Spazioso e privato di 5.000 piedi quadrati casa con quattro grandi camere da letto - posti letto per massimo 13 (re con divano letto trundled, re con poltrona letto, matrimoniale con divano letto trundled, due letti singoli). Grande sala con pranzo, tutti sunporch vetro con posti a sedere, sala da pranzo, giochi. Deck, portici, balcone e molte finestre offrono una splendida vista. Completamente attrezzata cucina moderna, frigorifero con ice maker, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, lavatrice e asciugatrice. TV con Blu-Ray, boom box con CD, biliardino, biliardo paraurti / tavolo da gioco. Outdoor grill a gas e 2 tavoli da pic-nic. Le lenzuola sono dimostrati. Privato e facile accesso al fiume con zona erboso pianeggiante. Non sono ammessi animali. Non fumare.

Family Reunion 2nd year in a row.

This property is great for a group to gather. There is everything you can think of as far as kitchen supplies and cooking utensils. We cooked a lot during our stay. The table is nice and big to have many people gathered around the table and there is enough seating for 8 people at the dining room table, and the covered porch has a table that can seat 4 people. We laughed a lot and had a good time with each other. The fact that there is no internet, lends itself to being totally unplugged. The TV works nicely in the main area. It would be nice if there were TVs in the bedrooms, but it didn't detract from our stay at all. The river is beautiful every morning, and the fog makes it very picturesque. the family is talking about when are we coming back next year. Most of us were senior adults, so we will have to wait awhile to book to make sure everyone is going to be able to come, but barring that, we are ready to return.

Friends weekend

The location and property is wonderful. Overall a nice place with lots of room for everyone. I would suggest that instructions for tv be clearer,light switches were confusing. An easy access to the river would be great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend for family or group stays.

A Beautiful Place

This is the 3rd year trip for our BFF getaway. We love the home, the river, the views, fishing, kayaking, thrifting, etc! Amy our host was wonderful to deal with (small problem, fixed right away). We will definitely be returning!! The Hogge's, The Surber's and the Simpson's (Missing the Lyon's this year)

Relaxing Reunion

We had a wonderful relaxing time at this beautiful house. We were able to unwind from the city life we live and enjoy the peaceful river. We had a reunion of older people, and everything we needed was there. We laughed, made good food and enjoyed each other's company. We were even saying when we left that we would need to come back next year. It was great that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. There were 5 adults, 3 were single, and one couple. The view of the river was great! The weather was unusually warm and spectacular the entire time we were there. Thank you Amy for a great get away house in the country.

This was the 4th time staying at New River Lodge! We appreciate how well maintained the property is and especially the new fluffy towels! Amy is always helpful and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Family Reunion

Families had their own bedroom n bathroom. Kids had their own space and the New River was beautiful to watch and kids n adults enjoyed floating the river. Quiet and relaxing!! Couldn’t had picked a better Estate!!

Great stay!

Beautiful, spacious and wonderful stay on the New River. They had everything we needed for the 8 adults at our reunion. Loved the porches, deck overlooking the river, lots of towels, and everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals. Highly recommend!

Lovely location. River view and porch sensational.

Great for our family gathering. Bedrooms were private, beds comfy and kitchen well-stocked. Four stars, not five, due to lighting/electric issues: light bulbs burned out, not enough lighting in great room, porch fans and lights not working. Also porches, window and door frames could use a good cleaning. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will return. The host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Wonderful Best Friends Weekend

It was a beautiful weekend. The house was spacious and had everything we needed! We all liked to cook and the stove needs updating....but we managed. Other than that the river, property and house was perfect for us!! We will return next year!!

Great for all generations!

We had a WONDERFUL week at New River Lodge!! When we pulled up to the house several folks said...."This is where we are staying?!?! This is beautiful!" The spacious living area and gorgeous views from the porch were our favorite things. We loved playing foosball and bumper pool everyday! It was so cool to make memories with all the generations playing together. The family suites are amazing! The different configurations helped greatly when making space for everyone. Amy (host) is very responsive and helpful with any questions. 5 out of 5

Amazing Views!

This VRBO is beautiful! Right on the New River with great views. The house is very spacious and has plenty of room for large groups. Would highly recommend to everyone!

Family get away

We had children and grandchildren get away in the mountains. Was a wonderful trip. The house is very spacious and plenty of room for the family to gather for games and lots of entertainment. The house has a few little quirks, but overall a great place to stay.

Awesome quiet getaway!

Amy is very responsive and extremely helpful. The house is absolutely perfect. It hosted a multi family short stay vacation. We will definitely be back.
