Il mio posto è proprio sull'acqua con la tua spiaggia di sabbia. Una breve passeggiata al ristorante o un giro in barca per il ristorante e la ristorazione. Non preoccuparti di bere qualcosa e di tornare a casa. Amerai il mio posto a causa della posizione e dell'atmosfera. Il mio posto è buono per coppie, avventurieri solitari, viaggiatori d'affari e famiglie (con bambini). Bevi un drink o un barbecue sul ponte e osserva la scena serena delle barche che passano. L'atmosfera è semplicemente incredibile. Inoltre, il centro della città è a soli 4 minuti. lontano per tutte le esigenze di acquisto: negozio di alimentari, mercato degli agricoltori, bagel / gastronomia, Starbucks, pizzaria, 7-11 e altro ancora. Se vuoi visitare le spiagge dell'oceano, sono a meno di 10 minuti di distanza. All'oceano, ci sono bagnini, servizi igienici, uno snack bar per cibo e docce all'aperto. Lo adorerai qui!

Great location and Owner

The house was fantastic and the location was even better. We rented it for a short mid week time and had fun exploring the area. Plenty of restaurants in the area. I do recommend arriving in day lights hous, it was a little hard to find at night. The house was clean cozy, comfortable. The owners were easy to communicate with and suggested several things to do and eat.

Wonderful Getaway

The property is perfect for a couple looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway. It is kept immaculately clean and is ideally located in close proximity to any shopping needs and many, many excellent restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great spot in the beautiful Bay!

Sunrises were beautiful, great weekend get away! Close to everything, The Hosts were Really helpful, and always available! checking in and checking out was seamless and easy! Definitely looking forward to booking again!

Family getaway

Stay was great! House was very clean and perfect condition, with amazing views. A ton to do in the area, my son had a blast. Brian was great and very responsive to any questions we had. Cant wait to go back!

Excellent location, view, and amenities

A perfect spot on the water to watch the boats, swans, and enjoy the sunrise. Brian's place is perfect for two and so convenient to Hampton Bay, Hamptons, and North Fork destinations. Added benefit of having Rumba restaurant (and its delicious aromas) right next door. Great to be able to walk right over after a long drive the first day!

A Stay by the Bay

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice, beachy house by the bay. It was well maintained, very clean, and fully equipped with anything you might need. The hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful. Great location too. Near the stores, restaurants, and other popular spots, yet set back in a waterside neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Relaxing beach getaway

The house was clean and new and the owners clearly pay a lot of attention to the details that make a stay just perfect. We enjoyed the location…small, private beach right next to a good restaurant and also a quick drive to town and ocean beaches. We enjoyed the view from the deck while we barbecued and our daughter had fun using the beach toys and badminton set up. The weather wasn’t great during part of the trip, but we were able to relax with a movie (many stations available on the house TV) and there are also a lot of things to do nearby on a rainy day. We’d love to stay for another getaway and explore the area more.

What we needed and more!!

I can’t say enough about this property and the host !!! Brian was an absolutely amazing host. From answering all of our questions to recommendation and accommodations… He went above and beyond I had ever experienced with any host. First the house was just so perfect!!! The layout was so thoughtfully done. This house has everything you need!! Not to mention an amazing restaurant RUMBA right next door.. So we definitely had our RUMBA RUN twice a day! Our toddler was just so happy to be here as well. Brian made sure there was a high chair for her and a play yard. Even had a baby tub available for us!! Everything was so nice and clean!!’ The decoration in the house was just perfect!!! Sofas were comfortable our lil daily naps there were the best… the beach… just as nice.. My lil girl walked up and down with her dad loving every step… She even got inside the water and was just as happy as clam!! This would be the perfect spot to just relax and enjoy yourself. Plenty of amenities close by.. We even had paddle boards available for us just in case we felt a lil more adventurous.. We didn’t. But if we did they were there.. THIS PLACE IS A MUST FOR THE SUMMER!! And I can see people enjoy this place all year round !!! Truly a tucked away gem!!!

Perfect rental

Lovely home on the bay. Beautiful clean beach in back yard, responsive host. Next door to a cantina/ pub- convenient for quick meals/ snacks. 7 min to the ocean.

