An impressive built cottage nestled on an elevated large site just off the Ring of Kerry road with a feeling of space yet very welcoming in the unspoilt countryside of Glenbeigh. Glenview is tastefully decorated, located in a peaceful and tranquil setting boasting stunning views of the surrounding mountains and rivers.
Firstly, it is a perfect base to tour the Ring of Kerry, the Dingle Pennisula,visit Skelig Island and see Killarney National Park or any of the multitudes of sights in south west Ireland.
Alternatively you may like to spend the day relaxing. Glenview has 4 bedrooms,one master large double ensuite, one double ensuite, one twin and double. There is a separate bathroom.Other accommodation includes a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons including a large plasma TV,utility room, separate dining room and a spacious living room with an open fire,large plasma TV, DVD and cable in all tvs. There is a brick patio area where you may sit and relax after your day touring

Wonderful experience

Beautiful

We had an excellent experience at the home it was very clean. It had everything we needed. The host Marcella was very accommodated answered all our questions and gave us excellent tipps on things to do and sightsee. Wonderful stay!

This home was so nice and clean. It was the perfect place for a group to enjoy County Kerry. Lots of room with a great kitchen to prepare food if you wanted to stay in. Comfortable beds and the 3 bathrooms made it easy to get ready in the morning. Our host Marcella was very nice and explained everything for us. She gave us some good ideas of what to do in the area. We were very happy with it and hope to come back!

Wonderful Experience

Large, spacious, spotless, quiet, beautiful home in the countryside. It was perfect as a home base to tour from. Marcella was very gracious, helpful and accommodating while we were there, especially with our delayed flights arriving, etc. We would highly recommend and rent again if we get lucky enough to return to Ireland.

Large beautiful, quiet home and very helpful owner. Marcella made sure we were comfortable. Interesting, challenging road to reach this home. Was told by Marcella that it was the original Ring of Kerry. Hard to believe! Nice to have a washer/dryer. We'd book this home in the future...bring the family!

Fantastic Stay

Everything was awesome!! The home was beautiful. Marcella and her husband were very gracious and helpful. The only thing that we wished was that we had known ahead of booking that we paid for the heat and electricity. It was OK. Just a surprise at first. Would definitely recommend and rent this home again. Very much worth it. Thank you to Marcella and her husband!!!!

Beautiful Country Cottage

We 6 friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was much better than expected and better than the photos had suggested. It was an ideal base for exploring both the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle Peninsular. The Glenbeigh hotel served excellent food and gave great service. Thanks Marcella for making our stay so good.

Everything was just fantastic!!!

Everything about our getaway was great. The house is equipped with everything you might ever need in your home away from home. The house is extremely spacious and spotless. The beds are so comfy! A Fabulous Getaway

This was a stunning property which delivered far better than was anticipated, - a home away from home. The house was spotless, with Egyptian cotton linen, a well-equipped kitchen, high quality furniture and, most importantly, a hostess who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. This started with Marcella's added effort to bring seasonal cheer into the house, with a Christmas tree and festive lights inside and outside. She made time to sit down and suggest restaurants and places of interest on the Ring of Kerry and further afield. She and Declan went out of their way to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The views from the house are absolutely stunning and there are several places within a short driving distance for sight-seeing and exploration. It is indeed a good launchpad for your Kerry getaway. We loved it and will be back. Well done Marcella and Declan!

Great Stay

From the minute we arrived at the house, we knew we had chosen the right property. The owner Marcella met us and showed us the house and explained all of the features. It was very spacious and had everything we could possibly need. It is also in a great location for seeing all of County Kerry and beyond. Our group of 8 thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and can't wait to return.

Wonderful property

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Marcella was very welcoming and had some nice treats for us upon our arrival. There was six of us traveling, four adults and two children and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out. Glenbeigh is a small town but very charming and we really enjoyed the beach. It was really windy when we were there and not the best weather but we enjoyed evenings by the fire and watching the sunsets, such a great view! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Awesome stay for large family

We had a awesome time here and really enjoyed the house and property. The house it self is very well maintained with all the comforts of home. Loved the large kitchen for entertaining and very comfortable bedrooms. After being on the road for a while this was a nice space to get back to normal. Location is great as well for visiting the Ring of Kerry, Dingle and other near by areas.

We LOVE Kerry and we loved Marcella's house!

This house has so much SPACE! We were on week 5 of a six week vacation and boy did we appreciate the space! The house is gorgeous and the rooms are large. The kids used the dining room area as their game room. The kitchen has a large table that seats six so we did not need the dining room for eating. The living room was very big and comfortable. The kids pulled the curtains closed at night and had "movie night" with the large flat screen TV. Two of the bedrooms have their own bathroom with was nice for grandma. She didn't have to share with anyone. The location is right off the Ring of Kerry. It was easy to go out touring and find our way home. Did I mention that the house has a large, full-sized, refrigerator, a washer and dryer? We all loved this house! It had all the comforts of home. FABULOUS HOME, GREAT VALUE

We rented this lovely home for two full weeks and had a wonderful stay. I have stayed in many vacation rental homes and this one is exceptional. It feels like a 'home' versus a vacation rental. It is warm, comfortable, and well decorated just as you would do in your own home. Marcella is a fantastic host, very kind and caring. This home provides a quiet retreat after a day exploring or provides a roomy, comfortable place for staying in should you desire. It is very close to many beautiful places. Our personal favorite was Rossbeigh Beach; incredible and only about 5 minutes away. We went there several times during our stay and felt lucky to be there during the winter when the beach was not crowded, and the Atlantic always puts on a great show, whether peaceful or wild. Everything was well-provided, kitchen had everything (and I cooked at home a lot), the whole place was spotless, and we slept well. I am so grateful for owners who rent beautiful, clean places at affordable prices. Great place, great host, highly recommended.

Beautiful, roomy, clean with lovely view

This home was more space than 2 couples needed but all rooms we used were comfortable and roomy. Great base for touring the area including the Ring of Kerry and Dingle Penninsula We visited local pubs and restaurants and enjoyed good food and trad music. Kitchen was well equipped and washer and dryer were great to have. This would be a great spot for a large family getaway. Marcella is a friendly and cordial hostess.

Couldn't ask for more.

We stayed here for 5 days and it met every need and more. This is a beautiful home and is wonderfully maintained. All the amenities were upscale. There was more than enough room for 4 adults and a two year old. The location made it convenient to travel the Ring of Kerry, close to two lovely towns and not far from Killarney or Dimgle. Marcella was such a lovely host. I would highly recommend this to anyone and if in Ireland again, would not his taste to rent here again. Thank you Marcella for everything.
