable and the wi-fi is very fast.! The home is within easy walking distance of the center of Edgartown. Although the weather did not cooperate, the home more than made up for that.

Wonderful stay

Stayed with my husband and school age son at the house for several nights to explore Martha's Vineyard. The house was a perfect well-located launchpad and very comfortable. The kitchen was particularly well-equipped and we were able to cook most meals there. The "off season" in October was lovely. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay! Edgartown is an amazing town and this home was great. The listing photos don’t do it justice. Worked perfectly for the 4 of us on a girl’s trip. Communication with Joe was easy and he was super nice and accommodating. Would absolutely stay again!

Great house, location and owner!

I would say that the pictures don't do the property justice, although they look nice, the place itself feels bigger than the pictures show. The kitchen is REALLY nice, all the appliances are very clean and it was nice to be able to eat at home rather than eat out for every meal. You can walk to the Stop and Shop from the house (or it's a 1 minute drive). The house is very comfortable, nice decor and the outdoor shower was a fun added bonus. The house is located on a very, very quiet street. So if you are not a quiet party yourself, you'll stick out and this property isn't for you. If you are looking for quiet, peace and relaxation, this house will provide that. The street is tucked away between two main streets, so you get the best of both worlds, easy to get to the action/downtown Edgartown but quiet when you get home. Edgartown center is probably a 10-15 minute walk, all flat, easy walk. Parking in Downton Edgartown can be tough, so it was nice to have the option to walk. Oak Bluffs, West Tisbury, Aquinnah are all short drives from the house. The owner was very communicative. We didn't need to reach him during our stay but he left info if we needed to. I would absolutely recommend this property for a great stay on the Vineyard.

We had an excellent stay! Location was key for us with a quick walk to Edgartown and Bad Martha’s. We frequented Long Point Pond and Menemsha. Kayaking near State Beach at the Little Bridge was fantastic! Thank you!

Adorable home in a convenient location

My husband and I have stayed at several different rentals on MV, but always in Katama (closer to South Beach). This location is so much more convenient! We could walk into Edgartown, easily bike to OB and State Beach, and having the market so nearby made last minute shopping needs a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet, the house has everything you need and is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Joseph was quick to respond to questions. We would highly recommend this house for a couple or for a family with two children.

lovely cape home in edgartown

This charming Cape Cod style home is a pleasant walk from downtown Edgartown. It's perfect for up to four people with two bedrooms and two full baths. The pretty back yard is great for grilling and relaxing on the back deck. Hope to visit again next year.

Wonderful Getaway!

We had a wonderful, relaxing time off-season in this great location near Edgartown. The house was extremely clean and well-appointed with cheerful art throughout and all the kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc. that one could need. I look forward to going back!

Great Edgartown Location

This house is in an ideal section of Edgartown, close to everything but quiet and private. It's just the right size for a family of 4 or 2 couples and very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was outstanding, he was so easy and pleasant to work with. This is not a huge house, but super cozy and convenient, and just as described. I would highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again!

Cozy and Charming

A perfect property for our group of three. Comfortable furnishings, good mattresses, and a nice sense of design. Well-equipped kitchen and seriously outstanding outdoor shower. Excellent communication with a very accommodating host. And the lane the house is situated on is utterly lovely and away from the Edgartown bustle. Rent a bike, ride the mile to shop at Morning Glory Farms, and enjoy the back deck.

Perfect!

Enjoyed our stay here immensely! House was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, (not that I did much cooking). Edgartown was within walking distance and the AC in the house was very much appreciated with the hot weather we had while there. Neighborhood was very quiet and the bed was super comfortable. All in all this was an excellent choice and the owner always answered any questions promptly. Definitely would stay here again. (Hopefully next year!)

Great little house

This is simply a great rental. Perfect location for what we do on the vineyard. This was our second time back and we hope to continue to vacation here. Because of its location on a side street within walking distance of edgartown (in town, lighthouse, beach, public library, adjacent playground with outdoor gym) you can always avoid The traffic at the fork entering edgartown. 1 minute drive through a couple side streets and you're headed up Island with the choice of turning on airport road and going to either Vineyard Haven or Oak Bluffs. Easy access to the bike path as well. The home is super clean with great kitchen appliances. The owner checks in with guests to see how everything's going.

After a very long search I purchased this home in 1998, at the time knowing little about Martha's Vineyard or owning a vacation home. I soon found that I enjoyed the whole process of providing summer rentals so much that I went on to purchase another home in Oak Bluffs, and then one more after that. One important thing I have learned and always try to keep in mind is that guests come to my homes for perhaps their one vacation of the year, and this time is very important to each them -- which is why we are always striving to make the house better each year, sometimes with big items such as installing central ac, or in small ways, such as improving the wireless or adding a few more dvds and games for the kids.

Once I got the idea to buy a home on MV, it really 'stuck' and I got a bit obsessed by it. That's a good thing, because it was no easy task. I can remember going to the island on the coldest, wettest, most dreary winter days you can imagine, to look at all kinds of homes -- I didn't like any of them. The search was expanded to Nantucket, as well, with no success. I finally reached the point of giving up when my broker asked me to come out just one more time to look at a property that was not listed for sale. That home was, of course, this property on Hannah's Way. I don't think I was in the home 60 seconds before I knew I had found what I was looking for.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

One thing that makes this home stand out from most ranches and capes is that the living room has a vaulted ceiling. This ceiling gives this relatively small home a feeling of openness and space that I think you notice as soon as you walk in the front door. Visitors always tell me that the place 'feels' like home, and I think this starts with the first impression one gets upon entering. Another nice feature is that the home is very close to Main Street, yet it is on just about the quietest lot you will find. So you have easy access to town plus a peaceful home to relax in.
