Questo condominio offre ampio soggiorno con una splendida vista sul Golfo del Messico, Bay Channel Waters e la Bay Waters. Questa unità è circondata da acqua !!!

La struttura è ben curato con giardini e alberi di palme sparse in tutta. Andare a fare una passeggiata intorno alle banchine Water Bay si affacciano i nostri motivi, fare un bagno rilassante in piscina, rinnovato di recente, una vasca idromassaggio e godere di rilassanti giornate e serate sul lanai schermato guardare delfino e lamantino giocare in acqua a pochi passi di distanza. Il Golfo del Messico e Delnor-Wiggins Park si trova a breve 3 minuti a piedi dal condominio.

La camera da letto principale offre ai suoi ospiti un nuovo letto king size, TV a schermo piatto, accesso privato alla lanai schermato, e ampio bagno in-suite con vasca giardino, cabina armadio, cabina doccia, e doppi lavandini. La regina camera da letto con vista sulla baia e Golfo del Messico con TV a schermo piatto e nuovo letto. Il 3 ° camera da letto ha 2 nuovi letti singoli, TV a schermo piatto e Golfo del Messico Vista.

La zona giorno è arredata con grande TV a schermo piatto, zona pranzo per 8 e una splendida vista sul mare da qualsiasi parte del condominio e l'accesso al lanai. La cucina è attrezzata con contatori di quarzo e zona pranzo. Il condominio è dotato di cavo e internet wireless.

Great Getaway

We had a great week in Naples. The host was responsive, the property was very clean, and the short walk to the beach was an added bonus. It's a beautiful property, and we would love to come back to stay again soon.

Beautiful condo very close to the beach

We loved our time at this spacious, lovely condo. Being so close to Vanderbilt Beach was great. The views from inside the condo and from the lanais were beautiful.

Amazing!

Our 1 week stay was great! The condo has everything you need! Very good location: 3 minutes walk to the beach, 5-7 minutes by car from shops. There is everything you need to go to the beach: chairs, umbrellas, children's toys and much more! The host, Maria, was always in touch and very friendly! The condo is very large, there is everything you need and even more. We are sure that we will stay here many more times!

Naples Bliss

My husband and I had a great stay. The views from our apartment are wonderful. We could watch sun rise and sunset. Walk on the beach everyday and no distance to lovely restaurants. Had a tv remote issue which was fixed in a jiffy. We will be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful apartment.

Thanksgiving 2023

This is our third year staying at this property and we have done it three times because we love everything about it. It is a wonderful condo with amazing views and a short walk to the beach. The location is wonderful. Communication is wonderful. It gets a five star rating from us and we hope to vacation there again.

Pretty views with a short walk to the beach!

I brought my parents of 75, husband and daughter of 24 and we all thoroughly enjoyed staying at this spacious condo! Beautiful views, easy quick walk to the beach where we enjoyed stunning sunsets nearly every night. Highly recommend a Keurig is added and simplify the checkout cleaning instructions.

Great place to stay

Wonderful Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay here. You can't beat the close location to the beautiful beach and all the beautiful views from everywhere in the condo. It was so nice to be able to bring our bikes and so many close places to ride and explore. We would definitely recommend this place and we hope to return sometime!

Return to Naples

We had a really good stay. We were a bit unlucky because we had reserved this unit well before Hurricane Ian struck Naples. As a result of the hurricane damage, we were unable to use the pool at the building and, more importantly, Delnor-Wiggins Park, which is adjacent to the property was closed. But Vanderbilt Beach was available. We were pleased to see that there seemed to be no problem with debris or nasty marine bacteria. The hosts were great. They were very upfront about the problems we might encounter and addressed some minor problems immediately. It is a very large apartment that accommodated the six of us – 4 adults and 2 children – with no problem. We enjoyed the large balcony with a water view.

Amazing Stay

We had a great time. The condo is very spacious and beautifully appointed with great water views. Loved seeing the boats pass by. The building is very quiet. It’s a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach and the state park. Would love to stay there again!

Noisy but nice

The property was beautiful however we did not recevie any notification from the owner that the entire complex was getting new windows. This should be standard with any stay for one of a few weeks of vacation per year. Most families like to get away on a quiet vacation but we had 5 days of very noisy construction including a jackhammer closing the poll for over a day. The jackhammer started at 8:45am on Thursday. The window company tried to enter our unit while my son was sleeping and we were down at the beach. This should not happen ever. I doubt we will use VRBO again in the future as there ia no accountability on the owner to share any disclaimers. There are also plenty of rules to follow for checkout that all come with fees if you forget to do soemthing. Seems like this is not a very fair practice considering the we paid a cleaning fee and had to vacume the unit.

Great Naples trip with the Family!

We had a fantastic time at this unit for a week with the family. Beautiful views from the unit itself as you can see the sunrise over the bay from the back balcony and the sunset over the ocean from the front. Unit was very spacious, lending itself very nicely for my wife, daughter and parents. With just a 3-4 minute walk from the beach we were able to make it there everyday and enjoy the beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. Huge plus was how well accommodating the kitchen was to be able to make meals. We will definitely book here again!

Feels like home!

From the moment our family walked into this condo we felt completely at home. The furniture is cozy and comfortable. The pool and hot tub is extremely clean. And being so close to the beach is perfect! The community there was welcoming and kind. Loved our stay! Hopefully we can go again soon!

Beautiful location, excellent beach access & pool!

We loved staying at this condo. Easy, short walk to beautiful beach access. Great place to take morning walks & spend time at the pool. We saw dolphins in the canal & enjoyed the views from the 6th floor. Close drive to get to anything.
