Located directly opposite the Limassol promenade and in the heart of the town centre, this apartment is ideal for guests looking to explore the town by foot. Located in an older building, this apartment offers direct access to the local area. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the old town, business center and shopping area. There is no allocated parking but there is plenty of off street parking nearby.

Kindly note that electricity is included in the price (based on a limit of 15Kwh per day).
If consumption is exceeded, the difference will be charged extra at 0.34c per Kwh.

Water is included (no charge).

WiFi is free.

During the summer season beach towels are provided along with a cooler bag if required.

It must be noted that although this charming apartment is centrally located on the popular main seafront road, some guests might experience a level of noise at times during the day/night.

The apartment is strictly non smoking, however smokers are welcome to use the balcony.

The apartment is a self-catering accommodation and we only supply a few essential starter items such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid and sponge for dishes and therefore we are not a hotel. Guests are responsible to purchase everything that they will require during their stay. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.
