Quasi completamente ristrutturato 2000 mq. Ft. Casa

Sull'acqua con una bellissima vista, con oltre 5 miglia di costa mozzafiato e la sua propria barca sul pontone.

Tre camere da letto (due con materasso King of the Seal di alta gamma terzo ha anche un materasso King King)

Master ha 55 pollici top di gamma Sony HD TV intelligente

La seconda camera ha un televisore sony hd da 60 pollici

Tre bagni (tutti con granito e marmo. Master con doppia doccia)

La cucina ha una splendida vista sul lago con ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile ed è completamente attrezzata
Mia mamma e mia sorella, che sono sia buongustai che grandi cuochi, rifornivano la cucina di tutto ciò di cui potevi avere bisogno. E se avessero perso qualcosa, probabilmente l'avremmo ottenuto per te.

Relaxing Lake Retreat

Walt was an amazing host. The house was spotless, location is amazing, and the check in/out processes were a breeze. The gym and pool at the clubhouse were great and everything we needed was within a few minutes of the house.

Beautiful Property, Beautiful Experience

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the property! We felt immediately at home and comfortable. The home itself was absolutely gorgeous and wonderfully designed. Vacation

This was a wonderful place. Very secure and private. The lake was beautiful especially the fireworks. The house was very well appointed. The owner is very accessible, friendly, accommodating, and personable. It was very comfortable throughout.

Awesome home away from home

Our host met us at the property and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent stocked kitchen. The clubhouse amenities were great and a block away. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. The back yard, lake view, and pontoon were perfect. We would go back again.

Very comfortable

The home was very comfortable and had everything you need for a great stay!! Very close to grocery stores. The pontoon boat was fun for an evening cruise. Beds super comfy. The host very easy to communicate with! Recommend this home.

Enjoyable place.

We felt miss lead on this place. It is listed as a home and it should be listed as a villa. It did not show that there was an upstairs. We have had in the past a garage so that kinda set us back a little so one car had to park on the street.The property had great supplies for doing any kind of preparation of food. Bathrooms had great supplies of towels, beds great. Overall a great place to stay.

Paradise!!

Wow!! There really are not enough superlatives to describe this villa. We stayed for 4 days and picked the location to be near family. It is very convenient to all amenities. The host met us there at check-in which was very helpful especially to go review the operation of the boat (yes there's a boat!). The villa is spacious and so comfortable. The back terrace is right on the water!! The master bedroom (upstairs) overlooks the lake and was so lovely to view the lakeside properties lit up for Christmas. The outdoor seating is plentiful and comfortable. The house is incredibly well stocked. We did a lot of cooking there and can honestly say we've never stayed in a rental before that had everything we needed but this place had anything and everything you would need to cook. The bedrooms are large, beds comfortable, and big TVs. You also will have access to the fitness center, pickle ball courts etc. which is just a short walk down the street. The host was great and takes pride in ensuring guests have a wonderful experience. Which we did. We will definitely be back. Highly highly recommend.

Quiet and comfy

Nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to all surrounding areas. Comfortable beds and furniture, well stocked kitchen. We never found time to take the boat out but others on the lake were out. Hope to return.

Short spring break

Great location for us - quiet street on a small lake. Walkable to a pool and sports facility. Easy drive restaurants and very convenient to airport and highways. We did day trips to Grand Canyon, Salt River for kayaking, and other AZ adventures. We looked forward to coming back every day to home base. Everything was as pictured and Walt was a great host. Five stars for us.

Perfect stay while dropping off ASU student

In town to move our Sun Devil student on campus. Great house to return to watch a movie, enjoy the water and relax! Comfy beds and clean kitchen. I’m sure we will be back!

All that you could need or want

This is a great property. Walt is wonderful to work with. Everything is as advertised. The boat is a great addition for something to do after golf. Kiwanis Park is nearby for lots of activities and good fishing, walking, etc. Very peaceful area.

Was like finding a hidden gem!

We moved away from the phx area 2 years ago and came back to visit family. The area is great with easy access from all freeways and tons of great restaurants/shops (we mostly did order in and had no problem getting deliveries) went to The Pier 54 restaurant/bar next the house, live music and excellent service! Being on the private little lake with the (very slow) pontoon boat was super fun! The layout and large patio was a great way to be able to still have family over with underlying issues that needed to social distance. Kid friendly. Comfortable beds/linens and plenty of towels. The kitchen is very well stocked with extras! We will be hoping it is available again for our future visits

Whenever people were at my house they always told me they felt like they were on vacation. Over the years I had stayed at quite a few vacation rentals in Laguna Beach California, which gave me a good idea of how vacation rentals worked. So a few years back I started remodeling the house with the idea of it being 1st class, in case I ever wanted to turn it into a vacation rental. So when the economy collapsed and china ruined the furniture business, I closed my furniture manufacturing business of 20 years I started renting out the house. Now I really enjoy it. I have met lots of really cool and interesting people, and its cool knowing they really enjoyed the home while they were here.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Most people that have stayed at the home have told me that taking the boat out during both the day and night was their favorite and most relaxing part of their vacation. This includes people that have gone to the grand canyon, sedona and many other beautiful parts of Arizona. THe lake has over 5 miles of shoreline and just about every home on it is unique and different, which makes for a very scenic and relaxing experience. The developer of the community was from Newport Beach California and wanted it to look like balboa peninsula in newport. The results 40 years later are stunning, because unlike almost anywhere else in Phoenix the area, it is lush and green with waterviews through out. You would never know your in the desert.
