Four Seasons is a beautiful four bedroom log cabin with many amenities, including a hot tub on the deck, pool table, arcade machine, three-sided fireplace, 6 TV’s with DVD players, and multiple outdoor areas with comfortable furniture.

Enjoy the screened in porch with outdoor fireplace, love-seat, 2 lounge chairs and ottomans as well as a 6 person dining table. Bring the outdoors inside while you enjoy your stay with your family.

60" HDTV, Blu-ray and free Netflix for unlimited entertainment. Relax and enjoy some of the several board games new and old that are included with this fabulous cabin.

The cabin was very spacious, plenty of room for everybody to spread out and we all loved the 4 outdoor balconies. Elk springs resorts was good with communication and even text when a storm was rolling thru the area. Giving pointers on what to prep and secure before the storm hit. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Our cabin had everything we needed while also being comfortable, beautiful, and roomy. The location was convenient to area attractions like Dollywood, yet close enough to get free deliveries using Walmart Plus while still being remote enough to be in the woods and surrounded by the wilderness we were looking for. The customer service team and the maintenance crew were all very kind, patient, and quick to respond to any questions or issues we had, and given the opportunity, we would stay here again.

Four Seasons Summer

Reviewer Comments: We were overall pleased with our rental and although some of my comments may seem petty I believe they could improve the future experience with just a few minor adjustments. Our cabin was very dark inside, 4 light bulbs were either out or burned out during our stay. The grill was very old and the grill brushes were not something I wanted to clean the grill with. There was no binder with instructions for the door locks, hot tub, grill timer or trash pick up or check out procedures.There were no hooks in any bathroom to hang shower or hand towels. Again this may seem petty but two other members of our family had issues that were much more of an inconvenience than ours, such as a refrigerator that didn’t work for almost 48 hrs upon arrival. Another had bathroom fans that blew air in not vent it out. Not things you expect upon arrival, and my wife and I recommended Elk Springs to them. We kinda took some grief for that. So again not huge problems on our end but on some of our families it was.

Hit and misses

Reviewer Comments: This cabin is expensive considering the shape and lack of amenities. There were not enough towels for our party and no towels for the hot tub use. The cabin itself could use upgrades, the worst part was the horrible carpet in the bedrooms, it was actually sticky ! No one would walk barefoot on it, like I said for the amount of money we paid it should have been in better shape. We did enjoy our time there because the family was together but would never rent another cabin with so many stairs again, they need to replace the shower heads as well.

Reviewer Comments: We’ve rented cabins in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge about 12 times and this would fall in the bottom ranking. The cabin was not clean when we arrived. Luckily I brought dish washer and laundry detergent. The towels had a funky odor (and hair!) so I immediately washed all of them. The washing machine was broken so it took a good bit of time. I also suspect the dishes were previously washed without detergent so I washed those as well. The most disgusting thing however, was the hot tub. I specifically asked about it when making the reservation and was told it was drained and cleaned before check in. Very clearly this was NOT done. A person from maintenance came over but just wiped down the insides and got the funk out of the drain. Hot tub funk became the joke of the weekend and nobody from our group put a toe in it.This trip was our family Christmas. We did this instead of exchanging gifts. Out next trip to Gatlinburg will not include this property rental agency. I get it—- good help is hard to find, but there has got to be more reliable cleaning services.

It was close to the National Park and to town but fr enough from town to enjoy the quiet nd beauty of the area. The category related to the “ co diction of the property” was rated a 4 because the gas grill was too dirty to use and the arcade game in the game room did not work. We brought these two items to the attention of the property mgt. Company upon our checkout. So whoever flows us renting should have had those issues addressed.

Only a couple of things that could be improved is the gas grill is really rusted out and needs to be replaced. The arcade game worked well except player 2 controls are not responsive. The property description was accurate with location, layout and amenities. It needs some updating with the cushions in the enclosed patio on the 2nd floor. They should be stored away when not in use.The property was somewhat cleaned the cleaning crew could have done a better job. The barbecue grill was filthy it was unusable it should be replaced.The rental office provided good customer service with any of my request.We enjoyed downtown Gatlinburg, Dolly Wood, Skywalk bridge, Pirate Voyage Dinner & show and Ripley's Aquarium. The property was conveniently located between Gatlingburg and Pigeon Forge. We saw many bears and cubs at Grotto Falls, Cataract Falls and Cades Cove - Great Smoky Mountains. Overall the vacation was a great success with family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a former cabin owner in Gatlinburg, I found the community itself to be very pretty and private. However, the cabin had many problems, like a noisy heating unit in the attic that kept waking us up through the night. The coffee pot was functional, but ancient, and much of the furnishings were tired and worn, especially the leather(?) sofa and chair upstairs. The provided hand soap was nice, but there was no soap tray in which to put it after use. And the sink in the upstairs bath was slow running. Lastly, I was suspicious about the cleaning before we arrived. We found a long, dark hair in our sink, though neither of us have long, much less dark hair, and we found coffee grounds in the coffee maker when we first made coffee the next morning. Most of all, we were annoyed by all the threatening notes throughout the house regarding fines and punishment. I would have thought one note would have been sufficient. Have you had trouble with frat parties?

Nice home but dirty

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The porches were not cleaned up at all. There was sticky food stuff all over the table outside by the grill. The grill itself was filthy and most definitely needs replaced or refurbished. Leaves and dirt everywhere. I understand there will be leaves at autumn time but they didn't even try to sweep up anything. Porches were very dirty. The outside cigarette container caught on fire as there was paper and filth in it and it wasn't cleaned out. The cushions on the side porch were FILTHY and not even placed correctly on the chairs. The back was towards the front, the were placed sideways instead of vertically..the cleaning people didn't even place the dirty cushions correctly which, by the way, are removable for cleaning. They zip on and off and should have been laundered. The foot stools were all over the place and the table out there was gross and unclean too. There was ZERO dish detergent (like Dawn) to be able to wash down the counters and filthy tables with. There was food crumbs on the black chairs in the dining room, obviously not cleaned. The wet smelly mops and brooms and buckets were left in the corner of the kitchen. The arcade machine was broke too! This home needs revamped and updated. It wasn't ready at 3p which is your check in time. After traveling for 10 hours it's super unprofessional to ask your guests to "Find something to do" until your cleaning folks finish. How incredibly rude. By 3p that home should have been cleaned and ready to go. 2 woman cleaning that home would take at least 8 hours to do the job properly too. You need a much larger cleaning crew to be able to get in and out quicker than that. We understand each home is individually owned and will not be back to that home for sure. The staff was kind and professional, especially Carol, she's wonderful!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin needs a new cleaning crew. We were contacted that our check in had to be delayed due to cleaning. However when we arrived there were cups with cigarettes on the patio and a dirty rag left behind. The toilet in the upstairs bath was very dirty and didn’t look like they had clean around it in years. The kitchen cabinet knobs we sticky and you could see the grim on the doors. All the mattresses need to be replaced and the curtains did not cover the windows properly. This cabin does not appear to be top priority for the owners.
