Un havre de paix

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour du 04/08 au 31/08 dans se petit coin de paradis. Si vous désirez vous retrouvez en famille à tête reposé à 5 min à pied de la plage , promenade, resto, etc... alors c est le bon endroit. Tres jolie maison confortable , propre, vous n avez besoin de rien de plus que votre envie de passer un séjour inoubliable. Je tenais aussi à remercier Candid la femme de ménage qui est sur place, un sourire à chaque fin de phrase. Merci aussi à Hilde pour sa confiance et de nous avoir permis de découvrir une région magnifique, un village authentique avec toutes ses commodités. A bientôt Zohra & CO ;-)

Great Villa, with everything you need.

We spent 2 weeks here and the villa was perfect for our family of 4. It's a good size and has everything you need, the air-con was especially useful at night to cool down and have a proper night's sleep. The kids loved the pool and the property was only 5 mins walk into Burgau so we didn't need to hire a car. I'd definitely stay here again, the house was very clean and the handovers were super easy.

Ferias muito boas e calmas

Gostamos muito da Vila do Burgau, muito calma e simpática. A casa de ferias foi o que gostamos mais devido a piscina ao espaço cá fora, o lugar ser calmo, recomendo para casais com filhos.

Great villa in a great location

We had a fantastic holiday in this lovely villa in the village of Burgau. From the booking to arrival we had great information from the owners and the villa matched the description on the site. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners in a great restaurant, they were very kind and considerate. Burgau is a sleepy fishing village with a great beach and sufficient restaurants and bars to suit most tastes and budgets. It is a couple of minutes walk to nearest restaurant and 5 minutes to the main area/beach (down a fairly steep slope). We hope to return soon and would certainly recommend this villa.

A most comfortable and verwell equipped villa on the edge of Burgau village and its beautiful beach.

We were provided with comprehensive information about our stay at the villa, most of everything we would wish to know to settle into the holiday and find what we needed in the near-by village. Greeted by the house-keeper Pam, we were shown around the villa and this helped us to further settle in. On the few occasions when we needed further help she answered our texts immediately and acted just at promptly. Thanks again to her for this. The villa provides shady and sunny areas, thus pleasing both the sun lover and shade seeker in our party. The patio was comfortable and private space to eat our meals, when we breakfasted or decided to 'eat in'. Sitting out on the balcony into the evening was another added delight. I would most certainly recommend this villa and would be happy to return again.

Zalig zonnige vakantie - veel te kort!!

We genoten weerom enorm van onze korte trip naar Burgau. In het dorpje heerste een gezellige drukte, de beachbar en vele restaurantjes waren terug geopend na hun winterslaap. Prachtige natuur, super voor de mooiste wandelingen. Ook de woning was fantastisch : alles wat je nodig hebt is voorhanden, van haardroger tot wasmachine en strijkijzer toe. Het was er weer heerlijk vertoeven!

Magnificant Holiday Home !

We had a magnificent holiday in Burgau staying in the villa for 2 weeks in June 2016, the property had everything we needed for our family holiday which suited each of us perfectly, during our holiday we had great variety by enjoying the pool and villa by relaxing for breakfast and lunch in the spacious covered patio followed by enjoying swimming and a sun bed in the magnificent cordoned off pool area where we had ample sun beds to relax and enjoy the day! The upstairs balcony overlooking the countryside and cliff walks was a fantastic venue for sun downers and relaxation during the evenings! The Villa is also a comfortable stroll into the centre of the quiet little fishing village of Burgau where there is a magnificent beach and beach bar which offered great food and friendly staff. The village has a good range of Restaurants offering a variety of good menus. The beach was fantastic and had great facilities to allow days of relaxation under sunshade if required with the family. As a family holiday we enjoyed the villa very much, the teenagers had the pool/TV and beach nearby and our toddler had a great time in his mini pool splashing around on the patio which is cordoned off from the main pool area! Early mornings were great with a stroll with the buggy to the beach to collect the days fresh Portuguese rolls. The villa is spacious and very comfortable, just a fabulous relaxing family holiday at the villa all round! Thank you, we will definitely be back!!

Great location, quiet, relaxing and sunny

Loved the house, spent a lot of time at the house and in the pool. House had all the amenities we needed although the TV had no signal. The town of Burgau was small and picturesque, the beach was long with soft sand. The kids enjoyed the water sports on the beach. There were enough bars and restaurants to try different places. The location good for trips to Sagres, Lagos and slip and slide all within easy reach. A great stay!

Superb villa and location

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this charming villa in Burgau, and it's safe to say the photographs on the Vrbo site don't do it justice. This gorgeous two-bedroom villa exceeded all our expectations. It features a comfortable sitting and dining area, along with a small but well-equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and washing machine, making our stay incredibly convenient. One of the highlights is the pool area and terrace, which get sunlight from morning until night, perfect for lounging and relaxing. Additionally, the private side balcony is an ideal spot for an evening drink while enjoying the sunset. The villa is clean and stylish, and we were impressed by the attentive service from the housekeeper and pool man, who both visited twice during our 10-day stay. The inclusion of beach towels was a great advantage, and the welcome gift of wine, essential store cupboard items and the liquid soaps and perfume was a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. Burgau itself is a stunning place, and we appreciated the convenient No. 4 bus to neighbouring Praia da Luz and Lagos. Taxis to Lagos were also affordable, costing under €10 for a one-way trip. This was our fourth visit to Burgau, and without a doubt, we would not hesitate to book this villa again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Fabulous

The property was clean and well equipt. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely outdoor area to sunbathe and eat. Easy walking distance of the beach and lovely local bars and cafes - everyone was so helpful and friendly. Lots of lovely walks close by as well as arras to explore further afield.

Perfect Holiday

4th time staying in beautiful Burgau, this fantastic villa is by far the best we have stayed in, would love to stay again. Spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen, lots of extras beach towels, beach seats and amazing swimming pool. All you need 👍

Das kleine aber bestens ausgestattete Haus bietet alles was man braucht: ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten innen und außen, alle erdenklichen Küchenutensilien, Seifen, Strandhandtücher,…….und und und Die Lage ist perfekt - ruhig und trotzdem nur wenige Minuten Fußweg vom Dorfzentrum und dem kleinen Strand entfernt. Es ist die perfekte Ausgangsbasis für Wanderungen oder Ausflüge mit dem Auto zu den nahe gelegenen landschaftlichen Attraktionen der Algarve. Es gibt eine nette Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort und die Gastgeberin antwortet innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf jedwede Frage. Herzlichen Dank 😊😎

Gute Lage in Strandnähe

Sehr aufmerksame Betreuung vor Ort. Es handelt sich um ein besonders gepflegtes und schön eingerichtetes Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern und gut eingerichteter Küche. Wichtig zu wissen: Das Wohnzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Zum Schlafen war es für unsere Zwecke nicht geeignet. Danke an Hilda und Candida, wir hatten einen entspannten Urlaub in einer komfortablen Umgebung!

Schönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir hatten in Burgau einen tollen Aufenthalt. Alles was man benötigt, war in dem schönen und sauberen gepflegten Haus vorhanden. Burgau ist ein kleines unaufgeregtes aber feines Fischerdorf. Die Umgebung ist fantastisch! Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Brilliant family holiday

Wonderful villa in a brilliant location. Within walking distance of shops, places to eat and beach. Villa was immaculate and equipped with everything you could need. Pool was ideal for kids as not too deep and lots of outdoor space. Caretakers were lovely, friendly and helpful - we hope to be back again soon.
