This property offers a 1000 Square foot Private balcony , it is a 2 bedroom/2 bath ocean front condo in the Pyramid the condo unit is about 1200 sq ft plus the balcony. The Pyramid is a gorgeous uniquely constructed well maintained ocean front building with a private beach, AVOID THE CROWDS!! Contactless Entry! It is located on 95th street, directly on the beach, the beach is private to the people staying at the Pyramid but still Ocean City lifeguarded. So the beach is not overcrowded.
The condo itself has an upscale decor, Flat screen tv's in both bedrooms and a 55" in the living area. Comfortable furniture, the kitchen has new stainless appliances and cookware, The balcony is set up with a dining table, chaise lounges, and a large conversation area with comfortable seating, at night there are tree's and lights to create that relaxing atmosphere.

Spectacular, spacious condo!

This property was exceptional in every way for us! The large private balcony with beautiful furnishings is so welcoming, giving us ocean and bay views. The unit had everything we needed. Love the beach decor and wall paintings! Expansive ocean view from almost every room. Great communication with the host. We look forward to returning!

Great Ocean Views

The balcony is to die for with beautiful ocean views any time of the day. The pictures of the place are TRUE. The check in and out was easy and the building is well maintained and the front desk was friendly. We will stay there again if we have more business in OC.

Awesome property!!

We have stayed at many places in OC over the years and this was the best! Condo was super clean and decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed. The huge balcony was amazing! Communication with the owner was prompt and friendly. We will definitely book again!

Wonderful stay!

Great location, easy to check in, quick responses from property owner. Wish that we would have been notified ahead of time that only 1 vehicle is guaranteed to park in the parking lot. We checked back multiple times to see if there were openings and there were not; however, there were many open spots at all times throughout the whole weekend. Besides the parking, we had a wonderful stay and an amazing weekend! We highly recommend!

We always stay at the Pyramid for our OCMD vacations. This was the best condo we have rented. Gorgeous space and the deck was amazing. Loved every minute!!

Mother's Day Getaway

Amazing condominium for a quick getaway -- it's actually our second time renting this space! We picked this condo because of its spacious layout; but more so, for its expansive wraparound balcony with spectacular views of the ocean and bay. We enjoyed staying in on rainy days, with a book in hand, watching out over the ocean, as well as playing cornhole on the balcony during nice weather. Fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer are an added bonus. Overall, it's a great condo located near shops, restaurants, and just a quick drive up to Delaware hot spots. If you're thinking of booking a condo, you won't be disappointed.

Great Potential for a Gathering

While there is a bit of a Greek theme (IMO) to the decor, it’s pleasant and functional. It could use an indoor dining table. The balcony is fantastic. With chaises, large dining table, couch and a small high top table, there is a lot of room to entertain.

Great place, location, very clean!

This condo was just as listed. Very clean. Loved the large balcony even though it rained one day. View is awesome! Communicated with owner and always very responsive. Only thing and no biggy is no toilet paper refills so we just grabbed some. I think I may have read that and just forgot. I’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing balcony

This is our second year staying at this property. The balcony was the biggest and best part of our stay. Great views of the beach and bay and sunset every night. Great location and access to the beach. Very relaxing and fun weekend.

A Perfect Getaway

I’ve stayed at this property before and highly recommend it. Check in was easy. The condo was clean and beautiful. The view of the ocean is amazing. If I had a question or something was needed, the property owner is quick to respond. I hope to rent it out again in the future.

Amazing balcony and beach home

We had such a great time here. The balcony was huge and had beautiful views, we spent most of the trip hanging out on it. The space was very beachy and cozy. Check in and out were seamless. The beach is outside the building and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby or a cab drive away. Loved it here, will def try to book this property again in the future!

Amazing ocean views

Debbie was amazing she checked on us to make sure our check-in process went smoothly. From the moment you step inside the condo everything was as the photos. I really enjoyed the views from the living room and bedroom. I look forward to staying in the near future again.

Unbelievable Balcony

This property had everything we needed. Great location. Right on the beach with a balcony that could see the sun rise and then the sun set over the bay. Teens had a blast. 4 entrances to condo from the balcony. Words and pictures do not do it justice.

Very Nice Condo but Had No Refrigerator

Arrived on Saturday with stuff in a cooler to put in the refrigerator. It was not cool inside. Called property owner she said she would come by and look at it in the morning. Long story short it never got fixed. Had a bunch of food we brought spoil in the process. Condo was not very clean. Cobwebs in corners, bathroom sink had rings around faucet knobs. Washer smelled inside and had mold in the inside glass. Mattress in one of the bedrooms sank down in the middle and needs replaced. For the money we spent to stay in this condo in off season I expected to have a much better experience. Only suggestion I would make is the owner needs to have a professional cleaning team come in after each stay instead of cleaning them herself.

Balcony = Awesome, Condo = Super Cute

We could have lived on just the balcony at this property and been totally happy. But we also enjoyed the rest of the condo too! It was the perfect spot for our group of two married couples. We made a meal or two at the condo, played games in the living room, watched the sunset and sunrise from the balcony (because you can see both!), hung out on the balcony during the day, walked on the beach, enjoyed the gorgeous oceanfront views, appreciated how close the condo is to great restaurants and other locations. It really is the perfect spot! Check in and out was super easy and exactly as described. And the condo is even cooler in person than the picture in the listing. We truly had an awesome time and enjoyed our long weekend in Ocean City, MD!

Weekend Christmas Jaunt in Ocean City

Wow -- that's all we can say about this property, especially once you open the gate and see the expansive ocean views from the massive balcony, which continues inside through walls of windows. Bedrooms are large, with comfortable beds, and linens provided for bed/bath were an added bonus (less packing)! Kitchen/Dining/Living were great for the two of us, as we lounged around, with ample entertainment. As for the building, garage parking, trolleys for carrying luggage, multiple elevators, and secured building access were well appreciated. Bonus -- they really decorate for Christmas! Overall, we had a great experience in this condo and are looking forward to another stay in the future.

Clean and Comfortable

Looking for a quick visit to OC near where other family stayed, and this place was perfect. Clean and comfortable condo, interiors just as pictured. Property manager was responsive and friendly. Due to the high winds and poor weather we weren't able to enjoy the deck much, but when we were able to be out there it was really nice. We didn't cook meals during our stay, but the kitchen was well appointed if we had. We would stay here again. Thanks!

My husband and I live in a small town in Pennsylvania, our son was ready to leave the house so we decided we needed a new adventure in life, since most of our vacations were spent at the beach we thought owning a beach property would be a great way to do something different and it would take up some of the loneliness of our son leaving home. Also besides my real job of advertising sales, my second hobby is interior design, thats how it all began, and the funny part of the story is our son who hated the beach growing up, decided to move to Ocean City and help manage the properties. so its turned into a family adventure! Our goal as beach property owners is to ensure our guests a clean and up to date property so their vacation is enjoyable and they come back year after year.

Why they chose this property

We looked at every high rise in the town of OC, but we decided the Pyramid had a timeless design and the solid construction made it a stand out in our eyes, compared to other buildings the Pyramid offers direct ocean front units, that are private, it has a beautiful ocean front pool, its well maintained and 12 years later I'm happy we chose to buy at the Pyramid.
Because the building is shaped like a Pyramid every so many floors it creates a 1000 sq ft balcony, this is an awesome space, we are fortunate enough to get this 2 bedroom/2 bath south side unit its the best of the best!!

What makes this property unique

The direct ocean front views, and the solid wall between units makes staying at the building a very private experience. The pool is very pretty and offers sun or shade.
