The private home is in the Wellington sub-division in Southchase, Orlando, close to the intersection of SR417 (Greeneway) and Orange Blossom Trail. It is therefore only minutes to the Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World theme parks plus some of the world’s best golf courses. There are supermarkets and dining (both formal and informal) nearby. Everything you could possibly need really is close at hand. This private home offers free high-speed internet (cable and Wi-Fi) plus free local and long-distance calling within the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Guam & The Virgin Islands.

This private home is furnished with the highest quality furniture, and has full air-conditioning. It sleeps six people with 2 queen beds & two twin beds. We also allow an air mattress for guest #7, small child. There are two full bathrooms, a living room, dining room, fully-fitted kitchen, patio, and private swimming pool. The pool can be heated upon request and for an extra cost per night. The home has a dishwasher, washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Linens and towels are provided; and you don't even need to bring a hair dryer! And the swimming pool and patio area are fully screened to keep the bugs out.

Haus ok, trotzdem enttäuscht

Haus mit Austattung und Lage waren gut. Die Nähe zum Turnpike waren mit einer gewissen Lautstärke verbunden. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld ist verbesserungswürdig. Man muss erst umständlich einen Code anfordern, um eine Email zu schreiben. Dann ein Formular ausfüllen, was nicht geklappt hat und auch nicht gesendet werden konnte. Habe die Infos dann separat per Email geschickt, aber keine Antwort erhalten, ob es so in Ordnung sei. Wegen des Hurrikans Milton sahen wir uns gezwungen, einen Tag eher abzureisen, da das Haus auch verrammelt werden musste und nicht mehr richtig genutzt hätte werden können. Ich hätte hier eine kleine Entschädigung erwartet, aber dem Besitzer schien es wichtiger, dass wir die fasr leeren Mülltonnen vor die Tür stellen. Auf unseren Hinweis eher abzureisen, kam nur ein lapidares: it is up to you. Für den Hurrikan kann keiner etwas, aber mehr Entgegenkommen und weniger - gebucht ist gebucht- wäre hier m. E. durchaus möglich. Ein Guesthaus hat uns, da wir dort erst einen Tag später anreisen konnten, einen Gutschein für eine spätere Übernachtung ausgestellt. Das ist fair. So stelle ich mit Kundenbindung vor.

Great location

The house and pool were perfect for our needs. We stayed here with our daughter and her family. They went to the parks and beach during the day and we all enjoyed the pool in the evenings. Communication with the host was excellent. House was clean and comfortable.

Zeer fijne vakantiewoning, 1 om nog eens terug te keten

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad in dit huis. Met onze huurauto was de reis van het huis naar de parken, malls en andere bezienswaardigheden prima te doen. Bij aankomst open je de deur met de zelf gekozen code die je al bij boeken doorgeeft aan de eigenaar. Het huis zelf is van vele gemakken voorzien en aan het einde van een hete dag is het zwembad heerlijk verkoelend. De airco en ventilatoren zorgen voor een prettig klimaat binnen. Zelfs toen we een klein defect hadden aan 1 van de toiletten werd dit binnen 24 uur perfect opgelost. De communicatie hierover met de eigenaar verliep prettig en vlekkeloos. Al met al een vakantiehuis dat we zeker zullen overwegen om bij een volgende reis naar Orlando opnieuw te boeken.

Great place for family

We had a nice vacation in Orlando, and this house worked out really well for a "home base." Nice to have separate rooms to have some quiet time between outings.

Quiet Neighborhood with great back yard

The property was clean and bright. Nice size for 6 people. Though we didn't get in the pool in the back yard, we sat around it a couple times when we had down time. Loved that we were in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again

Great pool!

Clearly the pool was my favorite part. Paid the extra to have it heated and it was warm and lovely. Even with chilly evening temps! Very reasonable added cost and well worth it. Location is very good, away from the crowds of International Drive and Disney parks areas but still a short drive to all. Groceries, shopping and restaurants are a 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk away. This property had everything we needed for a great week in the Orlando area. Communications with the owner (only to ask if we could extend our departure time, not because of any issues!) was prompt, arriving and check in was a breeze.

Comfortable house

The Most Beautiful Vacation Home

Enjoyed stay

Good communication with the owner Elliot. House was very clean. Neighborhood is very quiet. Shopping is a short 5 minute car ride away. Washer/dryer definitely a plus. Pool is worth the stay.

Cozy, Clean and Comfortable!

Our family stayed here last week and it was clean and comfortable. Greatly appreciated that they provided enough of the basic necessities (toilet paper, dish soap, etc.). We were on a late flight so didn't have a chance to go to the supermarket until the next day. House was very close to everything! We would stay here again.

Great Stay

Our stay here at this rental was amazing. Very clean and well equipped in every way. The pool was awesome! We enjoyed the wildlife that was near the property, especially in the little lake behind the house. We liked to watch the otters play, fish jump and occasionally a gator head pop up.

Our stay

I thought that this property was very comforting and sweet. The pool was good, the lake was nice, the kitchen had the perfect amount of stuff and utensil’s to use, there is good communication with the owner whenever you text them they respond, the location is great there is Wawa, Walmart, Publix. And I would stay there again.

Visiting from Texas

This was an excellent house to stay in. It is close to grocery stores and locations to eat. Easy access to the turnpike for getting to locations quickly. The swimming pool is a big plus the 6 year old girl with us wanted to give up Disney world for the pool. Would stay again if traveling to the area.

Comfortable Stay

The house was comfortable and as pictured. Not real large but felt very homey and cozy. We did pay to heat the pool. We called after we arrived and someone was there within 15 minutes. There is a busy highway behind the house but there is a large retaining wall that blocks the noise. In between the backyard and the retaining wall is a wide waterway. We enjoyed watching the ducks and the fact that no neighbors were behind us. It felt secluded yet near to shopping (Publix and Target) and restaurants. We were there for a granddaughter’s graduation so we didn’t attend any of the amusement parks but only about 15 to 20 minutes away. Owners and managers were very quick to answer any questions and concerns when making the reservations and during our stay. We would stay at this home again.

April 6 - April 13, 2023 Stay.

While we enjoyed our stay and the property was “okay”, there are some issues we would like to note and are as follows: 1) beds were much too soft, edging on uncomfortable 2) kitchen dishes and utensils were not clean 3) air conditioning is not very good. Very inconsistent whereby one minute you are very warm and the next you are freezing cold. We were not able to adjust (the book said not to). 4) we paid for a heated pool and we assume it was however, we are not sure what a heated pool means but it did not feel heated to us. While this worked out okay for us, to consider staying again, the beds and air conditioning would have to be corrected.

Fabulous location to parks Disney/Universal

The location, house and pool were absolutely perfect for our family. Yes, the interior could be "updated" however we did not choose this house for its interior look as our trip was not spent inside the house other than to sleep/cook. This vrbo met our expectations and our kids had a blast in the pool (which was what sold us on this house along with its location). The owners were very easy to work with and everything we needed to know was easily found in the handbook.
