This is a very quite apartment set back from the street. Only 2 units above the cars. VERY PRIVATE and QUIET. Plenty of street parking.
I split time between LA and NJ. You'll love the location and the very tranquil existence. There are 8 stairs to go up to get to the apartment, it's above the cars. NO PARTIES. Please look at the pictures, I live here it's not something I own to rent out. There will be condiments in the refrigerator. Smoking outdoors only. Use anything in the apartment, leave anything for the next person. Walk to Cedars-Sinai, Beverly Center, world class shopping and restaurant's.
