After a fun day on the lake, picture yourself unwinding in the hot tub, then firing up the grill and fire pit as the stars begin to twinkle overhead.

Welcome to The Whistlin’ Terrapin—your perfect Lake Anna getaway! Just a quick 3.5-minute stroll brings you to the lake, where you can swim right from the dock. Lake Anna State Park is just across the water, easily reached by paddle or a short drive.

The space
Our home is tucked away in a quiet gated neighborhood near the center of Lake Anna, on the public side of the lake (the public side is the larger side of Lake Anna with more services - restaurants, stores, marinas).

Here are the highlights:

* 7-person Jacuzzi made hot tub, under the covered deck
* Lake access, with boat ramp and four day use docks (no overnight parking). A short 3.5 minute walk to the water!
* 1-acre property with a fully fenced-in backyard
* 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms
* Covered deck with seating area and gas grill (propane included)
* Fire pit with Adirondack chairs and free firewood!
* Kitchen stocked with essentials, including an air fryer, coffee maker, french press, blender, electric kettle and toaster
* 55” Roku TV in the living room
* Carport has a ping-pong table, foosball, propane fire pit, and extra seating
* Happy to accommodate early check-in/late check-out, scheduling and cleaners permitting. Can't guarantee it, but let's talk a few days before you arrive.

Sleeping Arrangements:
* All linens and towels provided. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash included.
* Master Bedroom – King bed, 40” Roku TV, and a private en-suite bathroom
* Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3 – Each with a twin-over-queen L-shaped bunk bed
* Living Room – Queen-sized luxury sleeper sofa with a new memory foam mattress (yes, it's actually comfortable!)

TV details:
Roku offers a wide selection of free shows and channels to enjoy. It features a convenient Guest Mode, allowing you to log in with your own streaming accounts—and it automatically logs you out when you check out. Also, only one remote!
