Abbiamo una bella, confortevole condominio in attesa per rilassarsi, godere la vista migliore e trascorrere le vostre vacanze in un ambiente favolosa spiaggia. Con 3 camere da letto, c'è spazio per la famiglia e gli amici. OFFRIAMO un 4 notte speciale ... PRIMAVERA attraverso CADUTA (controllare le informazioni aggiuntive. Su tassi inferiori tassi quotati) per coloro che non possono trascorrere una settimana intera.
Il nostro enorme terrazzo si affaccia sulla piscina, il Golfo e Perdido Passo ... vista d'acqua tutto intorno. Ci sono molti ottimi ristoranti a Orange Beach e la vicina Costa del Golfo, campi da golf, negozi, e una scelta di negozi di alimentari. Luoghi di divertimento per i bambini, musica serale per la famiglia e gli adolescenti a The Hangout a Gulf Shores, la pesca e la buona ole stile spiaggia a piedi.
Abbiamo una cucina ben attrezzata, boogie boards e sedie di sabbia per la vostra convenienza.

Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay! Condo was clean, fully furnished with EVERYTHING anyone would need for a stay! We really enjoyed the view of the Pass and watching all the boats. Nancy was great to work with and very prompt & thorough in all communications. Will definitely stay here again!

Spectacular views from this condo

Loved our stay here. Clean, comfortable, homey, everything we needed was there. Indoor pool is so warm! View from the balcony is second to none! We watched dolphins, pelicans, boats in the pass, etc. Don’t miss the sunrise from this balcony!Quick, easy access to pool and beach. Centrally located, yet not in a super busy area. We felt very safe in and around the area.Owner very responsive and pleasant. Would definitely book this one again!

Another Great Trip in GP 211!

Bill and Nancy's wondeful condo is always a great stay! We had so much fun - if you can think of needing it, they already have it there. The amenities make the stay a breeze. The condo has beautiful views of Perdido Pass and the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool, too! I would highly recommend, and we will be back!

Home away from home! Just a feeling!

The pictures do not do this condo justice! It is a little hard to find because it's tucked away and hidden from the street but once you find it you will be so glad you did! It was the perfect spot and an even better location. Gorgeous views of the ocean and the pass. Parking wasn't too bad either. The best hosts ever! When I say about their business...I have rented many condos in Gulf Shores but this was our first in Orange Beach. Ms. Nancy made it too easy! I had no questions. She covered Everything! I have never been to a condo where you only had to bring your own food cause literally everything was there for our convenience. We never treat our stays with disrespect and always try to leave it as we find it. Just being here made you feel like it was your home. The hospitality was 10 out of 10! Don't second guess it...choose this sweet gem! You won't regret your decision! Thank you Ms. Nancy we will be back!

Beautiful Condo

Had an amazing stay. The condo was beautiful, very clean and updated! It’s a great location, not overly crowded. The property is well kept! Nancy was great with sending recommendations on what to do in the area, and also very quick to reply with any issues! Highly recommend!

Great Time with Convenience

This condo was as advertised, maybe even bigger than the pictures make it look. Ample room for a family of 5, and the location was great for fishing, hanging out at the beach, and a short drive some of the excellent local restaurants. Inshore charters is across the street!

Beautiful and comfortable stay!

Owners were in contact from start to finish which was much appreciated. Unit was very clean and comfortable with elegant decor. Everything in unit worked. Had a small issue with the shower faucet and was taken care of as soon as I informed owner. This condo is stocked with all utensils you may need as well as extra pillows and blankets. The view of the pass and gulf is absolutely stunning. Located right above the pool was helpful especially when you have kids. With the pool being right below I thought it might get a little noisy but it was never an issue. The building is gated so felt very safe. All in all, we truly enjoyed our time here and will plan on returning. Thank you!!!

Perfect vacation

Great location-enjoyed watching the boats in the Pass, very clean, well stocked kitchen had everything one would need to make meals for my family, comfortable beds, Nancy was great to work with and very informative on places to go in the area. Overall a wonderful vacation for my family!

