This three bedroom, two bathroom, first floor (beach access) Condo is fully furnished and ready for your immediate relaxation and enjoyment. Beautiful home upgrades make this a modern yet relaxing home for your coastal escape! Our condo faces Santa Cruz- Perfect for viewing beautiful Sunsets.

The unit offers a master bedroom with a comfortable king bed, a second bedroom with a wonderful queen bed, and a third bedroom with two double beds. The 1,350 sq. ft. unit can sleep 6-8 people.

Always Love it Here

We are a group of educators who come and stay at this unit every year. It is spacious and clean and perfectly located on the 1st floor. This year we had quite an ant problem which made it hard to cook and use the kitchen as we always do. Property was responsive both times we had to call.

We had such a great time! The condo is very comfortable and welcoming. Its has a combined feeling of new and old. Close to the office and store, but still very close to the beach. Absolutely loved this place!

Wonderful ocean vacation

Pleasant stay at Pajaro Dunes.

Our condo at Shorebirds was clean and comfortable. Worked out perfectly for 6 of us including two energetic grandchildren. I would definitely rent again from these owners.

Wonderful!

Relaxing and beautiful, close to the gatehouse yet steps away from the sand! Comfortable for everyone, with 4 beds. Great decor, and plenty to do in the evenings, including videos and games and books!

Weekend get away

We were able to check in early and the process took less than 5 minutes! Everyone was very nice and helpful/welcoming! We visited with 2 other couples and loved the location! We loved that the beach was a short walk from our condo and enjoyed walking the beach and watching the sunset! We had a great time!

Great place!

This place was very clean and had everything we needed. Very close to beach and gift shop. 30 seconds until your toes are in the sand. Loved the trees out back with dozens of hummingbirds, which was unexpected. Kids room was perfect too. Would rent this again.
