The Nations is a vibrant, fast-growing neighborhood in West Nashville known for its trendy vibe, modern townhomes, and walkable streets lined with craft breweries, coffee shops, and local eateries. Once an industrial area, it has transformed into a hotspot for young professionals and creatives, blending historic charm with contemporary living.
Getting Around:
I highly recommend using Uber or renting a car to get around Nashville. You can also check out the WeGo Transit website for the Nashville bus routes. There is a bus stop directly in front of our building.
Drive times:
- 5 - 10 minute drive to Centennial Park
- 5 - 8. minute drive to Turnip Truck grocery store
- 10- 18 minute drive to downtown, Broadway St, depending on traffic.
- 20 - 25 minute drive to Opry Mills
- 13 - 17 minute drive to Green Hills Mall
- 18 -24 minute drive to the Nashville Airport BNA
Other Things to Note:
This apartment is on the second floor and can be accessed by stairs only. There is no elevator in the building.
Please park in the private parking lot behind the building. If there are no more spots, you can park in front of the building along the street. Please be sure you are not parking near a fire hydrant. No parking pass is required during your active reservation.
The trash can outdoors is at the back of the parking lot.
Please read all the house rules before booking. This apartment is only available to book for people living outside of Middle TN. No locals allowed. Strictly no smoking of any kind inside or around the apartment. You will be asked to leave and charged additional fees.
