With 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds and 1 full bed, (plus queen sofa bed in living room) this cozy retreat offers a soothing and fun tropical atmosphere and the best fishing in the US. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, full laundry, 13k boat lift, very close access to Pine Island Sound. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hairdryer, bathtub, and shower. (Second bathroom has large private outdoor shower). Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your vacation one to remember.

All of the Pine lsland water front neighborhoods have thier own unique vibe, and this one is no exception. Quiet and quaint, and close to everything and THE BEST sunsets you will find!
What makes this property unique
Iveta is an artist by trade and this is very obvious when you see the creativity and style she creates in the interiors of our homes. Chris had been a builder since 1975 and takes great pride in the design and quality of all of our homes. Together we believe our vacation rentals are some of the best on the island.
