Su estadía en Villa Kristina es independiente; ¡encontrará que la casa está equipada con todo lo necesario para que su estadía sea cómoda!

La villa ha sido cuidadosamente diseñada y planificada. Todas las habitaciones principales, tanto en la planta baja como en las habitaciones del primer piso, tienen puertas dobles que se abren a balcones / terrazas, todas con vistas al mar. Hay magníficas vistas a la bahía de Almyros (70 km) y vistas a la montaña.

En el exterior hay 3 áreas de pérgolas (todas con luces y enchufes eléctricos) con numerosas opciones de asientos para aquellas comidas relajantes al aire libre, todas con vista a la piscina y con vistas panorámicas al mar. Cocina al aire libre y sala de estar (sofá, mesa, sillas, mesa de comedor), horno de leña y gran barbacoa de piedra y la mayoría de estas áreas reciben la señal de wi-fi de la villa.

La piscina de azulejos es una parte integral de la villa, y está en el mismo nivel que la villa. La piscina tiene escalones de mosaico que conducen a la piscina. La piscina tiene el mismo nivel a lo largo de 1,5 m.

El pueblo está a poca distancia, donde hay una variedad de supermercados, cafeterías y restaurantes.

Great stay at Villa Kristina

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Kristina for a week as a group of friends along with our small toddler. The pool and view beyond it are fantastic, Stella is a very helpful and kind host and it's in good striking distance of many nice beaches / swimming spots, as well as a both Rethymno and Chania. Wouldn't hestitate to recommend!

Traumhafte Villa in ruhiger Lage

Die Villa Kristina liegt in ruhiger Lage am Berg mit einem schönen Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenaufgang. Der Ort Kefalas ist klein, verfügt über gemütliche Tavernen und zwei Minimärkte und ist in ca 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Villa ist komfortabel ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine etc. und auch Geschirr ist reichlich vorhanden. In den drei Schlafzimmern gibt es große Schränke, um alles gut zu verstauen und auch die Betten sind äußerst bequem. Der Außenbereich ist abwechslungsreich gestaltet. Es gibt einen großen Pool mit Sonnenliegen und Schirmen sowie mehrere überdachte und sonnengeschützte Sitzplätze. Die Outdoorküche mit Grill, Pizzaofen. Spülbecken und großem Sitzbereich ist perfekt für ein gemütliches Abendessen. Zur Einstimmung auf unseren Urlaub erhielten wir von Gastgeberin Stella vorab sehr viele Informationen (empfehlenswerte Tavernen, Ausflugstips, nützliche Allgemeinfos). Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes war sie jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr bemüht, uns einen perfekten Aufenthalt zu bieten. Wir haben uns in der Villa Kristina sehr wohl gefühlt und einen wundervollen Irlaub verbracht. Herzlichen Dank :-)

Don't Freeze in Greece

Everything Stella wrote in the ad is true. It is a wonderful, clean and comfortable house with plenty of nice places to stay inside and expecially outside. The view from the balcony, the pool and the terraces to the sea is unforgettable. Stella, the landlady, is only as far away as your mobile phone is. She knows perfecty well all you can imagine about places to go and things to see. Couldn't be more helpful from the distance. Just in time via WhatsApp. Thank you for everything! Lovely clean villa very well managed by host and local manager

The weather was a bit cold but our host ensured we had heating and suitable bedding. The pool is sparkling and villa well equipped for all our needs. Advice on local restaurants etc was exceptional and expansive, every recommendation we took up was better than anticipated.

Lovely home!

Villa Kristina was a wonderful base for our first trip to Crete, we could have stayed for much longer! We loved the views of the sea, the stars at night, the pool, and exploring the nearby beaches and towns. Stella was very helpful with many recommendations that made for a great stay!

August 2022 family holiday

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Katrina. Stella provided so much useful information about the villa, car hire, local area and things to do, both upfront and during our stay - nothing was too much trouble and any queries/issues were all sorted very promptly. The villa itself was fantastic - very comfy beds and sun beds, fantastic views and great pool and outdoor areas. The pizza oven was a big hit! The village is also lovely - all the locals very friendly and two great restaurants. Overall just what we all needed for our first holiday abroad in three years - thank you. Hopefully we will be back!!

Traumhaft schöne Villa

Wir verbrachten gemeinsam mit unseren 18 + 21 Jahre alten Töchtern 2 herrliche Wochen in dieser schönen Villa. Alles entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Ein sehr schöner Pool mit einem traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Wie beschrieben, sind fußläufig einige Tavernen und kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte erreichbar. Gastgeberin Stella hat uns mit unzähligen Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge versorgt und war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können diese schöne Villa absolut weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Villa in traumhafter Lage

