House is completely remodel with all new appliances, HVAC, granite countertops & vinyl flooring throughout. Front & side outdoor seating. Beautiful matured trees. At dusk you may see barred owls. 2 blocks south of home is beautiful bay awaiting kayaking, relaxing & viewing naval air base completing practice air runs. Watch the sunset while on bay relaxing. There’s over 2 dz beaches/parks within 5-30 minute drive. Our favorite is Johnson Beach on PerdidoKey. For a small fee purchase a pass & enjoy beautiful soft white sand beach complete with clean bathrooms, pavilions, kayaking on bay side. Beautiful walking paths. Enjoy the Naval air base 15 minute drive with 2 large buildings of aircraft’s that’s FREE. You’ll see Blue Angels aircraft & a multitude of aircraft dating back to first years of air flight. The active lighthouse of Pensecola is across from Naval museum. For a small fee you can climb the 177 steps to top & view the Gulf & inland for miles. There’s hockey & baseball right in Pensecola 15 minute drive. Downtown Pensecola is 10 min drive. There’s art museums, fresh fish & seafood market & local donut shop all within 5-15 minute drive.
