My wife and i enjoyed our stay at the beach house the house was very clean neighbors was very friendly the beach was right across the street but i rather spend my time at the house it was very relaxing

Cozy

Nice quiet neighborhood considering the proximity to the port and beach however, it's also close proximity to a train tracks. It's a cozy place for a couple or 4 people. I love that it's an older house with a nice front porch and swing but the seller point for me was the back deck which we couldn't enjoy due to weather complications. I have to admit we were sceptical when we noticed the alarm system was not functioning and the doors were only secured with a deadbolt. The sheets had an awkward smell to them and there was an HVAC vent in bathroom instead of the standard vent fan. In retrospect this cottage was nice and would stay again if the alarm was fixed. On a side note, I emailed the property manager as per directions but was told the contact email was undeliverable. Not sure what happened with that but I couldn't notify property representative of the faulty alarm system.

Never Again!

This house is in need of maintenance! The shower head does not stay up. It's very difficult to take a shower. The sheets on the beds are 100% polyester. The listing lists a Keurig coffee maker, which was not in the unit. The owner tried to negotiate a 5 star review for the missing Keurig coffee pot. In addition, There is no parking place on the property that is accessible. To get to the backyard parking you must go around a block and enter through 3 feet of grass and several spiney bushes to enter. It's almost impossible to enter the yard if you have a midsized car or truck.

Property was clean and cute but needs maintenance done. Air conditioner would not get house below 81 during the day and was very humid and muggy inside, Front door would not stay shut unless locked and back door was very hard to unlock and lock, back porch felt like it was going to fall in when walked on kitchen faucet handle was in bad shape

Older Charm

We enjoyed our stay at this smaller home. Location is great and close to so many things. The beds were super comfortable. This home has some frustrations like limited outlets indicative of the home's older age. The back doors leading to the deck had some closure issues but we only used them once so it wasn't a big deal. One of our favorite areas was the front porch swing under a ceiling fan. We sat out there quite often. Thanks for the use of your home!

Was good stay overall but there were some things that were annoying while there.

Overall was nice stay. There were however some negatives. We didnt have a grill as pictured on the deck. Had to call the contact person and he said he was out of town and someone must have stolen it. Didnt offer to bring one by until I said I was expecting to use it while here. Said he would have someone bring one by. I never heard back from him and called back a couple times and left messages. Did notice the grill a day or so later after spotting it out in the yard by the deck. Would have prefereed it on the deck and it was not cleaned looked like it had been sitting for some time. The TV remote was not responsive it was always hard to change channels etc. Couldn't stream certain things. The bathroom has no fan. The mattress in one bedroom was pretty hard. There was a very sketchy neighborhood " church" around the corner. Heard some pretty unsavory rumors about the place. Overall it was pretty nice place to stay. Location was good mostly quiet. Could def use some upgrades and more attetive managing.

It’s everything they advertised

Just so professional. Everything was great, especially dealing with Patrick! I’ve rented for the entire month. Great location, quiet neighborhood, sidewalks to walk around on. I would not hesitate to rent this home again. Such a cute house, and fully equipped with essentials

Fantastic everything!

We couldn’t have been happier with our first experience staying at a house instead of a hotel. The location was perfect to walk to the beach, and the house is great for a small group! All you could need is available in the house and the guest specialist on call was amazing. We had trouble getting in at first (we’re new to this, it’s our own fault) and the property manager happened to be in the area and stopped by to help. He was great and even gave us some good recommendations for stuff in the area! Would definitely stay here again.

Property was located in quiet neighborhood. Only issues we had was no cable only roku. The guys wanted to be able to see local news , current shows without having to search. Please invest in cable if only for local channels. The 1st bedroom bed was so low to floor it was like sleeping on the floor. My brother in law is 6 2 so it was hard on his knees.
