Appartamento splendidamente decorato con 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni, 2 letti matrimoniali in ogni camera degli ospiti, letto king size in camera matrimoniale. L'edificio offre una piscina fronte oceano da 110 piedi, un fiume lento da 200 piedi, 2 vasche idromassaggio, una piscina per bambini, una piscina interna e una palestra. La piscina coperta è riscaldata in inverno. Ristorante situato accanto, negozio sulla spiaggia dall'altra parte della strada e minimarket disponibile.
La cucina completamente attrezzata ha un frigorifero side-by-side in acciaio inossidabile con distributore automatico di ghiaccio e acqua, lavastoviglie bosch, nuova gamma LG e forno a microonde, ripiani in granito, pavimento in piastrelle di ceramica, bar per la colazione e tutte le attrezzature da cucina necessarie per trascorrere una fantastica vacanza. Nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice full size si trovano in condominio.
Il condominio ha 1 letto king size nel master e 2 letti matrimoniali in ciascuna delle altre camere da letto, ognuna con il proprio bagno privato. Il condominio è dotato di 4TV;

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The furniture was clean and comfortable. Bedrooms were all very nice size. Having 3 bathrooms was great. I would recommend this property to rent.

Getaway

My mother and I had a great time in North Myrtle Beach, the balcony was amazing for beautiful Sunsets and Sunrises. My favorite part of the Coast. Great ocean view, property was inviting. The neighbors alarm went off continuously which was annoying and difficult to sleep at times in the Master bedroom. Property was clean and spacious for the two of us.

Great confo

Very comfortable. We were able to talk directly to the owner when we called. There’s 2 handicap parking spaces for the whole building. Parking across the street isn’t good for people with walking issues.

Great beachfront location in North Myrtle Beach!

We stayed in this 9th floor 3 bed/ 3bath condo from 8/31 to 9/7/24 and it was perfect for myself, my husband, and my 2 adult daughters. Plenty of space! The kitchen was well stocked with nearly every cooking aid you could need. Appliances were in good working order and we had zero issues. We fully appreciated having a washer and dryer during our stay. Condo was clean on our arrival. Master bedroom king bed was very comfortable with direct access to the balcony overlooking the Atlantic ocean. The outdoor pool and hot tub areas were very clean and maintained. We always bring our own beach towels to the pool but know that the property does not supply towels. Therefore, bring your own. The property has a no smoking and no vaping policy but it was not enforced. (There are signs everywhere). Nearly every day, there were people either above or below our outside balcony that were smoking and it constantly drifted to our outside space. To get away from it, we had to go inside since my husband is sensitive to cigarette smoke as it triggers his migraines. This is not the fault of the condo owner but rather the facility for not enforcing its own policy. Outside the front door of the condo is a storage area for beach items and pool toys for your use. The door is unlocked. We didn't use any of the items that were in there but we took a peek inside and saw beach chairs, a beach canopy, sand buckets, pool noodles, and other pool toys. Overall, a great place and we would stay again!

My mother, grandmother, and myself stayed at the condo for a week. We all had a great time! No noisy neighbors, easy access to everything, convenient contactless check in and out. Couldn’t ask for much more!

Spring Break for family

My wife and I spent 4 weeks here. The last week was with our daughter and grandson. They loved everything especially the beach with the array of shells to be found. He had his first chance to wade in the Atlantic and try boogie boarding. Not so good-this will take practice. The condo facilities were excellent-well maintained and taken care. This property is ideally located for both North Myrtle Beach and M yrtle Beach. At some point we will be back.

Spring on the Beach in N. Myrtle Beach

The weather was cold and rainy when we arrived and there was no one there to tell us how to enter the building and what the procedure was to unload our car. There was only one elevator working out of 3 the entire time and long waits on some days to just get the one elevator. The property was slightly older than expected, the refrigerator door water despensor did not work and one of the crisper drawers was cracked and difficult to keep on the track. Also, there was a clothing hook in one of the bathrooms that was coming away from the wall. But the most uncomfortable part of our stay was on the balcony. Although it was a nonsmoking building, people were constantly smoking on the balcony around us, (cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana). Many times the odor was so strong that we were unable to stay out to enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The weather during the first week improved and remained sunny and in the 70s. We enjoyed walking on the beach and eating out at the many restaurants along the strip. We also discovered a beautiful winery very close to our condo and spent a wonderful afternoon there. There was always something new to explore and overall we had a great time. However, I don't think we would stay at this location again.

Beautiful

Very nice and well maintained. The kitchen was one of best equipped kitchens in a condo that we have rented. The view is amazing You can see for miles and watch the parasailing banana boat rides right out your door. Parking is easy and the staff around the condo are very helpful and polite.Our experience at this condo is one of our favorites. We will be returning We had a few questions for Joyce and she had no problem getting back to us in a timely manner. Very happy with our vacation

Nice place and location

Condo was exactly as indicated on line. Kitchen well stocked for cooking, etc. easy access and right near the elevators. Condo was clean. The community pool was cold due to weather so we were going to use hot tub but it was not clean and had hair and debris in it. This is not the owner’s issue but the complex . We loved that we were right on the water and saw dolphins every day. This made up for the terrible weather we had .
