Welcome to RV Lot 497 in the gated community of Venture Out, located in stunning Cudjoe Key, Florida! This spacious 69ft x 35ft canal-front RV lot is your gateway to some of the best fishing the Florida Keys has to offer, with direct access to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Bay. The lot features prime canal frontage with cleats and a picnic table to relax by the crystal clear boating canal. Enjoy community amenities including a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, marina, marina store, boat ramp, tennis courts, and playgrounds. Nearby attractions include great restaurants such as Square Grouper Bar & Grill, Toni's Tiki Bar & Seafood Shack, Boondocks Draft House & Miniature Golf, Broil, and The Bent Prop. Additionally, the vibrant nightlife and daily attractions of Key West are just a short 20-minute drive away. 110/50/30 Amp Service, Electric and Sewage hook-ups. RV must be owned by renter.
Maximum 6 persons. Maximum of 1 cars/truck/SUV's and a maximum of 1 additional motorized vehicles consisting of golf carts, motor scooters, or mopeds. Parking only on area paved with asphalt, concrete, gravel or similar construction. Park speed limit is 10 MPH. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am. Trash must be placed on the curb for pick up Monday & Thursday. Recycling must be placed on the curb for pick up on Wednesday. Close to Bathhouse #2 to have laundry facilities and extra showers and bathrooms. Just a short walk to the center of the park where all the amenities are.

For Monthly renters, there is a $300 total cap on utilities (electric & water). Guests staying a month or more will be responsible for any utilities over $300 per month.
Please note that a Registration/Check-In Fee of $125 (subject to change) will be charged by Venture Out Security upon arrival. Additionally, parking is available for only one vehicle per unit, and extra parking permits may be obtained from the Guard Station for a nominal nightly fee, subject to availability. It is important to adhere to all Rules and Regulations during your stay. Applicable county and state taxes are collected regardless of the booking platform. Main renting guest must be 25 years or older, and overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, all of whom must be registered with the Rental Manager. Furthermore, up to 2 dogs are permitted per Venture Out Regulations.
Check-in time is at 4pm, and check-out time is at 10am unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Rental Manager prior to arrival. To safeguard both guests and the property owner, a refundable $250 Security Deposit is required at the time of booking. There is a 4% credit card processing fee.
The main guest of the reservation will be required to submit a copy of your driver's license to the Rental Manager for our records.
The Rental Agreement is required to be signed within 24 hours from time of booking.
All reservations are subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager.