Great Location in Orange Beach

We had a great time on Spring Break at Grand Pointe. Nancy and Bill are great with information, mailing the check in packet, and supplies/amenities in the condo. Super clean, spacious for our family of five. Great view, pools, location right next to the pass. Highly recommended!

We had some difficulty checking in because we hadn't received the parking pass and mailbox key beforehand. We were able to check in by contacting the cleaning person. The condo is excellent! It is well stocked with kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies and appliances. The deck is spacious and the deck furniture is excellent.

Excellent Property ON the Beach!

The condo was beautiful and exceeded expectations from the minute we entered. Beautiful, sweeping views of the Gulf and Perdido Pass, this is a must stay location! The condo is wonderfully furnished, with updated furniture such as a 6 person dining room table that allowed our whole family to sit for meals. We walked the short distance to the beach where hundreds of shells were waiting and also enjoyed the hot tubs and heated indoor pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot! We highly recommend and will be back next year!!

Excellent Location and Amenities for a Short and Sweet Trip!

Considering we had limited time to vacation over Thanksgiving break, I’m grateful that we were allowed to reserve two nights. The condo was spacious, clean, well-stocked, and we could not have asked for a better location at the pass. The views were amazing. Traveling with kids, we really appreciated the heated indoor pool and the short walk to the beach. Before our arrival, Nancy texted me to welcome us and to thank us for our stay as we were leaving. She was quick to respond and get help when we locked ourselves out (Huge thanks to Weldon for his quick and friendly service!). Bill and Nancy were wonderful hosts! We plan on making this vacation a yearly Thanksgiving tradition!

Beach, Music and majestic memories made at Grand Pointe

We were so impressed with this property. The beach access, the views, close proximity to everything you will need. It was probably the cleanest property we have ever rented. The property owners are great. Detailed, informative and clear communications were provided. Perfect for a group getaway. We will definitely return!

A great beach spot!

We had a fun family getaway at this Grand Pointe Vrbo. The condo was very spacious and just as described. Nancy was great with communication and checkin/out information was a breeze. Always had a spot to park in the gated lot. Fantastic location. The beach chairs & umbrellas were a nice bonus. The beach in front of Grand Pointe was beautiful! Would be happy to stay again!

Just book it

The property and unit are beautiful. The condo and unit location are fantastic. The unit is right above the pool, but you can’t hear anything if the sliding door is closed. Pool hours are reasonable, so we were still able to enjoy our morning coffee quietly on the patio. Beach is clean and family friendly, and the water doesn’t drop off quickly so the little ones can play safely a bit off shore. We LOVED the vacation and would book it again in a heartbeat!

Best place we have ever stayed in Orange Beach !

We visit Orange Beach every year and Grande Point has been the absolute best place we have ever stayed. It is very family oriented, my kids made new friends, beautiful views, and vert clean. Our condo was beautiful!! Very relaxing, beautiful view from the balcony, and not to mention how nice it was to have easy contact with the owner's and also how stocked this condo was, everything you need or could possibly need was right there!! We really didn’t want to leave. We are hoping to return again next year.

Fabulous Condo!!

Beautifully decorated condo with a VERY comfortable master suite! So cozy with a great layout and amply supplied in every way. Loved the extra large balcony with the great view overlooking the pool and the ease of getting to the pool and beach. Of all the condos we've stayed in the past 8 years, this one was definitely our favorite! Will absolutely be staying here again.

We are a family who loves beach life. You are sharing our vacation home. We now have grown children so we enjoy our condo as a couple more often. But it's great when the kids can join us. Our car has driven to Orange Beach so many times, it should be able to drive it without a driver. Bill would love that !!!!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

A friend recommended Orange Beach for spring break in the late 90's. We took the trip, and the whole family loved it. As we made more trips to O.B., we decided to look for a condo because we didn't get tired of this beach and the family friendly area. Luckily we found the BEST view .

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The view from our deck is the best along the coast. We face the Gulf and are protected from winds off the Pass. Boat watching is a daily event. Surfers love our end of the beach when the waves are high. Have your meals on the deck....a memorable experience.
