On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance with a separate room with washing machine, dryer and freezer.
On the first floor there is a spacious living room with 2 comfortable 3-person sofas, television, DVD player and radio. Open kitchen with all necessary amenities. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the second floor, two bedrooms with 2 double beds already made up, on request 1 single bed folding bed can be booked. Baby supplies can also be rented. The prices given are based on 2 persons for the use of 1 bedroom, if a 2nd room is desired (for 2 persons) a surcharge must be paid. Possibility to rent the 2 garages.

Lovely stay

We had an excellent stay in Bruges. The apartment was a perfect location. Nothing was further than a 15 minute walk, but most things were actually 5-10 minutes, so even closer. We had an infant and were able to be provided with a Pack-N-Play and a high chair which was helpful. There are three levels. Entry level / mud room with washer and dryer, main level with kitchen / living room / bathroom, and third level with two bedrooms. The stairs are narrow and steep but not unexpected in an old home in Belgium. We had one issue while staying (user error on our part!) and our host immediately responded and helped with our request. Overall, a great place and would recommend to stay!

Wonderful apt. And location

Other than the narrow and curved staircase we loved our stay. And bathroom is not on the same floor as the bedrooms, so coming down during the night was challenging

AMAZING Place To Stay!

We absolutely LOVED our stay in Bruges. The home was perfectly located - so close to all the sites, but away from any crowds so it was quiet. We had all the needed amenities for our little 10 month old baby. Rhonda was great to work with and gave us all we needed for our stay to be comfortable. When we visit Bruges again, we will definitely want to stay here.

Perfect location

My friend and I loved our stay here in Bruges. Our host, Rhonda, kindly picked us up from the train station and gave us a driving overview of the area. Once inside the house, she gave us a tour of the home and told us its history. Communication was always excellent through WhatsApp. The town is easily walkable and there's a breakfast place and meat shop with pre-cooked foods just around the corner. About another block away, at the edge of a lovely park, is a grocery store and some restaurants and cafes that make for a quieter experience than in the heart of the old town. One of the most photographed sites is at the end of the street. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable, and by the end of our 3-night stay, we were getting used to the stairs! I can highly recommend this property.

Central quiet location

Second visit at Fernand and Rhonda's home. I can't express just how ideal the location is. So close to everything. As a spoiled American who stays at other US properties, it was odd to not have "leftovers" from previous renters (think laundry soap, tp, etc.) but grocery stores are so close it really wasn't a big deal. For older visitors, the stairs could be a problem but that would likely be an issue at any property in Brugge. We couldn't figure out a way to get our subscription services to work without a Roku but thoroughly enjoyed watching murder mysteries on BBC First. Not a better place to stay in our opinion! Location, location, location!

Great location in a charming town

My wife and I stayed here for six nights. The location couldn’t be better. Half a block and one cobbled bridge from city center, and yet we weren’t bothered by noise at night. The living room was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The shower and washer/dryer worked well. Our only concern was that the bed wasn’t too comfortable. Rhonda was pleasant and helpful picking us up at the train station and explaining everything in the apartment. We loved Bruges - very walkable with one picturesque site after another.

Lovely gem in Bruges

What a lovely clean home in the heart of the city. A relatively quiet street, but still close to all the highlights of the city. Communication with Rhonda was exceptional on Whatsapp. She met us at the door and gave us a full tour. The kitchen had all the appliances you would want, and we were particularly pleased that there were small things like salt and oil available. Highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible

Rhonda’s home added so much character to our visit to Bruges. The home is decorated exceptionally, and you step out the front door and are immediately immersed in Bruges. We are a family of four with two teenage boys and this accommodation had everything we needed while exceeding our expectations.

Amazing stay

Can’t say enough good things about the property owners and this beautiful historic home we stayed in. Location location was key for us and when we found this gem in the heart of Brugge we felt lucky. Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s beautiful, clean and well situated close to the canal and heart of Brugge. The home owner Rhonda offered to pick us up at the train station for a small fee and we welcomed her offer, so personable. It is well equipped with what we needed and roomy. Highly recommend this property

Nicely appointed, near everything, highly recommended. I'd complain about the 3 story walkup but you'd be hard pressed to find anything in Bruges with equal space and amenities that isn't.

Lovely get away weekend to Brugge

The apartment was located in the perfect part of town. Everything was convenient. The part is nice and cozy. It was also nice to use the garage to park. The bed was too hard for my liking, but everything else was wonderful.

Great Apartment, Great Position, Needs a Small Renovation & Blinds

The property is very well positioned in Brugge. We had a wonderful stay and Rhonda was very friendly, professional and helpful. The fact the apartment has a garage (a small extra charge) is unusual in Brugge and was very welcome as we had a rental vehicle. The kitchen was clean, functional and had everything that we required as a family of 5. It is more than suitable to cook all meals. The living area/TV room needs some attention. It is packed with an assortment of what appears to be thrift store furniture, carpets and cabinets and detracts from the overall feel of the apartment. With minimal cost it could be turned into a really nice, warm and welcoming room to spend time in. The bedrooms are minimalist, comfortable and clean. The mattresses were comfortable and all in all they are fine. One strange thing is that the one bedroom has a skylight with no way to block out the light. We stayed in winter but there was still a lot of ambient light filtering into the room. Bedroom 2 has a window in one wall that opens onto the staircase. There are no curtains so when then motion sensor staircase lights come on the whole room is flooded with light. A little annoying as some blinds would fix the problem. All in all the apartment is great, position is great and Rhonda was awesome. I can highly recommend the property for a stay but hope that the owners put in some blinds and give the TV room a facelift with some nice furniture as well.

Fantastic place to stay.

Beautifully renovated 17th c. house with a combination of modern conveniences and furnishings both contemporary and stunning antiques. Marvelous hosts. Quiet street in the city center and close to historic sites and groceries.

Great stay in the heart of Bruges

This is a wonderful property, immaculate, comfortable, and well furnished. Rhonda graciously offered to pick us up at the train station and helped us get acquainted with the city. The location could not be more perfect, just steps away from beautiful stone bridges and charming canals. Easy walk to the Markt, restaurants and museums. My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in Bruges and Rhonda and Fernand are excellent hosts. We would happily stay again on our next visit.