Wir sind als 5-köpfige Familie mit 3 Kindern im Alter von 16-20 Jahren hier im August 2021 gewesen. Die Villa liegt in dem kleinen Ort Kefalas, in dem es einige Ferienhäuser gibt und der am oberen Ende und Hang der Steilküste westlich von Georgioupolis liegt. Daher hat das Ferienhaus, das in erster Reihe am Hang liegt, einen traumhaften Blick über das Meer bis nach Rethymnon mit einem ebenso traumhaften Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer. Die Villa ist mit 3 Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern und einem Wohnesszimmerbereich mit Küche ausgestattet. Die Räumlichkeiten sind eher eng aber völlig ausreichend und in der Ausstattung einschließlich Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern fehlt es an nichts. Für ein besseres Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wären unsere Wünsche noch eine zeitgemäßere Kaffeeautomatvariante als die vorhandene klassische Filtermaschine und in den Schlafzimmern wären Moskitonetze an den Fenstern / Türen noch praktisch gewesen. Das WLAN ist nicht super schnell aber an einigen Stellen im 1. Stock gibt es auch gutes 4G/LTE. Im Freien befinden sich mehrere Esstische mit Überdachung oder natürlicher Beschattung, was sehr schön ist und einen wunderbaren, großen Pool mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Villa wird von einer englischen Kommunity regelmäßig betreut, der Pool regelmäßig gepflegt und nach einer Woche erfolgte eine Zwischenreinigung. In Kefalas befinden sich in Laufweite ein paar typische, urtümliche Restaurants und zwei kleine Supermärkte. Die Fahrt nach Georgioupolis dauert ca. 15min. Nach Chania oder Rethymnon sind es etwas weniger als 1 Stunde, so dass die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Westen und Südwesten Kretas alle gut erreicht werden können. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wunderbare Villa auf Kreta

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Kristina verbracht. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, zwei Bädern und Schlafzimmern mit sehr guten Matrazen. Der wunderschöne Pool war der Hit bei unseren Kindern und uns, da er gross genug zum Schwimmen war. Der gesamte Aussenbereich ist wunderschön angelegt und bietet jede Menge Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und ausreichend Schatten zu jeder Tageszeit. Wer dem Trubel der Touristenhotels entkommen möchte is hier genau richtig. Das morgendliche Schwimmen in der nahegelegenen Bucht war unser tägliches Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit Stella, der Vermieterin war vorbildlich.

Der perfekte Urlaub

Alles war fantastisch. Das Haus liegt fernab vom Massentourismus in einem malerischen kleinen Dorf. Es hat an nichts gemangelt. Perfekt ausgestattet, super bequeme Betten und ein unvergleichlicher Ausblick. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig! Stella hat uns von der ersten Minute an supported und mit Tipps unterstützt. Wenn es ein Problem gab, wurde dieses sofort gelöst. Ich kann gar nicht in Worte fassen, wie wunderbar dieser Urlaub war. Ein großes Danke! Wir kommen wieder!

Tolles Haus mit traumhaften Blick

Von der Buchung bis zum Aufenthalt lief alles wie am Schnürchen. Stella hat uns von Anfang an begleitet und uns tolle Tips gegeben. Sie war ständig für uns ansprechbar, obwohl sie weit entfernt in Rom war. Solch eine Betreuung haben wir trotz vieler Ferienhäuser noch nicht erlebt. Auch der Service vor Ort hat fünf Sterne verdient. Wer individuellen und ruhigen Urlaub mag, ist hier genau richtig. In der nächsten Nähe gibt genügend Möglichkeiten gut zu essen. Chania ist ebenfalls in Reichweite, mehr zu empfehlen ist jedoch aus unserer Sicht Rethymno.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Villa Kristina! Das Haus ist mit wesentlich mehr nützlichen und schönen Dingen ausgestattet als man auch von guten Ferienhäusern sonst gewohnt ist (z.B. hervorragende Matratzen!). Der fast 180-Grad Blick aufs Meer ist einfach unschlagbar und die Anlage des Grundstücks mit gleich mehreren sehr geschmackvoll möblierten und dekorierten Terrassen und Balkonen und einem besonders großen Pool macht es fast schwer, das Grundstück zu verlassen. Das sollte man sich aber nicht nehmen lassen, denn neben Kefalas gibt es viele niedliche Dörfer und gute Restaurants zu entdecken! 2 Minimärkte, ein Café und ein gutes Restaurant sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch wenn es mit dem Auto z.B. nach Chania und anderen „must-sees“ von Kreta nicht weit ist, hätten wir zwei Wochen gut auf der Apokoronas-Halbinsel verbringen können. Stella hat uns quasi täglich per WhatsApp mit passenden Ausflugstipps und Restaurantempfehlungen versorgt und hat sich auch sonst so sehr um uns bemüht, wie ich es noch bei keinem Ferienwohnungsvermieter zuvor erlebt habe. Stella wohnt in Rom, hat aber ein beeindruckendes Netzwerk von Bekannten vor Ort, die sich bei jeder Gelegenheit sofort gekümmert haben. Vielen Dank! Wir überlegen schon, wann wir das nächste Mal kommen!

Tolles Haus mit fenomenaler Aussicht

Die Villa Kristina liegt ruhig gelegen in Kefals, einem ursprünglichen, kleinen Ort. Der Blick über den Pool auf das Meer ist beeindruckend. Das Haus ist sauber, aufgeräumt und hat alles was man braucht. Bis zu 6 Personen haben gut Platz. Draussen gibt es viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Grill und sogar ein Pizzaofen laden zur Eigenverpflegung ein. Putzdienst und Poolwartung kommt regelmässig und die Coronabedingungen werden eingehalten. Die Vermieterin Stella ist sehr freundlich und gibt zahlreiche Tipps für Ausflüge und Tavernen. Soviele, dass wir unbedingt wiederkommen müssen.

