Relax, Swim, Outdoor Cooking, Fire Pit, Nature Walk etc. This Hill Country retreat home will suit your needs. 15 acres of pure heaven. Your neighbor is a 80 acres winery-Flat Creek Winery. Fruit trees, wild animals. 10 min drive to closest town. 2 min drive to Lake Travis boat ramp Gloster Bend. Boat tour on Lake Travis with a private captain available, please ask for availability and rates. 40 min drive Austin.
Can't beat this location! Master bedroom has 1 King size bed ready for you with comfy sheets and pillows. We provide a REAL crib and a Pack-and-play if you are traveling with your little one. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, french doors that open to a very large patio overlooking the backyard. It also has a working area in case you need to do few hours of work and need a work station. Third bedroom has 2 queen size beds, lots of kids book, games and extra blankets. Bedroom 4 overlooking at the pool is large and has 2 full size beds and is equipped with a flat screen TV and a futon. 1 twin bed located in the second family room in case anyone needs to sleep on the main floor. 2.5 bathrooms with towels, soap and shampoo provided. Cozy living room with 2 leather sofas, Flat screen TV with local channels, fireplace and a billiard table. High speed internet throughout the whole house. Fully stocked kitchen and an outdoor kitchen. Next to the pool, you will also find a large fire pit area, tree house for the kids or for the beautiful view of the winery and the hill country. Horse shoe game etc. Our vacation rental is protected by e-locks. In other words, NO KEYS NO HASSLE! Prior to your stay we simply email you a unique code that works for your reservation only. Late check in is not a problem! Tile and hard wood floors throughout the whole place.

Great time in the hill country!

Had a big group of friends out for the weekend and had a ton of fun. The winery next door is super nice and we were 25 minutes from a great golf course. Really enjoyed it

Had a great stay, exactly what we needed. Quite time by the fire reminiscing about the past 25 years.loved everything about the place except for the gravel road up to it. Not at all bad in a car but we were on motorcycles and it was pretty rough and unexpected place bust just

Wedding trip stay

Property was really secluded and quiet. Pool was nice to lay out by, but the red wasps were really bad. House was clean other than the dishwasher was stinky so we washed all the dishes by hand prior to leaving. Lighting could have been better in the kitchen area. If you have teenagers the 2 bedrooms contain stacked beds which our two (16 & 17)didn’t like. Would be better placed on the floor..Adults ((65 and (79)can not sleep on the top…only there 2 nights.they survived. Stayed Friday and Saturday night wasn’t really enough time to explore! Great place overall.needs a little updating tho…

Hill Country Paradise

We loved how peaceful the location was and the property manager was very helpful and gave us everything we needed. We couldn’t have been happier, everyone had a great time. The only bad thing was that we just wish we could buy the house and property! Awesome place!

Family Summer 2024 Vacation

It was great, plenty of room, kids enjoyed the trampoline, all of us enjoyed the pool, liked that it was so private we had the property to ourselves & town was not too far in case of a emergency! We would come back for a longer stay in the summer! 😊

Away from City life - Secluded

If you need a break from your schedule, this is what you are looking for. We enjoyed taking our two dogs and some of our family joined as well. The pool was relaxing and the moonlight and star gazing was beautiful. It relieved stress and the scenery was great! I didn’t want to leave.

Awesome Home and very Secluded

The house was amazing . Very private getaway for our group, which was 4 married couples. Easy driving distance to Marble falls are the lake. Beautiful winery just down the street with great customer service !!! Was one of the best trips we have had !!! Would stay again for sure!!!!

Fun weekend getaway

My husband and I rented this property for the 4th of July weekend. We had a good time, the pool was nice to lounge around in. The property is beautiful and secluded. The host was very easy to work with. We would love to come back to visit again on one of our trips to the hill county!