The getaway I needed!

This property is extremely beautiful. Inside was extremely clean. It was decorated so nice. They really provide you with everything you need, even for families with children. I took notice to the child safety precautions in the home. I came during off season (February) because I wanted to take a little trip where it was safe with COVID. The view is magnificent. Town has everything you need and the restaurant next door is delicious. It was wonderful to be able to walk over. The owners were so nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks to Brian and Christine! I had an amazing time!

Most Warm and Big Hearted Hosts

This is a delightful location, on the bay, near the beach. The interior is new construction, pleasantly decorated, the structure is open and airy. The home is child-proofed. All appliances are top brand names and brand new. The kitchen is well-appointed. There is a large deck off the sliding doors to the living room. A lovely water view of the bay can be seen from the kitchen, the living room and even from the bedroom. There are restaurants in the area, and many businesses that will deliver. I think this spot offers everything from secluded nature enjoyment or a little bit of nightlife. The hosts were so thoughtful, leaving every possible item someone could need, e.g. band aides, notepad and pen, fresh bar of soap. They are also concerned about Covid safety. It's a wonderful spot for a couple seeking a get-away, and I'm looking forward to staying there again.

FABULOUS!!!!

Don’t hesitate! Don’t look any further! You’ve ABSOLUTELY chosen the best beach front property in Hampton Bays. We were there for five days of peace, nature, local wineries, great restaurants (best one next door) and the most beautiful view every time of the day from the beach home. The owners are courteous, professional and have thought of everything in their home. Just bring yourself and a loved one. You’ll find no place better! We are certain, you’ll be pleased!

Wonderful Experience

Everything was as advertised. It is a beautiful location. The beach is right off the porch. It is very clean and well kept and the owners made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay.

A perfect vacation!

What an amazing experience! Thank you so much Brian and Christine for making our vacation the best ever! You are such great hosts. We were impressed by the extreme care and details in your property. We felt at home, with everything that we needed right there. The house was pristine, the garden and the beach simply perfect to relax and enjoying time with family. Everything was just great!!! Hampton Bays delight!

My husband and I absolutely LOVE Christine and Brian's homes. This will be our third summer renting their beautiful 2-bedroom home at the end of July and we can't wait. For the first time this summer, we rented their 1-bedroom home which is right next door to the 2-bedroom home from June 27 to July 3 and it was equally fabulous! The homes are pristine and filled with just about everything you need from the kitchen supplies to toiletries as well as everything you need for the beach. Travel light because Christine and Brian supply just about everything you could possibly need except your clothing and food! We are beyond thrilled to have found these lovely properties with the sweetest and most hardworking hosts one could possibly hope for. Perfection with a capital P!

Wonderful home, location and hosts

Everything was perfect and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. The hosts were both responsive and helpful. The home was clean, updated, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. The location right on the water is fantastic both for the views and its easy access to everything the area has to offer. We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful spot for relaxing and enjoying the end of summer.

Christine met us at the house to explain and answer any questions we might have. The map with suggestions circled narrowed our choices and all were great. The place was immaculate and updated. Our only tiny inconvenience was that we had to go out to buy ice but we will know for next time. Thanks for everything! Oh, and because of the time of year, I guess, when we requested a late checkout, it was accepted so we didn’t have to get up and rush around on our last morning.

The place is amazing: wonderful house, with terrace & BBQ - waterfront & beach

Loved everything! My husband and I (just married) had an amazing time in this place. The house is new (clean, modern with dishwasher and washing machine + dryer) and the decoration it’s very pretty. The owners are just amazing, always available and they put everything that’s needed in the house m. You see the bay and the water from the kitchen and living room or you can enjoy an amazing dinner on the terrace, doing your own bbq. Right in front there is a small garden and a cute private beach area, to sunbathe and swim. The restaurant right on the side it’s really good: it can sound a bit noisy at night, but they close at 10.30/11 pm and you can sleep wonderfully and it’s quiet. We loved our time here, we could relax and have a wonderful time together. Christine and Brian have been great! Highly recommended and we will probably come back.
