Everything we needed

The place had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. The location right next to the water was great and had a wonderful view. The town was great and you could walk anywhere. Would recommend this place for any couple looking to spend a relaxing long weekend or week.

Perfect Getaway!

We got lucky with a last minute booking and had a wonderful time. Michael is amazing, everything was exactly as it said on the site, clean, and the beach right outside our back door!! I cannot wait to go back!

Room was nice just wish it was the room that is on the listing… was a little small for 4 people and was advertised as a 2-3 bedroom needed an air mattress.. which was provided by management.. overall pleasant stay

My Beach cottage stay.

We were pleasantly empeessed. It was nice and comfortable and the beach right behind the backyard, AWESOME. It was quiet which is what I needed. The drive back to the university wasn’t long at all. Next door restaurant, pancake house restaurant across the street everyone was pleasant. Can’t wait to hv another experience with Mike our host in Sylvan Beach.

Very clean and great location

Right next to the lake, beach, casino, and in walking distance to everything else in Sylvan beach. The cottage was extremely clean and looks like it has been remodeled/updated recently. The cottage has everything you need but no closets or dressers as space is tight. You will most likely need to live out of your suitcase/bag while staying there. It wasn’t a problem as there were just two of us and we used the second bedroom for our belongings. It may get tight if you have more than 2 guests. Has a nice porch/sitting area outside each cottage. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Oneida Lake Get Away

The property was clean and organized. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive with anything we asked of them. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a beachfront place to stay in the area. Joe

Recently Updated, Great Location

We stay in these cottages every year because of their proximity to the beach and surrounding attractions, and because the property manager is extremely attentive, kind, and accommodating. This year, the property was updated and it looks great! Looking forward to staying again next year.

Online pictures do not accurately represent cottage we stayed at. Needs to be really updated!

Online pictures do not accurately represent cottage we stayed at. Needs to be really updated! Rust on refrigerator could have been spray painted. Utensils left on counter with flies flying around and landing on them. Smoke detectors left on table without batteries made me feel real safe. Not worth the daily rate! On the upside,, the beach and surrounding restaurants were really nice! Thankfully we had family also there with an updated rental that we spent most of the time at!
