Located overlooking Duluth's busy harbor, Suite Betty is located near all of Duluth's main attractions. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom with 2 sink vanity and handicapped shower. Apartment is also equipped with it's own full size washer and dryer. Bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Fold down queen sized sofa bed in the living room can sleep an additional 2 people. Free WiFi and Cable TV included. There is a Smart TV in the bedroom for streaming your favorite shows. Located on a cul de sac, the house is steps away from the Duluth Hiking Trail and Biking Trail and 5 minutes from downtown Duluth and Canal Park, 1/2 mile from the Heritage Hockey Center and 10 minutes from Spirit Mountain. Paved off-street parking is provided.

The property also has much green space with several seating areas, a BBQ grill, a firepit and a swing set. Yard games are also available upon request.

Please note that our property is licensed and inspected annually by the Minnesota Department of Health and the City of Duluth Fire & Safety Department . We use cleaning and disinfectant products and guidelines recommended by the CDC. The apartment is completely self contained and has it’s own private entrance and heating, cooling and ventilation system. We have contactless check in and check out.

Weekend wedding stay

We stated here for a couple of days for an in town wedding. We could not be more pleased with this place. We met the hosts who where some of the nicest people you could meet. The accomodations where extremely clean and was very privare. We would stay here again for sure in the future.

Wonderful As Usual

I am a repeat visitor to Suite Betty. It’s my favorite VRBO in the Duluth area. The hosts, Bill and Pat, truly go above and beyond to create a comfortable stay for their guests. They are kind and flexible. Suite Betty offers many extra touches including coffee and creamer, detergent for the washer, area recommendations for things to do, extra usb plug-ins in the bedroom, and a sweet treat. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. The bed is comfortable. The sunrise view from the bedroom is spectacular. The location is quiet and convenient to restaurants, local attractions and nature areas. Thank you! I’m already looking forward to me next visit.

Suite Betty is a super clean, super cute, perfectly furnished space for a stay in Duluth! It is out-of-the-way and quiet, but close enough to be very convenient. Quiet and comfortable

Suite Betty was perfect for our long weekend in Duluth. Well located, we walked around the neighborhood and found access to trails. The apartment is high above the city so there are great views of the city and harbor. Close to everything. Very clean! We will stay here again. Thank you, Pat and Bill!

Bill and Pat met us upon check-in and made us feel very welcomed. They made sure we were able to access the apt via door code. Bill pointed out the tower at Enger Park (you can see it from their place) and wow, what an amazing view! It was definitely a highlight of our visit to Duluth. Pat and I love to share our beautiful property with our guests. We welcome travelers from all over the world to beautiful northern Minnesota. We are close to all Dululth attractions and the property has much greenspace to relax, for the kids to play, to enjoy a bonfire at night and perhaps see some wildlife. We are close to the cross-city biking trail and the Superior Hiking Trail. While we aren't in canal park, the apartment overlooks the harbor and viewing boats coming to load taconite, coal and other commodities are a daily occurrence during the shipping season.
