About this property

Best location in Mesquite Country Club!

I make it a priority to give my guests a memorable stay. Minimum stay: 7 nights. Maximum overnight guests: 4.

The condo is located in a serene gated community and is on the upper floor of two stories.

There is ample parking, including a covered carport.

The unit itself is comfortable, light and airy, with large rooms. Square feet: 1,175.

New flooring; new firm but plush mattress in master bedroom; new comfortable leather recliner and sofa! New bed in second bedroom. New beautiful, comfortable dining set which seats 6.

WiFi, Cable TV in living room and master bedroom, VCR, and DVD players. 50" flatscreen TV in living room; 32" flatscreen in master bedroom.

A large balcony with a spectacular mountain view overlooks the pool. We provide an electric barbeque(no charcoal to clean up).

The second bedroom has separate balcony overlooking tennis and pickle ball courts, also with beautiful mountain view.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including, microwave and toaster ovens, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, and more.

The master bedroom with king bed features large dressing area, full bath, and seated vanity. Hair dryer also provided.

The second bedroom has a new queen bed and its own nearby full bath.

Tennis and Pickle Ball courts are steps away from the front door. We provide rackets and paddles! We also provide two 21-speed mountain bikes.

Close to downtown Palm Springs, with abundant choices for restaurant dining, entertainment, recreation, and shopping.

great condo
Very nice condo (other than broken mirror on closet door and broken switch plate ). Best part was the accessability with the property manager who let us check in early and was available for any questions. Would def stay there again if available next year. Pickleball courts right outside the door!

Lovely Piece of Paradise
This is a good location; very quiet, with gorgeous landscaping and views. The furniture is comfortable and the unit is well appointed. We'll be back!

Wonderful condo!!
Beautiful property in a great location (2.5 miles from DT). Immaculate with every possible amenity. Devin (property manager) is the best! Right on time, efficient and very helpful. Lovely pool and hot tub just out our porch door. Highly recommend!!!

Palm Springs birthday getaway
The property manager met us at the condo and he was great. He walked us through the condo and gave a lot of good instruction and tips for site seeing and eating out if we chose to do so. The condo was very clean but a little "tired". The owner let us know afterwards that she will be doing some painting and updates later this year. Only bad experience was that the pool was being serviced and resurfaced, which it seems no one was told would be happening, owners or residents. They began loud grinding between 7 and 7:45 AM all week. Not conducive for sleeping in each morning. There was another pool very close so it was not much of an issue. We spent the better part f our days poolside. Shopping, groceries, and entertainment was very close, but we rented a car, not really very walkable.

Fabulous condo in Palm Springs
We absolutely loved our week in this condo. From the location to the absolute solitude of the complex. The owner has done a fantastic job in making this condo feel like home. The hot tub was just the right prescription for sore muscles at the end of the day. We would not hesitate returning to this condo again

Mesquite Ave. Palm Springs VRBO
Kate’s condo VRBO is 5 stars. It is clean, spacious and fully equipped for either small breakfasts or family dinners. The location is quiet, with a lovely view of the mountains and the Palm trees in the foreground from the balcony, plus a lovely pool and hot tub. Recommended without any reservations.

The condo was pleasant and thoughtfully furnished on well kept grounds. The shower faucets and the patio doors required a bit of strength and ingenuity to operate, and could use updating. Everything else was top notch.

Great location
Kate’s condo was spacious, offered two balconies, and was a great location many things around Palm Springs. Devin was a gracious property manager too. Due to the heat we didn’t partake in some amenities (bikes, swimming during the daytime) but appreciated the pool during the evenings and proximity to local restaurants, site-seeing activities, and grocery stores. It truly felt like home being able to cook & relax when not out seeing the town. Well worth the stay!

Family Vacation
The condo was perfect for a family of 6. Everything that you can imagine was provided for our stay. The master bedroom was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. We really only spent 2 days out of the 9 there other than to sleep and bathe, but they had puzzles which was a great time consumer for the teens. We never made it out to the pool but it looked nice from our balcony. The only complaint I would have is that the website stated that is was for up to 6 people and once I booked it, the owner required another 300.00 for having that amount of people staying other than that everything was great! We would stay there again..

Perfect location
This was the 2nd visit to this wonderful condo (for 14 days this time). Felt like home without all the daily chores and upkeep. Perfect size - 2 BR 2 bath. Plenty of room and nothing was lacking. We will definitely return for another stay!

Highly recommend
We really enjoyed our stay. Very accessible location in Palm Springs. Loved overlooking the pool and how close we were to it. The internet was a little slow at times but it seemed like that was across the whole complex not just our unit. Would stay here again if the opportunity was available.

Terrific Palm Springs Winter Escape
We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this lovely condo in a resort community. The unit was spacious, very well equipped and in an excellent location on the grounds, taking advantage of the mountain and pool views. The owner Kate could not have been more accommodating and property manager Devin was very helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great South End Condo in Pristine Gated Community
Great upper condo in Mesquite C.C. Wonderful, quiet location with lovely mountain views from the front and pretty garden/pool views from the back. Immaculate original condition. Comfy beds, nice linens and all the basic necessities provided. Very serene, peaceful location** - Very nice meet n greet from the property manager who runs you through things at the onset. Would stay there again!

Mesquite area of Palm Springs Rental
The property was very nice but at our ages the second level climb was a bit of a chore. The unit was everything we expected it was just our ages that were the problem.
