En el corazón de OTRs animado distrito histórico. Bellamente renovado apartamento de 2 pisos y 2 habitaciones, ubicado en el 3er piso. A poca distancia de todos los mejores restaurantes, bares, tiendas, eventos deportivos. El Ziegler Park y las piscinas Ziegler se pueden disfrutar a pasos de distancia. Más pase de estacionamiento gratuito para el garaje Ziegler ubicado justo detrás del edificio. Tenemos 2 otros listados en nuestro edificio. Otro 2 dormitorios y un dormitorio más pequeño 1.

Hay 2 dormitorios de la reina, cada uno acomoda (2) camas gemelas adicionales si se solicita. Todas las sábanas y toallas están incluidas. También tenemos una cocina completamente equipada. Es verdaderamente su hogar lejos del hogar!

El nuevo tranvía de Cincinnati opera hasta 18 horas al día y 365 días al año La tarifa es de $ 1 por dos horas y $ 2 por un pase de un día! La ruta del tranvía es 3. 6 millas de largo, viajando en un lazo de la segunda calle (en los bancos en el riverfront) al mercado de Findlay en OTR. Girls Birthday Weekend

Apartment is very cute and is centrally located in OTR. The bar scene is very active outside the apartment, so keep that in mind. We were celebrating my niece’s 21st birthday, so we didn’t mind. What we loved: plenty of towels and linens, washer and dryer, hair dryer, comfortable beds (even the twin rollaways were decent), plenty of extra dishes and glasses, internet was great, lots of recommendations for food and entertainment placed around the apartment. Things to consider: apartment is located on the third floor. Crowds and noise from nearby bars in the front bedroom and living room though the back bedroom was quiet! This is a pet friendly VRBO.

Music Festival get away with friends

The property and instructions were just as pictured. Her property is very close to everything. Loved instructions provided for places to eat and public transportation. The connector is free and made travel easy. Lots of stairs to get into property and bedroom.

What a cute and quirky condo! Perfectly decorated. Our family enjoyed all the fun games throughout the house. The location was perfect, walking distance to so many stores and restaurants. The free parking garage was a huge plus. Loved all the extra touches.

Great City Experience in Cincinnati

4 adults (2 Couples) had a great stay at this VRBO. Things we loved: 1. Secure, free parking 2. Close to many restaurants, events downtown 3. Using the free connector to get around the downtown 4. Very comfortable living room to watch March Madness 5. Vibrant, eclectic street - music, food, tenants, business owners, people hanging out on the sidewalk others playing football, basketball, ping pong at the well lit, clean park around the corner 6. Easy, secure check-in and access to the building and Apt. Things to know: 1. Lots of stairs to get to the VRBO - fine for us, but you should be aware of it 2. Late night music on the street on Saturday night, but nothing on Sunday or Monday when we were there. Overall - loved the location and loved the city - very clean city, residents take pride in their city, love the murals, parks, River bank with all of the activities and Findlay market.

Super cute getaway downtown!

We really loved staying here! My kids all under 8 loved this place! They loved looking at all the treasures and how unique the place is. We also loved the location! The playground is such a nice added bonus! The unit is super clean and there is everything that you would need- she does think of everything- yes the front bedrooms are nosey but there is a sound machine- I also loved that she provided a parking spot huge added bonus

Great Place With One Minor Issue

Overall, a well-maintained, convenient place to say. The only misgiving about the property is the noise level outside. Fortunately, I was able to sleep in the back bedroom, but the front bedroom was invaded by the thumping bass of the nightclub across the street, sirens, revelers in the street until 2 AM. Great if you're part of that scene. Beyond that, recommended for sure.

Coolest walk up!

The apartment was so unique and just right for an overnight stay with friends. Walking distance to several cool restaurants, clubs, and bars in OTR. Walking distance to the casino as well! The owner added cool eclectic touches to the apartment, as well as our name in chalk on the door! Plenty of ice was already made in the fridge- I mean, it's the little things! Only thing is this is an apartment for the younger crowd. It is a walk up with small hallways, and a spiral staircase to the bedrooms, so if you have problems with stairs this isn't for you. But we didn't mind the workout. Overall very enjoyable, we felt like we got the true Cincinnati city experience. Would love to go back in the summer, as this apartment is right next to a gorgeous pool and park.

Such a fun place to stay!

Everything was clean and stocked. I loved all the decor, I was always seeing something new and fun everywhere I looked. Having my name on the door helped us know we were in the right location and fun to see.

An unexpected change to our stay

We did not end up staying at this location because we were concerned about the neighborhood and walking there at night. Since we were staying with two dogs that needed late night and early morning walks, we felt the area was unsafe, so we relocated to a different area. Denise, our host, was very understanding and worked with us and VRBO to make it right, given the circumstances. We would recommend her as a host and VRBO as a company.

Property is convenient for events at the Woodward theater. Lots of local restaurants nearby. There is a community pool behind the building. Property manager communicated check in and parking instructions promptly.

Great weekend rental

We booked as an alternative to staying in a hotel for the night. It was a very nice property, loved the location. Near a neat community pool and plenty of night life. Hope to stay again. We were in town for a concert at Riverbend. Owner was extremely responsive and timely to my questions, even before I booked the property.

Cool place

Its right where everything is going on! Lots in walking distance. Very hip place. Properly stocked. Host was very accessible and helpful. We werent there a lot as we just csme in for a concert, got in late and stayed one night. Would recommend. Lots of cool shops and activities rjght on the street and surrounding blocks. Kind of.loud in the streets late with people partying but didnt bother us.

Just a weekend trip to see the Reds

This was our second time to stay in this exact apartment. Denise is a great host and easy to work with. It's a lovely apartment in a great location with the park/pool right behind the building. Within walking distance of lots of great restaurants, shops, and bars. The trolley/tram stop is just a block & half away, and it is free and runs from the Findlay Market to the East all the way down to the ballpark on the West. It does get very loud at night, especially in the front bedroom, so be prepared for that.

Great third floor condo in OTR. Creative interior design, very appealing. Only problem was construction going on in the streets. Very loud at 6AM... demolition.
