Questa casa è una bellissima casa di nuova costruzione con aria condizionata, finiture di alta gamma e arredamento incantevole casa sulla spiaggia, ideale per coppie, famiglie e gruppi. La cucina è dotata di elettrodomestici Viking, ripiani in marmo e pietra ollare ed è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per intrattenere! I bambini potranno divertirsi nel seminterrato completamente rifinito dove c'è spazio per giocare. Ci sono tre camere da letto nella casa principale, tutte e tre hanno letti queen size e due delle camere sono dotate di bagno privato. (Ci sono anche due letti a due piazze nei due padroni). C'è una stanza per gli ospiti separata (con angolo cottura, camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, soggiorno e bagno) con un ingresso privato e una propria lavatrice / asciugatrice, perfetta per le famiglie che viaggiano con suoceri o tate. La casa principale dispone di 3 bagni completi e 2 bagni di servizio e diversi spazi abitativi per rilassarsi, incluso un grande ponte con una griglia. Il cortile ha una doccia esterna. Minuti per pista ciclabile! Situato in posizione strategica a circa 10 minuti di auto dal centro di Edgartown, Oak Bluffs e Vineyard Haven / terminal dei traghetti!

Perfect house for multiple families

House was clean and well suited for our families. The guest quarters was perfect for in-laws. Located in quiet part of town but very accessible to everything. Owners were very responsive.

Wedding Weekend

As soon as we arrived, we were very pleased with the property. It is clean, roomy and well-stocked. Lots of dishes, games, books etc. My 3 adult daughters and their husbands joined us for a family friend's wedding, so we all got ready there. All the bathrooms really came in handy! There were lots of places to cozy up and cozy blankets too. Also, there's a finished basement with a fooz ball table, sectional sofa for lounging and another tv. The yard was large and private. Great place for families. Suggestions: Invest in more towels for the bathrooms. Very limited. Also invest in new pillows.

Great family place and responsive host

Place was perfect- great location, big bedrooms, clean and awesome yard. Great for our family, grandparents and kids alike. Host was super responsive to an issue w the fridge when we got there and it was quickly resolved. Thank you so much Alex and Corey!

Mockingbird home sings!

Beautiful home with plenty of space to relax. The home is tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend this home for a visit to MV.

Beautiful home and wonderful accommodations

We stayed here when my son got married on MV. This beautiful home had everything we needed and more. It looked just like the pictures, was clean and had plenty of room. The bathrooms were beautiful, the kitchen was amazing and the beds were so comfortable. We will definitely be using this property again and we can't wait!

Beautiful home great location

I had a great Labor Day weekend with my family at this home. The home is spacious and very clean. Owners are very responsive and helpful. It’s in a great location. I recommend this home 10/10

Amazing family vacation!

This property was beautiful and included all of the amenities one needs for an amazing beach vacation including beach chairs, towels, beach bags and much more! The house was in pristine condition when we arrived and the guest quarters were perfect as well. The outdoor shower was a huge plus and the large backyard was great for kids; only concern was the grill was a little finicky at times but otherwise no complaints from our family! The location was perfect as well, about 15 minutes from south beach and 10 minutes from downtown. Great rental for families who enjoy exploring all MV has to offer, sitting down for big family dinners and enjoying a cocktail on the nice outdoor patio! Would definitely stay here again!

Birthday getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The modern design elements along with the great location were the best ever! My cousin and her husband really enjoyed staying in the guest house. It had just enough privacy yet we were close enough to get together with ease. The only bit of confusion with the TV that wasn’t connected to the cable box was handled very quickly. I think it’s best that we watch less TV and try to stay off the grid as much as possible on vacation anyway. We’d definitely stay here again and hopefully for a longer time. Thanks so much!

Amazing week with my family.

We loved the home, quality of the finishings and furnishings, the ease of securing the rental, and the thoughtful insight and info the owner shared to make our stay more enjoyable and help minimize what we needed to bring. The house had everything and couldn’t be more comfortable. We will definitely be back and recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay in MV!

Beautiful Home, Perfect for Four Couples

Immaculate house, clean, well stocked, comfortably slept four couples and could have housed more. 4.5 bathrooms (5 total if you count the outdoor shower) is such a luxury for a large group. The owner and property manager were a pleasure to work with, very responsive and check in / check out was a breeze. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful experience

This was our second year staying at this lovely property. The house is beautiful, comfortable, well maintained and in a great location. It’s a nice open feel to the house with a well laid out kitchen. Corey was great to work with, responding to our questions in a timely manner. We look forward to staying here again.

Home Sweet Home never looked so good!!!!

The home is quintessential Martha’s Vineyard. It’s in a secluded street and absolutely perfect in every way. Stayed for 5 days and we cooked up a storm and slept like little babies! This house has beautifully decorated rooms and all the appliances and accessories required. I can’t recommend this home enough snd i am definitely returning!!!!!

This property is very well maintained. We felt like we were staying in a brand new house. Great job!

We had a great time in Edgartown. The property was pristine with everything we would need to enjoy the surrounding area. From the bikes provided for our morning ride into the center for coffee at The Bookstore to the beach chairs for our days at the beach. We were more than satisfied and will be interested in renting this property again next summer!

The property is beautiful and well cared for.

The house is well maintained and very clean. I and 6 of my adult girlfriends spent a long weekend enjoying the island and MV wine festival. The location could not have been better, we visited 3 other towns while here. I have been coming to the Vineyard for the past 10 summers so I loved the quietness of the island. I would definitely stay in this house again. I would recommend that the owner purchase a lobster pot, small wash clothes, instructions for the high end dishwasher 😁, and a full length mirror in the coach house (it’s a woman thing I know). This is a fantastic property and you and your party/family will not be disappointed. Thank you sharing your beautiful home.

Our family rented this home for our son's wedding and it was perfect. We loved the home and all the amenities it had to offer. The location was perfect, close to Edgartown and easy to access all other areas. The home was roomy, comfortable, and beautiful! The owner was amazing to work with and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.
