Bill arrived on site to provide me with all the details on the property. He took his time to explain and give a tour of the room and details on parking etc. We will definitely be back! We had the best time!

Sister's weekend

The location is perfect. The room smelled like smoke. The slider did not lock. The air conditioning vent was very dirty and so was under the beds. The check in was perfect and Bill was great. The room is perfect but needs attention.

Myrtle - Ocean Annie's

Room small but served purpose for short trip for 2. Drawback was room smelt like cigarette smoke when opened door, smackec you in face. Was to.be a smoke free building. View was fantastic, saw dolphins from balcony.

the stay was very good no cable, text the owner he said maintenance would come if he was still there. I text the owner about the cable no response from him during our whole stay.

Terrible smoke smell - not a condo, small outdated hotel room is better description

Well we checked out a day earlier than we paid for due to the condition of the room. The room is a very small hotel room - not a condo as I had expected. The room smells very badly of smoke which is horrible for people with allergies. Coffee pot had mold in it. Overall just didn’t feel very clean. It does have a great view of the beach and Ocean Annie’s.

Horrible Smoke Smell

We picked this location because the room had a decent rating, the resort itself was on the beach, had a beach bar, a pool, lazy river and a very tasty restaurant. What we were not prepared for was the small "hotel like" room, black mold at entry door and ceiling of room, lack of room cleanliness, cockroaches on the balcony and horrible cigarette smell in a room that was labeled as non-smoking on the door. The owner Bill seemed like a very very nice guy and check in was super simple but overall I really wish our experience was better.

Room was small air circulation sucked.I suggest moving bedstead opposite wall so air is able to circulate. Make air work harder then it needs to..just a suggestion.Bill was great to work with never actually met.coffe machine broken. The view was awesome.My elderly mom layer in her bed down by her feet was a huge stain big pot size so had to get her sheets but that's housekeeping fault. Bill let us in early that was a huge plus

Great location but it's not a condo

This is a hotel room with a balcony - not a condo. Great location at Ocean Annies. Too $$$ for a hotel room. Should be about 150.00 per night.

Sands Ocean Club

We had a nice, relaxing time! Unit was very clean. It was quite a bit smaller than we are used to but it worked out fine. Owner very nice and quick to respond to questions.

Good value for cost

Pros: excellent location, separate entrance from hotel, elevators less busy, updated room, good view of ocean and Ocean Annie's, plenty of linens as requested Cons: room is small, no kitchen as advertised although there is a minifridge, toaster, coffee pot in a closet-like space, no hairdryer provided, only one keycard provided which makes it difficult to go out separately for anything since you need it for garage access

Has issues.

Location was great. Overall the room is very small which does not work well with small children. It would have been nice to have queen beds instead of 2 full size beds. However, the air conditioning was horrible. I don't believe the room was ever cooler than 80 degrees. In addition to the hot room the owner lives next door and is a heavy smoker. You could literally see cigarette smoke coming through the cracks of the adjoining door. We had to stuff tissue and towels around the door in attempt to keep the smoke out. Fortunately we had friends in another unit. We spent most of our time in their cool, smoke free room.

Excellent stay!

The room is a set up like a hotel room, but it is exactly as pictures show! Was perfect size for my son and myself on a fishing weekend. Owner was very nice and helpful with area attractions and any issues he was there to fix it quickly.

I have been coming down to Sands Ocean club for years and before when you check in you cannot reserve a room or a view ( they are assigned at check in! Like hotels!) so sometimes you have to look around a corner for the ocean or your looking at another condo! This is as close as you can get to the Ocean,, and the condo is perfect and close to everything!

What makes this property unique

This Executive tower only has 6 rooms per floor! and a private entrance!! So you miss the crowds! private elevator! And superior furniture quality, Linens, mattress an Flat screen TV.