Pool in Hill Country Paradise

Need a mental health break? A day or week to not think about bear markets, $4 gas, and inflation percentages at lol levels...well, here is your great escape. Beautifully renovated, large, and clean estate nesseled perfecly in the Texas Hill Country. Do you enjoy great dining and fine wine? A short walk to Flat Creek Winery will set you up. Then, stride or stumble back for a refreshing dip in the relaxing pool. Pay close attention to the various sinage for inspiration, "No working during drink hours"... Owner is informative, accomidating and fast to respond. Thank you and we will definitely see ya again. Bill & Erika McAnn

Fun work retreat!

We stayed for 1 night and had a blast! The home was very spacious and the pool was incredible. Everything was thought of even down to the bathroom shampoo and conditioner and bathroom spray. We will def be back!

Held a get-together with several friends and had an absolute blast. If you're looking for a quiet, serene get-away with all the amenities, this is your place. It was clean and had everything we needed included, just bring your friends/family, food, and enjoy yourself.

Great location and space!

Had a small bachelorette party with a karaoke machine and snacks. Loved the convenience of the nearby winery/restaurant though we did not try to walk it lol Spotted a lot of wildlife around the house and the stars were beautiful, nighttime was perfect for the trampoline. Very nice stay, will definitely keep in mind for future friend trips!

Secluded spot, clean worked for us but could've been better

This place was pretty far out there, beautiful drive and really cool property. The check in and out was really easy, communication with the host was also seamless. The house was clean and pretty much as advertised. We had a great time and the house functioned for our stay. A few things that a future guest might want to be aware of... this isn't a *luxury* stay, the décor is a lacking the beds are a little squeaky, which is fine, the price point was cool. But some items weren't working (There was a note not to use the garbage disposal, which was pretty inconvenient with a large group). It also didn't feel ideal for a large group - there was limited silverware, we had to share forks, their was a Keurig but no large coffee pot. Kitchen items in general didn't feel conducive for a large group. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property is really cool and I always appreciate cleanliness. But we were kind of underwhelmed in general. Perhaps our expectations were too high? This was a good place to stay, it worked for us, but we would not book again.

Nice getaway

The seclusion of the property is very nice and the kids enjoyed the pool. The house is clean but needs some improvements/repairs. (Some of which are due to previous renter) It would have been nice to have more movie options but Crackle and PBSkids was all we could get to work on the TV without signing up for or signing into our own accounts. (I don't feel comfortable doing this on a shared TV) The property manager was very kind, responsive, and helpful to my questions. Overall the stay was nice.

Horror story

Nothing was what it should be. The grill didn’t work, the tree house was unsafe, the pool was nit clean and had way too much chlorine. Now go into the house there were all kinds of spiders, spiderwebs, roaches and other bugs. The house had not been cleaned or exterminated. The conditions were so bad that we actually left a day early and never took our belongings into the house. Upon contacting the owner we got no reply. If this is the condition of houses sponsored by your company I will never use you again and cannot recommend this site to any of my friends and/or family.

Do not book this property unless you want her watching your entire stay!

There was nowhere listed on the site, that there would be 4 cameras. They have a camera overlooking the pool which is completely inappropriate. The owner said we could check in at 3 but did not send us a code until 3:55, we at in the 95 degree heat for an hour. Some friends came over to swim and were not staying the night, and she watching us through the cameras. We were adult professional women just trying to have a fun day/night and she called the police on us! The officer was frustrated and said we were doing nothing wrong! I should have read the previous reviews, she is obviously out to make money and spy on her guests! I have stayed in many homes over the years and I have never had a worse experience with an owner! She is now trying to claim damages on a pool fence that was already broken, I am horrified! I do not recommend anyone booking with her!

Lovely place for a family stay in hill country.

Our stay was lovely. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. My only complaints are that the outdoor grill was very dirty, which we were concerned might be dangerous due to the fire risk. We cleaned it up and burned off some of the old oil/grease before using it, but it could still use a deep clean. The jacuzzi section of the pool could also use a clean. Everything else was perfect. We had a lovely stay and I would be glad to recommend this place to friends and maybe even come back myself. Thanks to the owner for helping make my family visit very pleasant and problem-free. By the way, the winery next door is a gem! Don’t miss it if you visits the grounds are lovely and the owners are super friendly and hospitable.