Amazing villa and great host

Villa Kristina is a fantastic place to stay - the location and setting were lovely with great views. Despite being a last-minute booking, Stella provided a level of information, service and advice that was second to none. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and was spotlessly clean on arrival. In 25 years of hiring villas, I don’t think we have ever seen a pool that has stayed so clean and inviting! We really couldn’t fault the villa nor Stella’s attention to detail and prompt and efficient communication. Very impressed!

De woning heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Voldoende buitenmeubilair beschikbaar op diverse plaatsen. De badkamers zijn klein. Wat afgelegen waardoor auto noodzakelijk is. Wel centraal gelegen om de westelijke kant te bezoeken.

Beautiful villa

We made a last minute booking for this property during the Coronavirus outbreak which was a bit of a risk. We needn’t have worried- there were lots of measures in place to ensure the villa was clean- remote controls in plastic bags, antibacterial products all provided. Communication from the owner, Stella, was superb throughout. The property is beautiful with so many outdoor spaces to relax. The kids spent hours in the pool (a bit cool at first but perfect once you’re in!) Indoors there is everything you need, including a decent sized tv, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine. The property isn’t overlooked so It feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, with the sound of cicadas, the occasional goat and cockerel. The stars at night are spectacular! However, 10 minutes away (up a bit of a hill) is the village which had 3 tavernas. We ended up eating out most nights as it felt perfectly safe. We had a hire car to visit the beach, some nearby villages and lakes. Really recommend the pedalo boats on Lake Kournas, where you can spot turtles swimming and then eat in one of the many tavernas (NB watch out for the many hairpin bends on the roads in in Crete!) This was a lovely, relaxing break in a beautiful setting and we would definitely return.

Sehr viel Charme

Eine tolle Villa mit sehr viel Charme. Genau das richtige zum Erholen und Auftanken. Die Vila liegt abseits der Touristengebiete und bietet sehr viel Ruhe und Natur pur. Alles was Du benötigt befindet sich nur wenige Autominuten entfernt im Dorf. Alles in Allem ein rundum gelungener Familienurlaub in einer sehr schönen Villa.

Can’t wait to go back next year!

Our holiday at Villa Kristina was everything we had hoped for it to be and more. The villa has the most wonderful views out to sea and a gorgeous pool to soak up the sun and relax. It provides all the amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday and is a very comfortable home. We loved the location, it felt secluded but close enough to all amenities and the village of Kefalas is very quaint and has some wonderful tavernas to eat or enjoy a drink at. Stella was brilliant with communication and made sure we got there safely, it was a struggle to find in the dark but we found her instructions very useful. We were also grateful for all the recommendations for the local area and our lovely cakes that were delivered to us on our anniversary. All in all, we couldn’t have wished for a better holiday and can’t wait to visit again. Thank you!

This property has fantastic views across the bay with 70km sea and mountains. The villa is on the edge of an old traditional village and has 2 supermarkets and a good traditional restaurant. It is in a quiet tranquil location but with easy access to all facilities. There is also a walk-in Health centre in the village of Vamos which is nearby and is open 24/7. Nearest beach 11mins away by car. The pool is on the same level as the house and outdoor living area and kitchen making it easy for access and to monitor if needed. The pool water is the same level as the paving around with steps leading in making access very easy for all members of the family.
The Villa is carefully cleaned and disinfected in every part at each check-out and subsequent check-in with water and suitable detergent (WHO).
The Owner support good hand hygiene for guests and anyone involved with the property by providing sufficient hand sanitiser, antibacterial soap products at property entry points and key areas.
The Owner provides Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) typically includes: disposable single-use gloves and masks.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

When the house was being built we it was an important requirement for us to have a tiled concrete pool with easy access from the villa and for it be built at the same level of the house. We have recently had work done installing an outdoor kitchen and dining/lounge area which comprises a wood fired oven and a large stone BBQ. This area is attached to the house and close to the kitchen so it makes cooking and living outside very convenient. The wi fi can pick up the internet outside living area so that you can to listen to your favourite radio station.
We also extended the upstairs balcony and now it can seat 6+ people around the table and has fantastic views and is shaded in the afternoon when the sun is it its hottest.
The oven is suitable for pizzas (as well Greek style Sunday roast dinners) and we make them as a family and all join in adding our favourite topppings to them. The children love getting involved with the cooking and we as parents have the time to devote to them during this relaxing holiday time which makes for a very enjoyable and unique experience for us and our children. We can leave instructions on how to fire up the oven and BBQ as well some of our favourite recipes. Children can easily make the pizza dough and they can add their own favourite toppings and share their pizzas they have made with the rest of their family (please request the information pack so we can make sure you understand how it all works.

The gardens are now mature with pomegranate, orange, and lemon trees so these can be picked and eaten or used in your drinks!
