My family and I stayed here for our Spring Break. We wanted something that was away from our home in Ft. Worth that was near a lake and that offered relaxation and fun for our 3 kids...and found it all at this house. Ben was such a great owner and communicator. My wife said I asked him too many questions and to stop bothering him but he was so quick to answer all of them. The backyard was so nice and we spent most of our time out in it. From the hammock, the fire pit, the axe throwing, and just the serene feeling of being outside, it is BY FAR the best thing about the home. The only reason I am not giving this review a full 5 stars is due to the overall cleanliness. We found animal hair all over the home. All of the beds were covered in it and we found numerous clumps of hair all throughout the downstairs living room. I understand the description read "pet friendly" and there "might" be an expectation of a "little" hair but we found a lot and we even had to take off the bed covers that were covered in it so that our kids didn't accidentally inhale any of it.The one other thing is that the neighbors' dog will absolutely bark at you the entire time you're outside if it is outside. The neighbor would bring it in sometimes and that would provide peace and quiet but as soon as they let the dog out, it started barking at us relentlessly. We could tell that it was a puppy and just wanted someone to play with but its bark was strong enough to scare my daughter.
