Start your vacation with a splash! The heated (and cooled) private pool is perfect for year-round relaxation. The pool features a sun shelf for lounging, all within a fenced backyard for privacy.
• Second Floor:
The luxurious master suite includes a private lanai and direct access to the pool via an outdoor staircase. Two additional bedrooms on this floor offer plenty of space for family and friends to unwind.
• Third Floor:
The heart of the home! The open-concept kitchen, dining room, and great room are perfect for entertaining. The modern kitchen features high-end appliances, ample seating, and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Two more bedrooms are located on this level, offering more space for guests.

Amazing views!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the Blue Pearl Beach House in Indian Shores was incredible! The house itself is stunning, but the rooftop deck truly took it to another level. Watching the sunset over the Gulf from up there was unforgettable—it quickly became our favorite spot to start and end the day. The views of both the ocean and the Intracoastal were breathtaking.The location is perfect—the beach is right there! The pool had some fun in-water chairs that were actually really comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and fun to cook in. I saw dolphins as I was cooking! Such a cool experience We’ll definitely be back!

Blue Pearl Beach House - beautiful place for family vacations

We had a fantastic stay at the Blue Pearl! One of the best things about this home is the direct beach access—with the house in front recently torn down, you get wide-open views and a short, easy walk straight to the sand. It made our mornings and sunsets extra special!The house itself is brand new, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed. We had two families here and there is so much space! The layout is a great for a group. The location is also super convenient—close to restaurants and shops but still quiet enough to feel like a private getaway. The house has easy to access garage parking. Most shops and restaurants in the area seemed to be open, having already recovered from last year’s hurricanes. If you’re looking for a comfortable beachfront stay with amazing access to the water, this is a great choice. We’ll definitely come back!

Beautiful in the beach home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely new and very clean beach home with perfect views from multiple lanais. We loved the spiral staircase to the 4th level to view the sunsets. (Some of us took the convenient elevator). I saw dolphins as I ate my lunch. Has all the amenities with comfortable beds and a relaxing feel. We highly recommend this home and will definitely plan to return!
