We loved the location. Easy to get to down town. Some of the jets in hot tub did not work but it was hot and we did not let this ruin the vacation. Jacuzzi worked well but filled up slow. Again we were ok with this. The views from our frint porch were awsome. Would definitely stay here again
Only real complaint was that the indoor hot tub/jacuzzi didn't want to actually stay warm very well at all. It was a good cabin and served its purpose well
We stayed here for our 10th wedding anniversary and our first trip to Gatlinburg. Once we found our bearings, the location was excellent. Free trolley should be advertised more in the listing...we used it a bunch. Cozy place. We felt safe and comfortable.
Very outdated. Was not clean. 3 inches of grease at the bottom of the grill at the base of the grill on the deck.Very dated and the bedspread had a bad smell to it
Great setup for my wife and myself. The open floor plan was great and cozy. It was a great retreat for a weekend getaway. The location was convenient to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the National park. Hosts were very responsive to any questions and requests we had during our stay.
Very cute and quite cabin not far from downtown at all very good location.

Very icy steps, and they wouldn't send anyone out to salt the steps. Both of us almost fell
Waiting to hear back from them to see if they will make it right

Decent
It had amenities listed, but a downside to each:Location - it is right by Rocky Top Sports, which was great since we had a football tournament there. But it’s not as close to strip as described (maybe 10 min drive; not bad). Hot tub - felt great but jets didn’t work so it was a literal “hot tub” not jacuzzi. Bath in room -Worked but took goid 40 mins fill up past jets. The jets worked on this though. Cleanliness - it was surface cleaned. However, could use good scrubbing (walls dirty, cobwebs). Fireplace - worked but only for short while before shutting off. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. But it’s like they built it in 80s/90s and just never maintenanced iit or updated it. And for that cleaning price tacked on, it needs it.
My girlfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend and had an incredible experience! The cabin was very clean and location is very nice if you wanna be a short drive away from the attractions but away from the big crowds. We absolutely plan to stay here again!
Nice had a lot of dust not very good equipment for cooking needs pots and pans potholders but the cabin was very relaxing and calming even though it needs a deep clean and some minor things would definitely stay there again

Map incorrect but overall fine
I will start this off by saying our only true complaints with the cabin. The map on VRBO shows that you will be right off the main road going into downtown which is why we went with this cabin in the first place, but that is not true. The listing says you are 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, that is also not true. This cabin is every bit of a 10-15 minute drive from downtown. Which isn't awful in the grand scheme of things, but when we booked this cabin we thought we could park the car and walk everywhere but that definitely wasn't the case so we had the extra charges of parking every time we wanted to leave the cabin.
The cabin itself was fine for what we needed.
Great location, decent mountain views. They worked with me on a last minute check in which was great. Perfect for a 2 person getaway. We would visit again.

Awful
Extremely outdated. Misrepresented with photos online. Taking advantage of tourists by charging same price as much nicer ones. We have stayed in cabins for over 20 years now and this was by far the worst
The only problem was with operating the tv and navigating the set up. Perhaps an instruction sheet of some kind might be helpful.
Other than that. A great little place.
