Perfect spot right on the beach!

This was an excellent property. Especially if you want to be nearby a nice be ef with amenities like a bar, music, shopping, and an attendant at the front gate offered exceptional service. The post was excellent giving machine above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. And sitting on the balcony each day overlooking.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my stay here. If you are debating yourself about staying at this property stop doing it & just book this property. Gorgeous views, property was cleaned and well maintained. I didn’t need the host for anything but I do feel like if I did need her it would have been easy to contact her. They came in & changed sheets and towels & straightened up in the middle of our stay. I was so comfortable there & it really felt like home. Highly recommend!!!

Woke up every morning to paradise

I have no complaints, I was comfortable and felt safe during my 5 day stay at the property …I especially loved waking up to the beautiful scenery of the ocean! Miss Belinda is an excellent host!

Amazing Location

Everything was perfect. Belinda is a really friendly host. The booking, Checkin and out was super easy. The location is very clean centraly located. We would book it again :-)

Great Stay

We had a lovely time staying at Belinda's very clean and welcoming. Hearing the ocean at night was the best part. I would recommend to stay at Belinda's for some good quality time with your spouse.

The view was stunning. It is spacious and the grounds are clean and safe. Plenty of parking for the rental car but everything is within walking distance so a car isn’t necessary. The checkin and checkout was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Beautiful view and Clean

I totally enjoyed my 9 day stay . Waking up to the sounds of the waves was very peaceful. The property was very clean, AC , Hot water and 25/7 security. The housekeeper kept us w fresh towels and the place tidy. Looking forward to staying here again

I stayed for one week with my girlfriend. It was amazing. 3mins drive from the heart of the town (10-15mins walk). And everything was as listed. Definitely plan on staying there again on my next visit

Updates on Riverview

The view and the location was great security was great felt safe the whole time the place could use a little bit of an update of where the TV needs to be put upstairs in the master bedroom. The kitchen could use a bit of an update Belinda was great

Great water view

Walking in first thing that caught my eye was the balcony with the beautiful water view. Spent most mornings outside drinking coffee before getting my day started. The place is nicely cleaned and maintained everything was functional no major issues while there but when I needed to reach out to Belinda she was attentive and quick to respond. I will definitely return back and recommend this place

The view, the view, the view!

My mother and I had a great time at Carib. Belinda was great and even showed us a local place with fantastic authentic Jamaican flavors. Carmen also helped us locate certain places and told us about jamaican culture.What we found most appealing was the amazing view from the balcony and the sound of the sea heard throughout the apartment. Sitting on the balcony at sunset with food, a cocktail, and looking out unto the sea is something we'll never forget. We will be back!

Amazing!!!!

I would recommend staying here to anyone!!! I have traveled quite a bit in my life and have stayed in many wonderful places, but this is one of my favorites places of all! The condo is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable and felt like home. Some of our favorite moments were spent on the veranda in the morning for breakfast and enjoying the breezes at night. The condo is walking distance from great restaurants, shopping etc. and puts you right in the heart of the best Ocho Rios has to offer. The beach is very close by and is one of my favorite beaches I have ever seen is great for couple and/or families. This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for an amazing Jamaican vacation experience. Can't wait to go back!

Paradise on earth.

This wonderful apartment with a view from the balcony to the Caribean Ocean, was our home for 3 weeks. We enjoyed the Beach - Mahogany beach - where we almost every day was laying under the almond tree. The beach was 4 minutes walk from the apartment. The centre - clocktower - of the city was about 20 minutes walk from the apartment, and here we can recomend HiLo supermarket and General Food. The owner of the apartment Belinda is a very sweet and kind lady, she is very friendly and helpful. The cleaninglady Carmen is very friendly and helpful too. We can recomend Miss T´s Kitchen if you want real jamaican food. The Almond Tree is also a very good restaurant and it is quite near the apartment. If you need a friendly and reliable cabdriver, we can recomend Dennis Miller 876-881-4545. Enjoy your stay at this lovely place. Hanne and Henrik

One of the best hosts I've ever had! Great property in fantastic location

Belinda went over the top as far as hosts go and I couldn't be any happier. She immediately responded to all of my frequent questions, advise requests, and concerns and took care of them immediately. The apartment is wonderful. Bed is a bit firm but still very comfortable and well equipped. AC runs COLD and will keep you more than comfortable. The kitchen is decently well equipped and is fine for two people. Mahogany beach is right nearby and is very nice when it's not busy. One day a tour bus full of tourists came and really overwhelmed the beach but on all the other days it was perfect. We loved Ocho Rios! There was no trouble walking around during the day and we even felt comfortable making a few excursions at night to the local establishments. Soldier's restaurant had one of the best lunches around for $10 a person. We took Joe Cool Taxi roundtrip from the Sangster Airport (Montego bay) and it was quite cheap and very professional. Overall we were very happy with our stay! One thing to note is this is a tropical climate and we did encounter a few "guests" (cockroaches) in the condo. Belinda assured us they will be taking care of that asap. That would knock it down to four stars at least but Belinda's service more than made up for it.
