La casa si trova nel centro di Wainscott, a 10 minuti dall'East Hampton Village, a 10 minuti dal Sag Harbor Village e 10 minuti dalla spiaggia di Wainscott. Siamo comodamente a 5 minuti da una piccola gastronomia, ristorante cinese, negozio di bagel, enoteca, panetteria Levain e Breadzilla e The Seafood Shop.

La casa ha un soppalco aperto come piano piano con 2 aree media / tv con TV Samsung da 85 "nella tana. C'è molta luce e il soggiorno e la cucina conducono a un cortile tentacolare e curato con piscina e doccia esterna. L'area di intrattenimento esterna comprende una griglia Weber, un tavolo da pranzo per 10 persone e 6 sedie a sdraio.

La casa dispone di 5 camere da letto, ognuna con il proprio bagno e doccia. La casa è perfetta per intrattenere con una grande cucina e un grande tavolo da fattoria in legno che può ospitare 12.

La casa dispone di wifi, aria centrale, una grande area lavatrice e asciugatrice nel seminterrato. Vi è un ampio parcheggio per più veicoli.
La casa è molto privata su 1,6 ettari ed è circondata da boschi.

Perfect stay in a gorgeous Wainscott home

John’s home was perfect for our family which included an infant and 3 year old. The property was spotless and well appointed. Check-in was a breeze and John was a pleasure to communicate with. Beautiful backyard with a large pool. Overall an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

Beautiful home and grounds, that are even better in person than the photos. Our family enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, warm pool and fire pit every day. Owner was very responsive and eager to assist us. Cant wait to return!

Hamptons Holiday

From the moment we arrived at the house, John was friendly, engaging, laid back and helpful. He clearly trusts his renters – and he went well beyond the usual assistance to make sure our experience with the house was a great one. And yes, it was a great one! The décor in the house is exceptional, the layout is amazing for entertaining, the outdoor space perfect for guests of all ages, and the kitchen amenities (both inside and out) made for great nights of cooking. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or house for our family vacation, and we would absolutely return if John will have us back.

Best Hamptons stay ever

We have been renting in the Sag Harbor/East Hampton area for a few years and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed. We hated to leave and can’t wait to stay again. It’s stylish, spacious, beautifully equipped and John rocks- he’s so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Never wanted to leave!!!!!

We've stayed at some beautiful houses, but this is far and away the best. I've never stayed at a house that was this clean, beautifully decorated and well cared for. It is clear that the owners love the house and want people to enjoy their stay. And we definitely did! We loved the kitchen, the bedrooms, the outdoor sofa, the swing, hammock, grill, tv rooms...everything was beyond amazing. And the owner, John, was an absolute pelasure to deal with. He checked in to make sure eveything was ok, and was very receptive when we had questions. We will definitely be back for many years to come. Also, when John tells you that the outdoor shower is the best shower in the world, he is neither incorrect nor overstating, it was wonderfull!!!! Book this property immediatly, you will not regret it!!!

My family and I had a wonderful week staying at the home. From the large, open backyard that was great fun, to the coziness of the family room for movie nights, and a beautiful kitchen to entertain. We will definitely be back for round 2!

Wonderful Stay!

This house is even better in person. The backyard is amazing and had plenty of room for the kids to run around and play. John was in communication with me throughout our stay and offered to help with anything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

Family Gathering for Graduation Celebration

The property and house were in pristine condition….no expense was spared and very comfortable with great gathering areas. The backyard was perfect for entertaining, a great bbq setup/outdoor kitchen, lounge area by the pool plus a fire pit circled by Adirondack chairs. When we arrived, John the property manager reached out to make sure our expectations were met and made it clear he was available if we needed anything. He also gave us great suggestions about the area, location was great! We will rebook this house when we return to the east end.

Fabulous weekend in Wainscott

We absolutely loved our stay at John's home! The backyard is incredible and the location is perfect- right near Sag Harbor and a quick drive to the town of East Hampton. John was super helpful with answering any questions we had during our stay. We couldn't recommend this rental enough!

The perfect Christmas

We had the most wonderful stay- the house is incredibly clean and beautifully decorated it also has EVERYTHING you could ever need. The kitchen was a highlight for me as they had every utensil you could ever wish for which made cooking a real joy. We had the most perfect Christmas holiday and couldn’t rate the house more highly. Nice private getaway

This is a great property. Spacious post and beam style home with a neat mid-century modern decorating touch. Very well equipped with a beautiful yard and lovely landscaping. Terrific place to relax yet only a few minutes drive to Sag Harbor or a few more to East Hampton. Accessibility is great. The owner is , helpful, friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Best Trip Best House

This property is the perfect vacation spot for a Hamptons visit. It’s location and proximity to sag harbor, east hampton and Bridgehampton is an amazing perk, but you could never leave the house and be extremely happy. My kids lived in the pool and on the giant swing and we all slept comfortably in the spacious bedrooms. John is a great host and so easy going and nice. 10/10 will revisit.

5-star house + host

John’s house is pristine, spotless, full of light and super easy to navigate. Garden is amazing with a great pool + outdoor dinner table, barbecue, living area and fire pit. Sag Harbor is just a few minutes away, and it’s easy to go to the beach as well as East Hampton and Bridgehampton’s village and amenities. John was super responsive and easy to interact with - we had a wonderful time. Can’t wait to come back!

Host with the Most!

John was communicative and helpful before we’d even arrived. He was constantly in touch and ready to help when needed. Great recommendations for food and shopping. Beautiful property and perfect for our mixed group. Lots of room inside and out. BBQ’d most nights with lovely, outdoor amenities. When we had a plumbing issue at the house, John was quick to arrive and take care of us, which he did. He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I’d for sure stay here again as well as rent from John at any of his properties. Thank you for everything! An amazing week.
