Costruito nel 1860 sull'ex Puddledock Road a Granville, nel Vermont, il nostro agriturismo si trova immerso nelle cavità di Granville ai piedi del Monte. Adams. Circondato da 75 ettari di campi e foreste per escursioni e sci o ciaspole, Puddledock House è il luogo ideale per creare ricordi ed esplorare le numerose opportunità offerte dal Vermont per la ricreazione, la storia e la bellezza naturale. Ci sono tre camere da letto; un re, una regina e una spaziosa camera da letto con due gemelli. Due bagni completi con docce. Grande cucina con stufa in legno di rovere tondo, elettrodomestici moderni, ripiani in granito, completamente attrezzata per i pasti in famiglia o in gruppo. Ampio soggiorno con televisione a schermo piatto, camino e tavolo da gioco, Wi-fi e TV satellitare. Sauna a legna fuori dal soggiorno. La struttura dispone di un laghetto e un pozzo del fuoco in pietra a pochi passi dalla porta sul retro. Un totale di 1900 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale su 75 ettari di terreno per escursioni a piedi, racchette da neve o sci di fondo.

A perfect match!

We were looking for a place convenient to various ski areas with room for family that would be comfortable for a month. The place was perfect! Vermont charm, perfect hosts and all the amenities we needed. We couldn’t have chosen better and hope to return! Highly recommended

An incredible property and wonderful hosts

We spent 10 days in the farmhouse over Christmas and New Year. It was a beautiful property - cozy and warm in the snow for relaxing and special family time; and an amazing location to go exploring (snowshoeing around the property, snow tubing, ice skating, skiing, hiking all nearby). Mike and Diane were the kindest, most generous hosts, helping us out with recommendations in the local area, getting snow shoes for us and even putting up a Christmas tree ahead of our arrival. Thank you both for making this a real trip to remember. I can't recommend this property enough. Book it now!

A Wonderful Stay & Experience

My fiance & I had a wonderful stay at Mike & Diane's home with our dogs. This home is the quintessential Vermont getaway. Everything we needed was at our fingertips and Mike & Diane were kind enough to offer many local store and restaurant suggestions in the area. Great for exploring or staying indoors to relax. We cannot wait to book our next stay!

Amazing farmhouse in rural Vermont

If this place is available, book it. The house itself is spacious and comfortable and is situated on 70 acres of land with walking trails and a pond. Close proximity to a bunch of recreation in the Green Mountains, as well as the mad river area near Waitsfield. We stayed for a couple weeks in June and had an absolute blast. Highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic

The farmhouse was everything we had hoped for, and then some. The house is comfortably furnished, cozy yet spacious and meticulously maintained. There was a pleasant attention to detail from the complementary pancake mix and maple syrup to the vase of lilies awaiting our arrival. Diane and Mike were excellent hosts who clearly care about the property and were extremely knowledgeable about the area. They live nearby and can be reached easily but are respectful of their guests privacy. During a Vermont heatwave we were especially thankful for the nearly silent window air conditioners. Be aware that groceries are a half hour away and that cell phone service is very spotty. However, if you plan accordingly, you could not find a better spot to enjoy Vermont.

Winter VT House

We enjoyed the house as a family of 6. Lots of room to spread out or cuddle on the large couch. We loved the sauna, small frozen pond, fire pit, and wood-burning stove.

Vermont Farmhouse

We loved staying at this property The property managers were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back. Diane and Mike made it feel like home. The home was very nice and we had everything we needed. First time for us renting a home and honestly can’t see staying anywhere else in Vermont.

Nice place as advertised. Special thank for welcoming pets and not charging extra fees to them. If you need to go shopping or eating, you will be better driving north along route 100, not south.

Quiet Retreat stepping back in Time

The home was even nicer than the pictures. It was so well appointed and welcoming. It did not feel like a rental but rather like we stepped into a farmilar home. The furniture, decor, pots and pans, bedding were very good quality and made the stay that much more enjoyable. The welcome basket was going above and beyond. We were so grateful we could bring our small dog. It was especially nice to meet Diane which made our stay even more personalized. I would highly recommend this property and if I were in the area, I would love to stay there again.

Vermont in essence

Beautiful location in the heart of Vermont Green Mountains. The house is very clean and large. All amenities you can think of. Located on the very private 70 acres partially wooded farmland. Nice pond next to the house. All Vermont you can think of. Excellent hiking. Major ski resorts nearby. The owners are very kind and responsive. Really enjoyed our stay. Five stars!

Cozy, comfortable Vermont getaway.

All the reviews are right, this place is as advertised. Set along an off the beaten path road, with very little traffic, really gives the serene setting. The exposed wooden beams and aroma of a wood burning stove and fireplace adds to the New England charm. Mike and Diane are great and very helpful. Our dogs loved all the paths they cut through their massive property. The outdoor fire pit with the pond as the backdrop was a great place to relax by the fire. Drive Plunkton road to Waitsfield, really beautiful views with amazing properties. The market at the East Warren School house was what you hope for in the area. The Von Trapp Farm stand a big winner too. WIFi worked really well. Shower water pressure was great, and sauna a welcomed surprise. Burlington and Stowe an hour away, Montpillar about 40 min. Great place!

Peaceful Setting

If I could give these hosts a 10 star rating I would. Diane and Mike were fantastic, extremely responsive and very kind. We wanted a quiet peaceful place for our family to be together as we were back east for a family burial. This place fit the bill perfectly. Upon arrival we found farm fresh eggs supplied as well as a beautiful bouquet of fresh lilacs. The farmhouse is close to the Stowe Waitsfield area and near one of the most scenic drives in Vermont. I would highly recommend staying here.
